Este condominio frente al mar en la Casa del Almirantazgo en 140 Seaview Court recientemente terminó una remodelación completa!

POR FAVOR haga el recorrido virtual. No hay una mejor manera de ver la propiedad. Es un poco confuso, así que si está usando una computadora, haga clic en la pestaña de visita virtual. La imagen de apertura se moverá por la sala principal y luego se volverá a colocar en la imagen original. Una vez que eso suceda, puede moverse por la unidad manteniendo presionado el clic izquierdo y mover el mouse de izquierda a derecha y obtendrá una vista de 360 grados de la habitación. Luego verá una flecha que señala la flecha a un área o habitación, haga clic en ella y se moverá a esa habitación o área. SI usa un iPad es similar a usar el mouse, excepto que usa los dedos en la pantalla. El mismo concepto pero sin mouse físico. Beautiful condo with a great location!

We had a wonderful first visit to Marco Island and this condo was largely the reason why. From it's great location to it's beautiful views, it was spectacular! The condo is wonderfully decorated and the owner has supplied excellent quality linens, utensils and beach supplies. This has been one of our best experiences from beginning to end. We sure hope to return someday!

2015 Fall Stay

My wife & I stayed at the condo in late September. It was exactly as Bob had advertised. The quiet end unit had everything we needed for a quiet relaxing week. It was clean, well kept and all appliances were top quality. The proximity to the beach was great. This was our first time renting through vrbo and Bob made it a worry free enjoyable experience.

Great Place

My wife and I just finished a great stay in this condo at Admiralty House in Marco Island. The condo is in super condition. All the added items you need for a wonderful month in the sun. The owner was very responsive to any questions about the new technologies added to the condo . The view from the balcony is spectacular both in the morning and evening when the sun is setting. Beautiful property and very attentive owner

The property is very well maintained and the owner Bob is very attentive and provided excellent instructions for accessing and using the condo. The living room and bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the kitchen, also redecorated, has new cabinets, appliances and stone counter tops. The view from the living room balcony is stunning with beautiful sunset views. The Admiralty House is well maintained including the pool and common areas. The beach is stunning and Bob supplies all the necessary towels, beach front chairs, umbrella's and accessories. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and look forward to returning in the future.

Great Space and Location

Access to a fabulous beach. The building is quiet, friendly and well kept. The condo is set up with everything you need for an extended stay and daily cooking, and the beds are very comfortable. Our favourite spot was the sofa for its view of the beach. The balcony is in shade until the late afternoon. The tech was lost on us except for the nice music system. Sadly, no bikes. We liked being on the 2nd floor and often used the stairs rather than wait for elevators.

The Admiralty on Marco Island

This was our first stay at the Admiralty, which is on the north end of Marco Island. It is a large 18 floor complex; older but well maintained. Our 900sf two bedroom is an updated unit on the 2fl; with a beautiful northern view of the beach and sunset. The condo condition was superb with every imaginable detail and amenity available to renters. Bob, the owner could not have been more pleasant and responsive to any/all queries or issues. His Immediate response to the most minor question took away any "renter" stress and he made us feel totally welcome to his bit of "paradise"! We are returning next year.

Property was well maintained, exceptionally clean and was equipped with current electronics .

My wife and I stayed there for most of the month of January 2018. The owner, Bob, lives in New Hampsher however he was readily available by phone and email to us when we had questions. The condo had no sign of damage from the hurricane that ravaged Florida last fall. The Admiralty House did suffer some damage but there were lots of repair folks working hard to bring it back to normal. The condo has a great view from the balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The place was equipped with everything you need. Just move in, bring your sun screen and enjoy. We will definitely go back to this condo in the future. Jim and Suzie

Absolutely Perfect!

What can I say.....the condo was exactly as described. The pictures do not do it justice. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and Bob has thought of everything you may ever need. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of linens, and beach chairs for everyone! Bob was fantastic to work with; super quick on his responses throughout the entire process. Direct gulf front views, incredible sunsets and beautiful landscaped grounds with lots of palm trees give this location a superior tropical ambiance. Coffee in the morning off the rear balcony as the sun comes up and wine in the evening off the front balcony as the sun goes down; doesn't get more perfect than that! The building itself is well kept, very clean, and quiet. The pool area was beautifully kept, never crowded or noisy and we were always able to find chairs. Using the shared BBQ's poolside was never a problem and we never had to wait more than a few minutes. Everyone does a nice job cleaning up after themselves so cooking on shared surfaces was never a concern. The island itself was a wonderful break from some of the other very crowded locations we have stayed in. Driving around the island was never an issue, and we rarely ran into much traffic at all. Shops and grocery stores were no more than a quick drive down the road one way, and the other direction had more shops and a movie theater. This condo is perfectly located on the island, central to everything. The beach was amazing, huge, and never too crowded. If you love shelling, this place is for you! We found tons; especially on our long beautiful walk down Tiger Tail Beach. We walked all the way to the tip and saw a baby dolphin playing in the shallows and it's pod not far off shore. It was such a wonderful spot and not many people. We saw a few nature photographers and a couple people but otherwise it felt like walking on a deserted island. We have stayed in many places using owner rentals; The Keys, Anna Maria, Madeira Beach, Indian Shores, to name a few. This condo tops the list as one of our favorites and we hope to return someday!

