En la ciudad, la casa es perfecta para familias numerosas. ¡Camine por la ciudad o relájese en la terraza con vistas al lago! ¡Cómodamente duerme 14 con tres baños! ¡Mucho espacio de estacionamiento para transportar tus juguetes de verano e invierno! Casa de tres niveles con mesa de billar / bar, dormitorio privado y baño de 3/4 con ducha en el nivel inferior. Plano de planta abierto en el nivel medio con cocina, comedor y sala de estar más 2 dormitorios y baño, y, en el tercer piso, otro dormitorio privado y un increíble altillo con baño. Relájese en la terraza con vistas al Gran Lago o reúnanse alrededor de la fogata al aire libre por las noches. Justo al comienzo del sendero y a poca distancia a pie en cualquier lugar de Grand Lake Esta casa está hermosamente decorada y ofrece todo para que sus vacaciones en Grand Lake sean inolvidables. Cable y WiFi incluidos.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was not clean on outside. Tables needed to be washed. I washed them. The queen size bed on main floor could not be slept in because deodorizing spray on bedding was overwhelming. Floor needed to be washed. PM did not respond to text or emails at times. Let them know that a wedding ring had been lost in the response. Disappointed in property managements response time.

The house was exactly as advertised. The location is a very short walk to the quaint downtown and minutes from RMNP. Everyone agreed that they want to come back!

Great location and plenty of space

The M&M Lodge is conveniently located just above the town of Grand lake with easy walking access to shopping, dining and the lakefront. The home is spacious and fun for entertaining.

Great place for the family

There were 18 of us total, 10 of us stayed at this location, 8 at a nearby cabin. We used our lodge as a gathering spot. The location was perfect for everything we needed. We walked down to town, the marina, St. Anne Catholic church, and the rapids. Close to town yet set back in a beautiful setting with rocks for the grands to climb in the back and a lake view from the deck in front. The beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The game room downstairs was a nice bonus. The property was clean and well-maintained. The fan in the upstairs room was not working, so we reached out to Grand Mountain Rentals, and they provided one for our use. I definitely would recommend this property if you desire to be close to town but want beautiful views of the lake and mountains, too. We enjoyed the beach, paddleboards, kayaks, hiking, shopping, eating, nightlife, mini golf, go carts, the Rocky Mountain Repertory Company for The Music Man, The Rocky Mountain National Park for animal viewing and Alpine Center. All the shops are nice, but we shopped Humphrey's and Gifts Unlimited the most. We also enjoyed Sagebrush and the Historic Rapids for dining. We did go to the Grand Lake Lodge for the outstanding views. The negatives were minor, but lamp in upstairs bunk room did not work, and no dishcloth in kitchen. Also, maybe a little deep cleaning under sofas and beds. There were candy wrappers under some furniture, but overall great place to stay!

I would like to say that it is much bigger than pictured. The top floor has two bedrooms instead of the one bedroom and loft that's pictured, which was perfect for all 13 of us. I would be happy to recommend this cabin to friends and would love to stay here again.

Grand Lake Birthday Celebration

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for celebrating my husband’s 65th birthday with 7 couples from all over Colorado. Bed’s were comfortable, we cooked every meal at the home, fun game room and a fantastic deck with beautiful views. The only complaint is we reserved it for 14 people and we were given 3 garbage bags, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 extra roll of toilet paper on the main level. We ran out of all of those items. We are paying enough, I don’t want to have to bring those items. Also, we didn’t have a dumpster at the property, it was at the rental office location. Luckily one of our guests had a truck. I didn’t want to haul garbage from 14 people and many meals in a car. Loved the property, just a few items could be improved. Checkout was easy and we weren’t expected to do a lot of clean up at the home which was fantastic.

Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! Clean, spacious and at a great location. Easy check-in and check-out process. We had an unforgettable Christmas in this cabin! It has an amazing view of the lake and surrounding area on all floors, located within walking distance to the village, and beautifully decorated. Kids loved playing outside with snow and we liked the privacy and location of this gorgeous home. Highly recommended!

Great weekend, great location, great cabin, great view, Grand Lake!

We had 10 of us staying at M&M cabin - 3 couples and adult children for a friends renioun of sorts. Everything about our stay was outstanding. This cabin has everything you need. We had lots of fun down in the game room. The kitchen was top notch, TV in living room was excellent, the bedrooms / loft worked out great for the group. The firepit was used twice (you do need to go into town to get wood - no biggie). Easy walk to town that we did several times. Some nice hikes / waterfall close by. Overall our entire group thought it was 10 out 10. The group even managed to have quite the sing-a-long fun at the Grand View Lodge to top off a memorable weekend. Can't go wrong with this place!

Amazing Property!

We rent a cabin in Grand Lake every year and this has by far been the best one yet! The cabin is spacious and had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the entire family. The basement was a big hit and our family had fun playing pool, darts and shuffle board. The views were amazing and we even had a moose walk through the property. The location to the town and lake was perfect. Just a short 5 minute walk. We hope to be back soon!
