Hermosa montaña y vistas al mar, tranquilo y privado

Una vista panorámica hacia las aguas azules del lugar de nacimiento de Afrodita conocido como Petra tou Romiou y las montañas circundantes crea un lugar ideal para su destino de vacaciones. Un lugar deseado, cerca de la ciudad de Paphos, pero muy lejos de donde se puede disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas y privadas.


Sunrise Villa-mejor ubicación en una zona exclusiva: Privada, pacífico y seguro, ideal para aquellos que quieren combinar abundante sol, hermosas vistas y nadar o jugar al golf debido a la proximidad del Valle Secreto y Aphrodite Hills de 18 hoyos de golf.

El Sunrise Villa se compone de tres grandes dormitorios, uno con cama doble y baño con ducha, una gran terraza con vistas al mar. Uno de los otros dormitorios tiene dos grandes camas individuales y el otro una cama individual, ambos comparten un cuarto de baño que consta de un baño, una ducha y WC. Todos los dormitorios tienen armarios empotrados y armarios.

En el salón, hay un gran sofá de dos asientos y un gran sofá de tres plazas con chimenea, ideal para el invierno, TV, DVD y radio. El comedor ofrece una gran mesa ovalada con un asiento de seis u ocho, si se desea. El comedor y el salón tienen vistas a los jardines.

Instalaciones: La cocina está equipada con horno y vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, lavadora y nevera / congelador, plancha y tabla de planchar y una selección de artículos de vidrio para un máximo de doce personas. También hay una barra americana y dos taburetes. Todas las habitaciones y el salón / comedor se han dividido las unidades A / C.

En el exterior, hay una gran zona ajardinada con una piscina privada con una ducha cerca. Luces de la noche alrededor de la piscina, ideal para el entretenimiento nocturno.

Ubicación: El Sunrise Villa está a 10 minutos en coche de la ciudad de Paphos, a 15 minutos del pueblo de Pissouri y playa ya 5 minutos en coche del lujoso retiro Aphrodite Hills Spa Center, todo en una posición ideal para que disfrute de unas vacaciones inolvidables.

Lovely villa with all the amenities provided. Great host who provided a care pack for our arrival and who responded promptly to all our requests. The use of a car was an added bonus. Highly recomended.

Had the most perfect holiday here. Visiting my sister who lives near Tsada and the villa and use of car was perfect for what we needed. The villa has everything you could possibly need, it’s clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and towels provided per person. The pool is great and was well used while we were there. Plenty of pool toys in the shed and we added some of our own when we left. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back again soon. Thank you for allowing us to use your Villa x

Wonderful relaxing stay

Sunrise Villa is beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and just what you need to get away from it all. The views are amazing and we actually got up to watch the sunrise! A car is included with the Villa which is perfect for heading to the beach or into nearby towns. The Villa has every essential you will need. We will definitely go back 🙂

Another wonderful stay!!

This was our second visit to Sunrise villa. The villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you need plus lots of extras. The villa comes with a car which is perfect as there is no shops or restaurants within waking distance. Fabulous pool and gardens. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Lovely location, great property, excellently kitted out

Sunrise Villa was perfect for our group of 6. The location is really nice - a spectacular view from the garden and the area is really peaceful. Pool was excellent and indoors was equipped to a really high standard - they have thought of everything we needed for a very relaxed stay including days out. The car was also perfect - no issues at all and the owners were extremely helpful with a couple of minor questions. Will definitely be back if we are in Paphos again.

the villa is big enough for 6 adults we had 5 in it its clean quiet and a away from the both citys but not too far for a short drive lovely views from your private pool and the owners are at the end of the email if you have any questions we had a late night flight and stayed at the villa until we needed to all in all a very relaxing stay in a villa that is as described and no hassels

Golf Huday with friends

Lovely villa with everything in it that you would need for a family holiday. Beautiful location and scenery. Stelios was so helpful booking our taxi from the airport to the villa. Only downside was 5 days of constant drilling and banging from the villa next door which was being refurbished, but that does not take away the enjoyment of the fabulous villa. The car offered was also a great plus. Would highly recommend renting this villa.

Fantastic Holiday

Sunrise Villa was beautiful. We’ve stayed in other Villas close by and this was easily the best. Location in Venus Rock was great and Stelios very kindly arranged for taxi to collect us on arrival as well as drop off after holiday. The villa itself was a home from home and the Pool with the view was wonderful. Everything in the Villa was provided and the space was clean. All in all a perfect holiday. The car was a bonus as you’d need to get to Pissouri, Kouklia or Mandria for Restaurants. Car was a great drive. Thank You, will definitely be back

Brilliant Villa

2nd time we have stayed at Sunrise Villa. And again we have had a great 2 weeks. Pool is lovely and outlook is stunning. Location of Villa is great and in a quiet area. Use of Car is a bonus as you need to drive to restaurants. Everything provided in property and a welcome pack was provided. Small problem with damaged umbrella but this was reported and immediately resolved by Stelios. Ivan the Pool Man was a great help. Will definitely be back

Deans 10 day stay

The property is in good order albeit a little dated. However it is clean and tidy and well stocked which is unusual and a very nice touch. Bryony and Stelios are excellent managers who respond quickly and clearly. We would recommend this villa but with the caveat that the local area is very quiet and seriously needs some local shops and entertainment (bars and restaurants) as without the very nice car that is provided you would be very isolated

