Ubicado en el centro de Ocean City, este hermoso bungalow está a una cuadra de la bahía ya seis cuadras del paseo marítimo y la playa con tres espacios de estacionamiento fuera de la calle.
Desde nuestra casa, en la esquina de 14th y Simpson, puedes caminar a todo: la bahía, la playa, el paseo marítimo, restaurantes, tiendas de surf, tiendas de regalos y mucho más. Nuestra casa está convenientemente ubicada para experimentar una noche en Venecia en julio y la puesta de sol en la bahía durante todo el verano.

Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Short walk to the beach, boardwalk and stores. Easy access to the other islands. Not to mention that Kristin ensures that the home has everything one can need. The perfect spot for a fun, memorable family vacation!

Girls Getaway

I booked this adorable bungalow for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday in OCNJ, as that is where we have vacationed for years. The bungalow was adorable and just perfect for our trip! It was clean, quaint and in a great location. A fantastic time was had by all. The owner was wonderful to work with! We highly recommend and look forward to booking again!!

Pleasant vacation with no worries

Property was in a good location, parking our vehicle on property was a plus, nice to have the extra shower below the unit, plenty of room for the five of us. Only draw back was the mattresses. Wish they were a better quality.

Sweet Family Spot

We absolutely loved the bungalow! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The outdoor shower was fantastic. It was definitely the sweet spot for our little family.

End of Season Getaway

Great rental. Clean. Well maintained. Great location within walking distance to Beach, Bay, Boardwalk, Restaurants and Shopping. This was a last minute, late season weekend getaway to attend the Fall Block Party on Asbury Ave. We had a perfect weekend.

Amazing shore house for the family!

I rented this property for the week with my wife and two kids and we could not have been any happier with it. The property was in a great location being only 5 blocks away from the boardwalk and beach! The house was super clean and the outside shower was amazing. Definitely look forward to booking this house in the future for my family vacations.

Great clean shore house

Our family just spent a week at this shore house in Ocean City and had a great time. The house was extremely clean and a perfect size for our family of 5. Communicating with the owner, Kristin, was easy and she always responded right away. The outdoor shower was great and there is a grill to cook on.

Super clean, fairly priced, close to everything... what more can you ask for? This house has great vibes and lots of room for playing cards/board games, hanging out, watching movies. The kitchen is modern and roomy. I really enjoy staying here and my kids love this beach house.

Family Vacation

Kristin’s beach house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked. Six of us stayed at the house and we felt like there was plenty of room for everyone. There is only one bathroom but having the outdoor shower helped. The house was also located within walking distance to both the beach and boardwalk which was very convenient.

Perfect vacation home

This was a great spot to stay! The location was nice, close enough to walk to different locations and it gets you started at the end of the boardwalk shops so you don’t miss anything! The house was so clean and bright and everything has been updated- the best part was having the whole house to ourselves for an awesome price. So many beds- my younger daughter loved the loft and my older daughter loved having her own room! The storage area was huge and perfect to keep all of our beach stuff in. So far this has been our favorite place we’ve stayed at in Ocean City- we all agree we’d stay here again! Thanks for sharing your house :)

Clean Modern Home for Opening Weekend

It was just my mom, myself, and my son in this many bedroom apartment. The place is just a few short blocks from the boardwalk as advertised. We had a great breakfast at OC Surf Cafe on the main downtown inlet road, which itself is less than mile away. Enjoyed walking along the beach at Corson Inlet State Park a short drive down the peninsula. Had fun playing 11 games of skeeball for $1 which is a short walk near the boardwalk. We spent a day in Atlantic City and did a race there - that's about a 25-35 minute drive. Place itself was modernized (updated kitchen) with lots of beds as advertised, one shower, good internet. My 5 year old son love sleeping in the loft, and climbing the spiral stairs. One downside was having to bring own linens, which was spelled out in the contract, but not mentioned in the listing. That was hard to pack since we flew in. Also, will need to supply own soap/shampoo - FYI. Everything in the house was great. Love the big Jersey map, and cupboard of games and information. Wish the deck was bigger - little tricky to get luggage in, but we managed ok. Parking is on street. Because it was opening weekend, Ocean City was largely quiet, so it was easy for us to find a spot. Not sure how hard that might be on a busy weekend. Communication was easy, seamless. Just be prepared for a detailed contract and large deposit. But didn't have any problems with communication or checking on.

Great stay in Ocean City

Property was great for our long weekend stay to end the beach season. Very clean, just a handful of blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Perfect for our family of 4. There was also an added bonus of a “block party” close by that featured local restaurants, stores, arts/crafts, etc… Would definitely stay again!

Fun time at the Bungalow

My family and I stayed at the bungalow for three nights and it was a wonderful stay. It was very clean and well taken care of. There were 6 of us, and we enjoyed having a big enough space, and a big enough table, for us to eat at.

Absolutely wonderful

We stayed here over Mothers Day weekend & had a wonderful time. Kristin, the owner, was very responsive to questions & communicated our check in/check out instructions very well. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for cooking meals. The sunroom area is great for sitting & relaxing. The living room tv is a smart tv so we were able to watch Hulu & Disney+ apps as well as cable. During our stay OCNJ had heavy rain & strong wind gusts. Kristin emailed right away with information from emergency management for where to relocate our car during the flooding. Her care & concern for her renters safety and enjoyment is very apparent. We will definitely be returning.

Love it !

Beautiful place and location. Quiet and family friendly! It’s very spacious with its own parking spot and is conveniently located. there are a wide variety of stuff to do around. It was cold when I got there (late March), but my two years old enjoyed walking around and spent countless hours playing on the beach.

Just like home

Best Beach Bungalow!

It was a fantastic stay. The house was clean and had plenty of seating and space for gathering. The parking was a great add and the outdoor shower was nice. The house is raised with plenty of windows for lots of natural light. We kept the blinds open all day! It’s a short walk to almost anything. Amazing location. We are going back next summer. Kristin is attentive and so kind. Great house!

Nice cottage

The place was really nice. 6 blocks from the beach and recently renovated. Our youngest loved the loft and it's spiral staircase. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing experience there.

I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and have resided in Philadelphia since 2003. I am a cooking instructor and community chef. I love nothing more than to host meals and gatherings at our shore home. I hope you will enjoy sharing it with those close to you as well.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Ever since I was a kid, I have enjoyed going down the shore to Ocean City. My parents never owned a house in OCNJ, but my godmother did. When I was younger, we would stay with her for one week each summer. When I became a teenager, my father purchased this house. Ever since, we have shared it with friends and family throughout the year. Sadly, my dad passed away in 2005 and left the house to me. Ever since, I have rented it during the season and shared it with friends and family during the off season. I have rented through Vacation Rentals since 2011. In 2012, the home was hit by Hurricane Sandy. I spent a year and a half elevating and renovating the home. After putting in much TLC and brand new EVERYTHING, I was once again able to rent the home starting in the summer of 2014. I am excited to share our sunny beach-themed home with you. I hope you will enjoy Ocean City as much as I always have.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love our home's natural light and close proximity to sunsets over the bay (see the picture). In the morning, you can read the paper in the sunroom or watch people ride by on their bicycles. Our house is conveniently located far enough away from the boardwalk to be quiet and close enough to be able to enjoy it throughout the day.
