We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa! It was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed for our 2 year old son, a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was so warm and quiet! How nice of Eddie to provide a cart, chairs and umbrellas for the beach! We would recommend this charming condo in a heartbeat! Don't Hesitate! Emily

Great location - walkable to restaurants and beach

This place is very quaint and well appointed. The small pool was nice seeing as you only had to share it with a few others. We did not realize there was a laundry on the property until our last day, but that comes in very handy. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We had a fabulous time in this modern, clean condo with a semi private pool with just a five minute walk to the ocean. Being two blocks from the ocean, it is a little quieter and you can relax by the pool. And if you are looking for some nightlife you only need to walk two blocks away with great restaurants and bars. The owners provide a beach cart, chairs and umbrella. They also provided a pack and play for our toddler. The owner was very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place.

Excellent accommodations

Although we stayed for just a couple of days, the experience was tremendously positive. Great accommodations, very well cleaned and arranged, smooth communication process with admin. One remark, though: for someone arriving at the location for the first time, at night (our case), it is a bit challenging to find the entrance of the house. But this quickly solved through the chat, with a prompt reply from the admin / host.

Great unit, close to everything, clean & full equipped.

Clean, fully equipped remodeled unit, 10 min walking distance to the beach. Backyard is beautiful and the neighborhood is quite. Our unit # 4 was in the very back of the property, pool was right outside our door. We had everything we needed for 10 day stay, even beach cart and chairs. No washer in the unit but we had plenty of towels provided. Once again, a big thank you from all of us and we look forward to come back!

Honeymoom for my din & bride

Everything was splendid! The owner and manager went out of their way to make place nice. Manager set up flowers, champagne and robes I gave her with chocolates foe bride & groom. Owner was super nice too. The place was very clean, and oretty. Its in a nice neighborhood close to eveeything yet private. It has a nice heated pool with very well kept grounds. Definitely I recommend highly. Thank you for everything ❤️

Very impressed!

This property was everything we expected and more. The unit was very clean and maintained. The pool area was super nice. Parking is designated to unit and very convenient. The best thing about the property is the location! It is a very short walk to the beach and during that walk you pass by so many great restaurants/ bars (more that we could frequent on our stay). The property manager was extremely helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. I will be back to stay at this property again in the future!

Comfortable, clean, private

This is an excellent vacation rental! We enjoyed being close to the pool but upstairs, allowing for privacy. Everything was clean, the street quiet and the walk to the beach easy. The owner provided a high chair, a crib and even a tub for our toddler, which made taking care of the little one much easier. I definitely recommend this stay! My only suggestion is to add some more silverware (esp forks) to the kitchen so that we wouldn't have to run the dishwasher too often; some more cooking basics would be helpful too.

Mother’s Day weekend

The rental process was very smooth. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and everything was exactly as advertised in the listing. When there was a need to contact the owner, the response was almost immediate. Great property in quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance!

This place is a gem!

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I had to. This listing - as a new one - doesn't have reviews yet so I felt it was only right for me to do it. The place is beautiful, new, spacious, bright and smells amazing. The cleaning is on point, the house comes with everything you need, and the hosts were so nice to let us borrow umbrellas, chairs and towels for the beach. The property is gorgeous, well taken care of, with a pool and a big shared patio. I am from Miami, so I know how to get around and the area is extremely safe. For someone who is not local this is a great place to stay: the beach is 5 minutes away walking, as well as many restaurants and places to hang out. You are literally on the center of Lauderdale By The Beach. The hosts are also amazing at communication. They always respond for anything you need in such short time.
