Este alquiler de domingo a domingo se encuentra en el corazón de Ocean City. A pocos pasos del paseo marítimo, esta casa histórica ha sido actualizada y bien mantenida para el uso de nuestros huéspedes de verano. En 2018, reemplazamos el aire acondicionado de la ventana con bombas de calor centrales, mini-split y aire acondicionado para enfriar cómoda y silenciosamente cada habitación y toda la sala de estar del piso principal. Este condominio en el segundo piso es perfecto para familias extensas o familias múltiples que deseen vacacionar juntas. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas; Hay cinco dormitorios y 3 1/2 baños. Un patio y una ducha exterior cerrada con agua corriente fría / caliente para enjuagar la sal y la arena cuando regrese de sus viajes a la playa son para uso exclusivo del condominio del segundo piso. Internet inalámbrico y 3 televisores de pantalla plana están incluidos. También proporcionamos 4 etiquetas de playa para usar durante su estadía. ¡Estacione su automóvil y ahorre gasolina para el viaje a casa! . Se incluyen tres pases de estacionamiento. por su conveniencia.

Dentro de un corto paseo hay una gran pizzería, heladerías, una tienda de delicatessen, buenos restaurantes y tiendas.

Disfrute de la brisa nocturna en nuestro porche delantero, o relájese en la privacidad de nuestro patio trasero, con parrilla de gas. En el paseo marítimo al final de Plymouth Place (entre 7 y 8) se encuentra el parque acuático y una cafetería conveniente si prefiere tomarse un tiempo libre para cocinar. Un corto paseo por el Boardwalk lo lleva a otras diversiones, compras y una multitud de otros restaurantes. El Tabernáculo Ocean City está a solo 2 calles y otras iglesias también están a poca distancia. Dentro de 6-8 cuadras se encuentra la bahía con chárter de pesca, alquiler de botes y motos acuáticas, y cangrejos.

Preferimos grupos familiares. Absolutamente ninguna semana senior o grupos después del baile de graduación, por favor.

Fantastic late season stay!

Truly wonderful vacation at a gorgeous home close to the beach. My family members could not stop saying how nice, beautiful, and well maintained the place is. This hosted our group of 5 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. Free parking & beach tags and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Recently (and very well) renovated. Lovely place and can't wait to stay again! Hosts were fantastic and super communicative... could not ask for better.

The perfect beach spot

This is absolutely the perfect Beach getaway for your family or a large group. Tim the owner is great landlord to rent from quick communication and a true desire to make sure your stay is the best you can make it by offering a clean house and all the beach amenities boogie boards sand buckets etc...... Two features I love the most the big front patio for morning coffee and nights chatting with the family into the large dinner table for those good family meals. For a peaceful & fun place to enjoy the beach life with your family, this is hands down the best spot!/

Loved the House

This is the third year we stayed in this house. Location is awesome. Love the huge eating area. Owner is very easy to work with. Improvements to the property were made after each of the first two stays. My family loves the house.

Great place for a large family.

Plenty of room for everyone to hang out, watch tv, play games, eat together. Beds are comfortable. As always, we love the porch for visiting and reading. And there is plenty of space in the back to store our bikes and beach carts.

Great place

Loved staying at the beach house again this year. It's location is perfect, and it's always nice and clean. There were a couple of issues that couldn't be helped, but were unfortunate anyway. The new a/c unit in the living room needed parts, and they were working on it, but it didn't work while we were there, and the same with the dryer. A trip to the laundromat wasn't the most fun I had while at the beach...

Charming shore house!

We just returned from another stay that this lovely home! We love how close it is to the Boardwalk and the beach - no driving necessary once you arrive!! The home is spacious and very well equipped with kitchen items, games and information on things to do!! This home made our stay very simple, easy and relaxing! Another plus is how accommodating and easy to work with the owner is. If you're looking for a reasonable and charming home close to everything, this is the house for you!

Perfect Spot!

We couldn't have been happier with this rental! It is very spacious, immaculate, and in a perfect spot. Our personal favorite was the front porch, we could have sat out there all week. We'll definitely be back!