Memorable, relaxing stay in Marco Island

This condo is exactly as it is stated in the listing. Bob is a super person to work with. Very helpful and easy to get ahold of if any question or problem arose. Décor is spot on, kitchen is full of all kinds of helpful gadgets for anyone who knows their way around a kitchen and loves to cook. Sleep number is a plus (we have one at home so selecting our "number" was easy). Plenty of towels, beach towels, stuff to use at the beach, blankets, pillows of all sorts, free laundry facilities (which is a big help in being able to take home clean clothes and to help out the cleaning crew by washing all towels up prior to leaving!). Nicely set not far from restaurants (Joey's has fantastic pizza!). Pool is nice, but a lot of mosquitos (I hear it's been a bad year this year so maybe the condo company needs to spray more for them??) but no pool toys nothing allowed and not many people are there at any time either (this is a good thing). Kind of just have to wade around. Beach is about 350 steps from sea grass but nice PRIVATE beach, tons of space to spread out and enjoy yourself. I will say honestly this is one of the best VRBO rentals I have ever vacationed at. Everything was smooth. I would definitely rent again with the reservation of my children coming (ages 4, 13 & 16). The building condo itself is spotless which is fantastic. The people that run the hotel are not very kid friendly. I fully understand the pool rules (and not all people keep their kids behaved these days so take that in mind as well) and the lengthy list of rules but these people have either never had children or forget about what being a kid at the beach is like. I am not saying that they don't welcome children but it just feels like we were being watched constantly, waiting for that one misstep. THIS HOWEVER IS NO REFLECTION ON BOB AND HIS CONDO! The security guards are very nice gentlemen and will give you a friendly heads up if you may be walking the line ;). Overall I would gladly do business with Bob again it was a wonderful relaxing stay.

Magnificent stay in Marco Island

I wioke up every morning to the most amazing view of the beach and watched several breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. The owner is thorough in providing details and was very helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend this condo for a Marco Island get away. Close to all the restaurants and shops, and so many seashells!

Our Sand, Sun, and Fun Get Away!

My husband and I spent our time soaking up the sun, enjoying the exquisite beach, property, and Condo. The Condo unit was just if not better than described. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Upon arrival we met the woman who made sure the Condo was up to both her and the owners standards. She introduced herself and went out of her way to show us around. The place was spotless, and it was equipped with all the extras to ensure your needs are met. From chairs, towels, beach bags, coolers, umbrellas etc. and very good quality items. We can’t say enough about Bob. This was our 3rd experience renting a property through VRBO and he made it all so easy. Responded to our questions and was there for anything we could have possibly wanted or needed, but didn’t! He is by far the best! Thanks Bob! We hope to return to this beautiful property again.

Beautiful Sunsets on the Beach

Wonderful clean condo with views of the Marco Island Beach. Bob, the owner was very accommodating. He provided everything you would ever need for a perfect vacation; beach chairs, towels, bikes umbrella etc.

I have been looking for a long time for a perfect place to keep coming back to & now I’ve found it

My husband and I have travelled a lot and Florida has always been one of our favourite destinations. Most of our visits have been for a short stay before or after a cruise, but we’ve had extended stays in Orlando, Clearwater and Fort Lauderdale. Whenever we would get there, we would ask Floridians what their favourite part of Florida was and the popular answer was Marco Island. I found this condo after many months of searching for the perfect spot to be our “Home Away From Home”. We arrived in the evening and everything around us was dark, but we had a night cap out on the balcony and could hear the ocean so it was still a wonderful welcome. The next morning when my husband woke me up after a long day of travel he said “you’re going to freak out when you see this view”. I have never sprung out of bed so fast and when I stepped on to the balcony I actually squealed!! I had seen all of the photos many times but photos never really capture the true feeling. This condo is perfection! The view of the beach is so beautiful, and the sunsets are simply amazing. We normally like to hang out at a pool until the sun goes down, but at Bob’s condo, we made sure to have a beverage in hand out on the patio to see the sun set each night. Bob was a wonderful and gracious host. He made sure we were all set with our arrival instructions and as soon as I turned the key to enter the condo, my expeditions were exceeded. I love my own home very much, so staying anywhere else for more than a few days just isn’t the same. But at this condo, I wasn’t ready to leave after our 10 days! It was perfectly equipped with every single thing we needed to cook our favourite dishes, and it was very very clean and incredibly inviting. The location is excellent. We rented a car for our 10 days but likely won’t the next visit as everything is a short taxi ride away. 2 grocery stores within a 5 minute ride, a great pizza place Bob recommended just accross the street, and a very yummy breakfast and lunch spot a short walk away. The quick drive of less than an hour from the airport in very minimal traffic is a bonus, and the constant temperate of 84-86 degrees in the pool was a delight! Yes, this condo complex has a lot of rules, but they are common sense and we appreciated how they are geared toward relaxing, calmness and respect. I will absolutely be coming back again and again. Thanks for sharing your piece of Heaven on earth with us, Bob!

