Gran ubicación de todo! Espectaculares vistas al atardecer y aguas blancas del océano, surf y Del Mar Fairground / Race Track ... Perfecto para el alquiler de la Feria de junio (se puede negociar una estadía más allá del 3 de julio por un precio mayor). VRBO no tiene una función para cambiar los precios todas las noches!)
Muy espacioso, totalmente amueblado, con 3 habitaciones más habitación adicional que sirve como una oficina / sala de televisión / estudio / habitación. 2 dormitorios con zonas de baño privadas. Medio baño en segundo piso en el cuarto de estar. Las grandes terrazas al aire libre y deslizadores para disfrutar de la brisa del mar, vistas al aire libre y comedor! Best stay in Solana Beach

We have been staying in Solana Beach/Del Mar area for more than ten years. This was our favorite rental because of the cleanliness, location, and overall homey feel of the condo. Ann was super helpful and responded to any question within minutes. It is a very big and private space that stayed cool all summer long. We look forward to returning!

Nice place, great location

My family stayed here for a week over Thanksgiving. The place is very nice and suited us quite well. It is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants & shopping as well as to the beach. Lots of light, views over the race track and to the beach a half mile off. We very much appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and handy wagon to transport things to and from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, including food processor, juice squeezer and blender. The place was clean and had ample linens. There were a few personal items kicking around under the beds and in desk drawers, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. There's a really nice, big TV in the living room that we didn't end up using, but you could comfortably watch a movie in there with 8 people. It turns out the owner was out of town during our stay and that she had lost her phone. So when I tried getting in touch with her about some questions and minor issues, I didn’t hear back until we were about ready to leave. It wasn’t anything major for us, but it would have given us some peace of mind during our stay knowing that someone was there in case we really needed it. I’ve communicated with her since and she was very gracious and appreciative of my feedback, and I understand that she was in a tough situation. Again, we had a great stay, and any issues were minor. My family looks forward to staying there again in the future, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fairly spacious, nicely situated place to stay near the beach in the Del Mar area. I’m confident that the owner has addressed the minor issues we communicated about and that she will ensure prompt communication for any future stays. Two thumbs up!

We really enjoyed staying here

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and lovely. A short walk to the beach and easy trip to the grocery store. And Ann was very easy to communicate with. It was great!

Winter visit

Ideal location. Close to beach and easy access to I to get to many places easily. Unite was well stocked maybe even too much stuff. Unit is getting a bit tired, and some updating and deeper cleaning would be helpful but all in all a good place to be. If you stay make sure that you get the correct access code information. We were given incorrect codes. With and 11:PM arrival this was a mess.

Work from home in Solana Beach

Great place for our month long work from home stay in San Diego. Location is perfect walking distance to the beach and downtown Solana. The house was great and very well stocked with extra linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. Our favorite part was the deck outside the kitchen!

Great Location across from Del Mar horse track

This condo is in an upscale community and very close to the ocean and across from the Del Mar horse track. It has a nice outdoor seating area if the weather is nice. It has all the amenities of home including a washer and dryer. We rented it for two months as transitional housing because we opened an office in San Diego. Ann was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great place for our family

We stayed at the condo for almost 6 months because our own house was undergoing repairs. We absolutely loved it, and so did our two young kids. Great location, we walked to the beach, and the Brigantine at the corner for food, the Farmers market on Cedros for fresh produce on Sundays. You can't beat the location of this place, not to mention the view - all our friends who visited were wowed. Ann was also very responsive and took care of all our needs promptly, even accommodating some uncertainty in our checkout date. Overall, just great!

Amazing property close to everything

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was nicely updated and had everything we needed- even more than we needed. We stayed for just over a month from mid July through mid August and I was originally concerned about it being too warm inside, however we never needed air conditioning. The condo is positioned perfectly to receive the amazing coastal breezes. We really liked the den/4th possible bedroom area as we used it as a playroom for my young children. The location is great- we walked to the beach almost every day and also walked across the street to the Del Mar Race Track. On Fridays we could sit out on the patio and listen to the track's free concerts. Ann, the owner was great and was always accessible. I can go on and on. ...just awesome!

Amazing as always

This is the second time my family and I rented this terrific property. Beautiful views of the ocean and the Del Mar Raceway. Minutes drive to downtown Del Mar. All the comforts of home and updated flooring since our last stay. I enthusiastically recommend!

great stay, perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Everything is so convenient and has so much to do. We walked across the street to the fair and down the street to the beach. My kids took a volleyball camp at Dog Beach. The pool looks out to the ocean and racetrack. Lots of great restaurants, but often bbq'd on the deck and enjoyed the view. The condo is comfortable, decorated just right for the beach. We definitely will go back and recommend to friends!!

A Perfect Week

We stayed for a week for our daughter's graduation from UCSD. We enjoyed the rental very much. The condo is in a perfect location (La Jolla, Del Mar, other beach cities are within a stone throw), generously appointed (no detail is spared, from beach towels to glassware to some drinks in the fridge) and elegantly decorated. And the views are breathtaking. We highly recommend it to other vacation renters!

Great Vacation!!!

Loved staying in this condo! It was clean, just redone, nicely decorated and is close to the beach. It has a great view and there is so much to do around there. It was very spacious and we loved eating out on the deck! I will definitely stay there again!!