GREAT

We all loved the house. Great location since we had 4 boys to enjoy the boardwalk. Lucky us we had awesome weather and the waves were perfect tooooo... House was fun and had everything we needed. Front porch and back patio are so wonderful to have. You need more towel bars in the bathrooms, otherwise everything was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Love the location - made everything so easy!!

We truly loved staying in this home! It is very well kept and was equipped with just about anything you might need on vacation. The location was perfect - you could walk to the beach, the boardwalk and even to many restaurants. Parked the car and walked or biked everywhere - what a delight!! The house was very spacious but we spent most of our time on the lovely porch. Most importantly, the landlord Tim, was very concerned with making our stay as enjoyable as possible and he was easy to get in touch with. I felt that he was a real hands-on landlord and truly cared about his property. That made us want to take care of the home even more during our stay. We appreciated Tim opening up his jewel of a house to us! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an affordable home in a terrific location!!!

Great Family Vacation

The Owner was very responsive to any questions and the process, as this was my first time using this site. The owner supplies you with a very detailed list of everything that you may need for the length of time you stay at their property. Many of the items listed were already at the house, but it is always good to have extras. As far as the property goes it meets all the needs of a large multi family home. Everything listed on the website was accurate and the property was cleaned and maintained. Of the 12 people that stayed there were no complaints about the comfort of the beds, or the operability of any of the appliances, sinks, toilets, etc. Keep in mind that this house was built in the early 1900's and may lack that contemporary feel that some are looking for. My Nephew said it best when he said this house is "really rustic". Also the patio in the back was a decent size at about 15'x25' which allowed all 12 of us to have an outdoor movie night. The location of the property is about 2 blocks (7 minute walk) to the beach. There is a restaurant right around the corner from this property that we found to be simple food with a high price tag which we would not recommend going to. We would recommend the Ocean Cafe`, which is on the left hand corner as soon as you get to the boardwalk off Plymouth. There are plenty of things to do in Ocean City for the adults and kids, but I do recommend one thing....If you are traveling with a bunch of kids like we did, make sure that you stop at the liquor store before your stay because this is a dry town.

Great week at the beach in a lovely home!

Our family enjoyed our time in this lovely beach home. Plenty of room for all of us to each have our own bedrooms. Not to far to the beach. Tim was great to work with, he answered all questions and his list of things to bring was very helpful.We had an enjoyable week! Home away from home

This rental house is as represented in the listing. We found the living area, the dining area and the porch to be larger than we expected. All of the beds were very comfortable. The house itself is nice and quiet even with a large family. The owner was quick to respond to our emails and questions and attentive to our needs. The location of the house is very convenient to the boardwalk and to the downtown area. We would definitely return to this house for another vacation. A big thank you to the owners for their part in our family making some great memories.

Great place to stay

Because our family had such a positive experience at this location last summer, we were excited to return again this summer. During our stay last year, we were very pleased with the accommodations at this property. It was refreshing to find that everything we were told about the house was true. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. It was an especially good “fit” for the needs of our family and our children and grandchildren were very happy with the spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms, clean and attractive furnishings, convenient laundry area, etc. We also appreciated the owner's attention to detail and his efforts to keep us informed throughout the entire process from the time we reserved the property until our vacation week arrived. As we returned this summer, we were not disappointed. Once again, we really enjoyed our week at Ocean City. As before, the accommodations were great at this location and the owner was very good about keeping us informed and responding quickly to any questions we had. We also recommended this property to our neighbors and they too rented it for a week and were exceptionally pleased with their stay. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Judy and Tim, the owners, both grew up in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Tim frequently came to Ocean City as a kid, and always enjoyed time here with family and friends. We have carried on the tradition of spending time here with family and friends, and we continue to look forward to spending time here with our grown children, their spouses and our grandchildren.

We like our location because the beach and boardwalk are a short block and half walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, yet the many boardwalk activities are a short walk away. There are restaurants, delicatessens, pizza and ice cream shops and variety stores within a three block walk of our home. Our convenient Sunday to Sunday rental allows you to check in and out without fighting the frustrations of traffic on busy Saturdays.

This home is very spacious, providing very comfortable rooms with plenty of baths, all amenities like flat screen TV's and wireless internet, in a quiet setting that is close to the action of the main part of the boardwalk. Plenty of room for the entire extended family.