Ouiet, relaxing, perfection!

Our family has used VRBO for 10 years and I’ve never been as impressed with the accuracy of a listing. This property is as over the top as described with its owner, Mr. Kacmarcik, being easy to contact and extremely accommodating. Beautifully decorated, the attention to detail was beyond expectation. Mr. Kacmarcik provides everything a vacationer would need from beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers to any kitchen utensil or small appliance imaginable. The building itself was gorgeous and the staff we spoke with was friendly and helpful. I realize we were visiting during the area’s slow season, but could not have imagined such a quiet, relaxing experience. There were never more than eight people at the pool (rarely more than two or three!) and the chairs were super comfy with lots of shade provided if needed. I cannot say enough about our stay at the Admiralty House and recommend this property to anyone in search of a peaceful beach getaway with everything imaginable at your fingertips!

We keep coming back

Not only is Marco Island a great place to escape a long winter, but Admiralty House and Bob's condo make it so you don't want to leave. Everything is always clean, well equipped and we love the views. His beach accessories make spending a day at the beach perfect. Inside the condo, it's easy to feel at home the first day you arrive.

Beautiful stay!

Can’t beat Marco beach and this condo has amazing sunset views! Very tastefully decorated, electronic upgrades are amazing, everything you need to make beach living easy and comfortable. The condo is supplied with top quality linens, kitchenware, furniture, and beach items. The unit is very quiet. The grounds and pool are immaculate. It was our pleasure to work with Bob, he is an excellent owner, and very attentive to any questions we had! We highly recommend this unit as we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay! Thanks for making it a paradise!

Building under construction. Floors covered in paper. Drywall dust and debris in abundance. Spacious bedrooms, living room and gallery kitchen very close quarters and over accessorized. Nice pool.

Stunning views; decorator's touch

This condo is stunning! Clearly, it has a decorator's touch - we loved the coastal theme throughout the condo. The views of the gulf from the balcony were spectacular - we took advantage of the views in the morning with coffee and in the evening for sunset. The beach at this building is also HUGE - it was nice for walking and running - not very many people took advantage of the beach so it was very private. We also felt very safe at this condo - security is very important here. The pool area was kept spotless and there were plenty of chaise loungers to select from. I know this is a quiet time of year and we felt as if we had the entire complex to ourselves. Bob is also amazing to work with - very detailed in instructions he provides and very responsive to questions. I wish all of the VRBO members were as responsive! We had asked if there was any red tide before our trip and Bob even sent us photos to show us the gulf! My husband and I absolutely loved everything about this condo - from the granite countertops to the remodeled bathrooms - the flooring throughout was beautiful and we felt right at home. I can't say enough about this condo - I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay on Marco. That is a double-edged sword though - we would like to keep it all to ourselves :-). We will most definitely be back to this piece of paradise!

My wife Tracie and I purchased at the Admiralty house in 2014 after owning across the street from the Admiralty House since 2010. We both fell in love with Marco Island after visiting several times going as far back as 1997. It wasn't until the housing /Financial crash of 2008-9 did we decide to take the plunge into owning on the Island. From that point, we could not be happier with our investment and hope some day we can enjoy spending the winter months in Paradise .

We have resided on the seacoast of New Hampshire since 1996 and have 4 children ( Girls that are 27and 25, and Twin boys that are 23). Right now my oldest ,Lauren graduated in 2019 from UCONN . She and her future Husband gave Birth to our 1st grandchild Sloan Leavitt this past February . Our Daughter Meaghan is a graduate of George Washington Univ. both undergrad and grad. while our twins, Brendan and Ryan are graduates of WIT and Merrimack College,

The Admiralty House although built in 1972, is for all intensive purposes brand new as we as owners have invested significant money to bring the whole facility up to current and modern standards. The entire common area finished a complete remodel in 2019 along with the pool which was completely redone also in 2019. The grounds and pool area are meticulously maintained and you feel like you are at a resort as nothing is out of place. The Admiralty House is professional run and we take great pride in our property.

As far as my condo I completely remodeled it when I purchased it in 2014 and it was finished in early 2015. While it has been rented since 2015 it has been very well maintained with everything still almost as good as new. I'm a perfectionist and I replace sheets, at the most every 18 months, with only 100% Egyptian cotton with a minimum of 600 TC. I keep more than enough towels( both bath and beach) at the property and keep spares on site in my storage area if my cleaning lady thinks they need to be replaced she just does it.

My property is completely modernized as all sliders and windows replaced with hurricane rated tinted glass and as a result you can open up the main room double slider to make the outside as part of the living area if you are so inclined . On top of that, all window treatments are electronically controlled by either voice Commands, wall switches and or hand held remotes . No manual effort on your part to open and close the window treatments . Amazon Echo's are in every room so you can control lights, window treatments , ceiling fans and AC . Alexa is also hooked up to the Bose sound system and he can play any music you may like by simply asking her to .

This property has a tropical feel and has all the comforts of home and more.