Nice property albeit a little dated. Great aircon downstairs, the bedroom ones are a little noisy but work well. WiFi is good downstairs but not so strong upstairs - could do with a booster upstairs. Phones were fine but our daughter could not connect her baby camera monitor in the bedroom, as the signal was not quite strong enough. Area is nice and quiet but not walkable to any shops. Absolute bonus though to have a car as part of the rental, which you do need. Very good price when the car is included. Very comfortable spacious VW. Grocery shop is a 10 min drive away. Communication with the host was OK - we had a problem with the taxi they had booked for us not arriving at the airport but we managed to get another one with babyseat to the property. Cot, babyseat and highchair all provided at the rental which was very helpful. Had lunch at the Secret Valley Golf Club which is near the complex. Drove to Latchi for the Blue Lagoon cruise and to Omodos which was full of street stalls. Recommend all these. A very relaxing holiday - the pool is fabulous with many pool toys in the shed. Thanks Stelios and Bryony for a great stay.

Das Venus Rock Gebiet ist sehr schön und ruhig. Das kostenlose Auto ist eine perfekte Ergänzung. Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Kommunkation mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir haben schon wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis, van alle gemakken voorzien en inclusief zwembad en auto. Heerlijke bedden, overal airco. S ochtends was het heerlijk vertoeven op het terras voor het huis, later op de dag lekker zwemmen en zonnen achter het huis. De auto is wat ons betreft een fijne extra. Mooie plekjes gezien en leuke uitstapjes gemaakt. mooie eiland met vriendelijke mensen. Contactloos verblijf, maar contact met de eigenaar is makkelijk en snel. Echt een aanrader!

Unglaublich schönes Ferienhaus mit höchsten Komfort

Wir haben das Haus mit einer befreundeten Familie gemietet. Wir waren insgesamt 6 Personen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Wir kochen gerne und grillen gerne. Beides könnten wir sehr gut machen. Wir sind am ersten Tag spät abends angekommen und haben sogar etwas essen und trinken in der Wohnung vorgefunden. Vielen Dank dafür! Der Pool wurde in der Woche 2 Mal gereinigt. Zu dem Haus gehört ein großes Auto mit sieben Sitzplätzen. Mit dem Auto sind wir täglich unterwegs gewesen und haben Zypern erkundet. Ein sehr großer Supermarkt war in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt hier so viel zu sehen, wir werden sicher nochmal kommen. Linksverkehr ist natürlich etwas schwierig für uns aber nach 2 Tagen ging auch das sehr gut. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war immer super nett und super schnell. Für uns der schönste Urlaub den man sich vorstellen kann. An 2 Tagen hatten wir einen ziemlichen Sturm der uns aber eine reiche Zitronenernte beschert hat. Ich hoffe unsere Nachfolger konnten den Rest der vielen Zitronen, die wir in den Kühlschrank gelegt hatten, genießen. Ganz großes Lob von uns an die Gastgeber. Toller Urlaub, vielen Dank!!

Top verblijf

Fijn huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. In een rustige omgeving en super dat er een auto is inbegrepen bij de huur. Wij komen hier zeker terug met onze pubers.

Unser schönster Ferienhaus

Die Sunrise Villa war die beste Wahl, die wir je getroffen haben. Ein schickes Haus mit Pool in ruhiger Hanglage. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und hat uns von Anfang an begeistert. Obwohl unsere Koffer erst zwei Tage nach uns auf der Insel ankamen, hat uns die Ausstattung schon mit einigen Dingen über die Zeit geholfen (Sonnencreme, Pool, Luftmatratzen, gefüllter Kühlschrank, Bettzeug, Handtücher etc.). Das zum Haus gehörende Auto, von uns liebevoll "Whitie" genannt, haben wir in vollen Zügen genutzt und kräftig im zypriotischen Linksverkehr mitgemischt. Für uns, die wir keine Fans von Hotelanlagen und Touristenzentren sind, ist die Lage des Hauses optimal gewesen. Man kommt mit dem Auto überall schnell hin und kann sich sehr gut die ganzen Insel ansehen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Unsere Anfragen/ Probleme, z.B. mit dem kaputten Kühlschrank (dem war es eindeutig zu heiß), wurden zügig beantwortet bzw. gelöst. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefüllt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke für eine tolle Zeit auf Zypern!!!

einfach perfekt

ein tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht, wie zu Hause zum Beispiel die Küche komplett ausgestattet ruhige Lage in einer schönen Siedlung mit Blick aus Meer und die Berge kurze Fahrwege zum einkaufen oder essen gehen ein super Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung, perfekt für die Kinder das Auto im Preis dabei, was will man mehr rundum: für Individualurlauber wie uns (die keine Hotelanlagen mögen) bestens geeignet, würde ich allen Freunden und Bekannten empfehlen

Superbe villa avec vue panoramique

Nous avons apprécié la propreté de la villa, grande et bien équipée, la vue sur la vallée. La piscine est parfaite et très appréciable avec la chaleur !! Le gros plus c’est la location de voiture, en plus c’est une automatique. Pour terminer, nous remercions le gérant pour sa réactivité, sa précision. Nous avons adoré Chypre et espérons y revenir.

Great views, villa in a away from it all location

Loved it from the moment we opened the door to the time we closed in 10 days later - car hire is included which is essential as the villa is on a large golf resort estate and has lovely views - the pool is just right for a family to chill and have some fun - weather was 32c for early September and beaches close by - Paphos a great harbour with boat trips, jeep safaris and shopping/eating - all in all a perfect holiday :))))))
