Planta baja, condominio de unidad final ubicado en una comunidad familiar cerrada, aproximadamente a una milla de la playa, y en una comunidad fluvial intracostera. NO MOTOS. A solo minutos del complejo deportivo North Myrtle Beach. La propiedad tiene 2 dormitorios / 2 baños y está completamente amueblada. Duerme seis. El dormitorio principal tiene cama queen size y baño privado y televisión de pantalla plana, el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size y televisión de pantalla plana. La sala tiene un sofá cama queen sofá cama. La sala también cuenta con televisión de pantalla plana y un sofá cama futón. Todos los televisores tienen Time Warner Cable e internet WiFi. Ideal para turistas adultos que aman el ambiente de playa en una comunidad tranquila sin la molestia de hacinamiento. La planta baja lo hace atractivo para las personas mayores. Esta casa de vacaciones es nuestra segunda casa y está amueblada y decorada como tal. Solo alquilamos a adultos y familias mayores de 30 años. Usamos esta casa 15 semanas al año con la familia y la alquilamos solo para sufragar algunos de nuestros costos anuales.

Quiet area but close to beach. Easy access to highway 17. Communication with owner was fantastic. Condo very nice and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our week vacation.

Great place

The condominium is great, quiet place, easy access, is on the fist floor I appreciate that, the location is perfect a lot stores and restaurants nearby, the kitchen is nice and equipped, the place has two pools is nice, definitely I can come back to this condominium.

Great location and friendly owners

This condo was just right for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms and living area were spacious. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants-but tucked away from the crowds. The owners Dave and Nancy were always available and helpful. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

This was the perfect solution for accommodations for our large family. A short drive or a doable walk to the oceanfront property where the rest of the family was. Lots of personal touches made this property feel more like staying with a friend. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. The community is lovely and it felt very safe.

My Visits

I've been vacationing here for years. Its close to the beach, shopping, pools, cookouts, entertainment, and fishing if you like. The community is very peaceful, I have even walked through the community by myself at 1am from fishing. My family and I love this place and area. Not one bad experience and Dave and his family are wonderful people. I thank him so much for allowing us to stay every summer.

Golf getaway

I was looking for a larger place to stay and came across this listing. From the first contact to the last I was overjoyed with my stay. The owner was extremely accommodating and the unit was completely stock with much more than I expected. The location, security and quietness was what I wanted. I look forward to using this place, again next year. My thanks to the owner for a great stay.

Enjoyable Stay

We love staying in this gated community. It’s close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, fast food etc. The unit was very clean and we have no complaints. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride to the beach and exploring the neighborhood. I always felt very safe while walking by myself around the neighborhood and on the beach. We arrive too early in the year to enjoy the pool. I don’t think it opens until mid April. The neighbors probably thought we were never there because we were on the go a lot 😀. Highly recommend 👍

Best Owner Ever

The owner of this property, Dave, was incredible. He answers his phone promptly, and was so easy to deal with, and accommodating! We have used VRBO often in the past, but this was our best experience ever with an owner! The furniture was very comfortable, the condo was spacious and well-equipped. It was also very quiet - a bonus when at Myrtle Beach! It is an end unit and there were lots of windows to let light in. The location is literally not more than 1 -1/2 miles max from four major groceries stores, restaurants and stores. So everything was walkable. We definitely would recommend this place to others!

Disappointed in need of upgrading

Unit furnishings were in need of updating and replacement. Cookware old and minimal. Bathroom cabinets paint peeling. Food left over by previous occupants should be discarded. Patio wasn't cleaned. 2 Pool areas were nice and clean. Grounds well maintained. Conveniently located to supermarkets and restaurants. Bring bedding, towels and iron.

Summer baseball in Myrtle Beach!

The property was wonderful! We were there to watch grandson play, and it was so convenient! Only thing I could suggest was that the front bedroom mattress be replaced. The center of the mattress was very much worn so that when we lay down we rolled to the center. Otherwise, it was great!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We originally picked this property because the location was very close to the baseball fields our son was playing at for a tournament. It was such a great time the whole family enjoyed. We will plan to come back for sure!

Military Family Visiting

The home was stunning and professionally cleaned. I’m very happy with our stay and look forward to returning. The home is in a quiet friendly community close to beach and shops. We enjoyed the large living room with an open dining area for family time. We have no complaints, and highly recommended staying here.

Great location, beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and many extras. The only thing I didn't find was a pizza cutter but everything else was there. Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer in the unit. The pool was close by, just a short walk away. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was a short 5 minute drive to the beach and there was plenty of public parking available. We did pay for our parking which was new this year, $2/hr. But we didn't have to cross the road at all so we really didn't mind paying to park. I used the Passport parking app which sent an alert when time was running out and made it easy to add on extra parking time right from my phone. Overall, this was possibly the best condo we have rented through VRBO. The price was perfect for a family on a budget. We wanted to have money to be able to do things with our teens, and we were able to do that since we didn't pay an arm and a leg for a nice condo. Thank you, Dave, so much for allowing us to stay in the condo. The next time we come to Myrtle Beach, we would most certainly stay here again!

Best vacation in quite some time

Came to Myrtle Beach for one of our daughters softball tournament. For a family of 6 finding a good affordable place was tough. We were extremely lucky to find this place, it was perfect. Close to the beach, the ball fields, and everything else. Condo had plenty of room, clean, and all the basics and more ready. Owner is extremely nice and great communication!! Definitely sharing this place with others and keeping in mind for another vacation. All the way around one of the best vacations we have had. Highly recommend!!!!! Thank you so much Dave!!!

This property is close enough to all that is going on at the Grand Strand and yet is quiet at the end of the day being a gated community with two pools and outdoor decks on the coastal waterway. Outdoor picnic tables with grills located through out the community.

We have many family guests come every year that participate in the North Myrtle Beach softball tournaments just minutes from condo.
