Venga y disfrute de unos días mágicos en nuestro Barra Villa Resort, famoso por su ambiente sofisticado y divertido. El complejo consta de 8 apartamentos y estudios encantadores.

APARTAMENTO SANIBEL

Amplio apartamento de 2 dormitorios en la planta baja. Cuna disponible. Acceso directo al jardín desde la cocina.

El apartamento "Sanibel" está amueblado principalmente en blanco.

Si tiene ganas de pasar una noche acogedora en su casa, puede disfrutar de un programa de televisión o un DVD de excelente calidad mientras se relaja en el sofá o en una de las cómodas sillas de mimbre.

Si usted es una familia con dos hijos, el apartamento puede ser especialmente atractivo ya que tiene dos dormitorios. Una cuna adicional para un bebé o un niño pequeño se puede configurar en uno de los dormitorios. Por supuesto, el Apartment Sanibel está equipado con una cuna y sábanas y cobertores adecuados, una trona para bebé y toallas para bebés.

En la cocina, una familia encuentra suficiente espacio para cenar en la mesa del bar. Como regalo especial, encontrarás una pequeña puerta que te llevará por una escalera que da a nuestro hermoso jardín en la parte de atrás. El baño fue completamente renovado en septiembre de 2016 y tiene una ducha amplia. Por supuesto, suficientes toallas están disponibles. En nuestro apartamento Sanibel, no solo las familias con niños se sentirán como en casa. También para cuatro adultos, este apartamento es ideal.

Ft Myers Vacation

We were in Ft Myers to visit our son who works for Florida Repertory Theatre in the downtown area. The house was perfectly located - 2 blocks from a Publix and a 20 minute walk from downtown. We stayed in Apartment Sanibel for 6 nights and it was great for our 4 person family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed for cooking several meals, and the pool was refreshing in the midday heat. We would definitely stay here again.

And there's a pool! It's a large (2 bedroom) space, fully stocked. 2 blocks from a grocery store. We enjoyed it!

Loved the location in Fort Myers quiet area with beautiful trees close to Ford/Edison Winter retreat. House needed maintenance especially electric upgrade. Extension cords everywhere!

Cute and cozy in a great location

Nice comfortable apartment in a great location within walking distance of downtown. The pool was the perfect temperature and relaxing in the front porch was wonderful. There were only two of us so we had plenty of room to spread out. It would have been nice to have cable or satellite TV to keep up on the world news. The antenna provided a couple of channels with spotty at best reception. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay in a GREAT location!

We could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. The location was amazing, the apartment was clean and well stocked, Marcus was super attentive and helpful, and we were minutes away from several different beautiful beaches. We will definitely be back soon!

Spring break

was a very nice home, very clean. The other roomers in the building were super nice. The pool area was clean. Water was warm. Grill worked great. It was an overall lovely experience.

Sanibel apartment

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean when we arrived and suited our needs. I had read in previous reviews about the deadbolt not working on the back door and the uneven burner on the stove. Neither of these were fixed. The deadbolt was most concerning. The apartment manager was very prompt in responding to questions when we texted. We loved the pool and had it to ourselves most of the time. Outdoor appearance of the property was not what we expected from pictures....rotted wood, bags of mulch lying about. Beds were comfortable and apartment was tastefully decorated. For the price, we were satisfied with our experience.

Read entire review before booking

The apt is in a good neighborhood, and is within walking distance to the grocery, restaurants, and bars. We were dissatisfied with the apt. and the way we were treated when we brought up the issues. First issue: Day 1 - No propane for the grill. When we contacted the owner via messenger, he said we were in charge of purchasing the propane - (which I can understand, but it is a shared grill with other tenants, so I guess I am suppose to remove the propane after each use)... and then proceeds to tell me that only one burner on the grill works. Second issue: Day 10- Refrigerator no longer works. It would not reach an adequate temperature to keep meat, and produce fresh. When we contacted the owner, he sent over the property manager. He inspected the fridge. I requested a large cooler to keep my meat on ice until they found a solution. The next evening they returned with a new fridge, and that worked for a matter of a few hours and we were reaching back out to them for a new one. The maintenance guy said "it is probably plugged in to the wrong outlet, just move it and plug it in to another outlet." So...move a fridge, that does not sound easy! We requested the property manager come back over and he refused to. We finally got a new fridge that following day. We do understand that issues will arise in rental homes. The final straw was the property owner emailing about our daughter spending the day with us. The disrespect and rudeness was what made us not want to stay there and unfortunately will not be renting from them again.

Girls trip

Our stay was excellent! The apartment was in a great location for trips to the beach, places to see, restaurants and shopping. Our appointment was the perfect size for the three of us friends. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Florida.

Great location and pool

This well-located apartment has a sunny pool with heating. The kitchen is small but adequate, though one of the stove burners is uneven and makes it hard to keep your skillet level while cooking. The bedrooms are spacey and the beds are good. The bathroom is nice with a good shower. The table is only a high top but works for a small group. The couch is comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to light the outdoor gas grill so instructions would be helpful. The pool was the highlight with comfortable chairs and loungers. We arrived after a cold spell but the kids didn't mind the cooler water until the sun and heater gradually brought up the temperature. The pool is deep enough with good stairs down for smaller kids. There is plenty of room around it and it is lighted at night. A very good rental.

A little get away

I love the property. It was centrally located. And very spacious. I felt like I was at home. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. I enjoy my stay immensely. I would recommend to anyone that enjoys older style homes.

Small apartment perfect for our little family

The house is very sweet in a nice part of town. We found it to be very clean. The pool is also warm and clean and right out the back door. It was very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable. The house is a short driving distance to downtown Fort Myers which is really fun with lots of restaurants and little shops.

Overall

Pool water was cold and unable to use. Lots of nice chairs by pool. 2 bike locks on porch but no bikes. Property manager was very quick to respond and pleasant to work with. Nice and close to a Publix.

Not as expected

We booked this property for the sole purpose it was offered with a pontoon boat. Two weeks before our arrival we were told the boat was no longer available and we wouldn't of even known if I hadn't inquired about booking the boat during our stay. Due to pictures on the listing, we thought the apartment was on water, with the boat, but no water in sight. The pictures online made the property appear nicer than it actually was. It served our purpose but we were disappointed to say the least. The property owners were very responsive to questions and needs but unfortunately we would not revisit this property if we return to Florida.
