Esta es una gran villa en la hermosa, popular centro turístico famoso. Unidad de la planta segunda, con fácil acceso. No hay necesidad de tomar las escaleras o el ascensor, caminar en línea recta a su apartamento. Cuenta con dos camas dobles en el dormitorio, así como de doble tamaño cama oculta en la sala de estar para dar cabida a grupos de hasta 6 personas. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio, así como la televisión en la sala de estar. La cocina ha sido remodelada recientemente con gabinete de madera oscura y encimera de granito. Sin embargo, todo esto no es nada, ya que la vista del océano es lo que más importa. La Villa tiene una vista directa al mar. Disfrute de una taza de café por la mañana o una copa de vino en la noche en el patio con una vista increíble del océano. Cuando no está relajándose en la playa, se puede ir divertirse en una de las 17 piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, bañeras de hidromasaje y ríos lentos. Hay un Starbucks en el vestíbulo, así como desayuno, almuerzo y cena en los restaurantes del complejo, así que no hay necesidad de conducir en cualquier lugar. El complejo cuenta con todo lo necesario.

For the most part we loved it there. Was a great view close to restaurants and walmart. Did have a few issues with the elevators not working properly. I hope it was ok to leave the beach ball and a childs raft. Looking forward to staying again next July

Quick Beach Getaway

My husband and i stayed here for a short stay. The room was clean and spacious and the view of the ocean was nice. There was some noise from the indoor pool, but that stopped when the pool closed.

It was better than I expected! The location was perfect, especially after we found the stairs. The elevators weren’t working properly and the resort is dated but for the price it was amazing! Right on the beach and a short drive to anything you would like. The bed was very comfortable and the place was nice and clean. We did have issues with the remote and patio door locking but they addressed right away.

We had a nice stay. We were in room 240 at the Landmark. We had a nice direct ocean view. The condo was remodeled and had a sitting tv area, full kitchen and king bedroom. The building was older but staff cleaned the main areas daily. The customer maintenance service were very responsive. The staff was friendly and nice.

Beach view but needs work

They were very responsive to messages, I got responses almost immediately which was really great. I would say the room needs alot of TLC, the doors are warped and the molded on the bottoms, I found a roach in the bathroom, the beds are pretty thin and feel old along with the pillows. We were also told by the resort we were unable to visit the on site restraunt and unable to buy cups for the kids refillable drinks because we were from VRBO and not owners? When guests are staying more than a few days (a week like we did) I would recommend a 2nd set of sheets for each bed just because of the sand, and definitely more than one pack of coffee for the entire trip. I would say it's a place to sleep and the water pressure is wonderful for showers, the beach view is pretty and you are very close to the pool and beach area the rest leaves a lot to be desired unfortunately. If I were to come back to Myrtle Beach I would not stay at this complex.

Nice, but needs some help.

We have stayed at Landmark many times over several years.We love all the water facilities there. That is the main reason we stay at Landmark. Love all the hot tubs. This time was our longest stay. Stayed for month of January. Not crowded at that time. We really like that we can use outdoor hot tub and pool even in cool weather. Out door main pool was heated. The unit itself was comfortable and cute. Great oceanfront view. Does need some maintenance work. Kitchen drawer had no track on it. One of the kitchen cabinets was off a hinge. The main problem was roaches in the kitchen drawers and cabinets.We killed at least 25 over the month. Never had this in other units we stayed in. I was always on the lookout. Never saw any anywhere in bedroom or livingroom area. Bed was very comfortable. Communication with property manager was good.

This property is infested with roaches. They were all over in our condo. The bathroom was filthy and the vacuum did not work. The laundry room: clothes washed but it didn’t dry my clothes after two times around. I was unable to sleep because of the roaches so I was up the majority of the time. Will never come back to landmark

This is a very nice resort. Although its an older property, its maintained well and has wonderful amenities. It's right on the oceanfront so you can just walk out to the beach. Fabulous!

Guys weekend at the beach - excellent location and value

Unit was clean and exactly as described. The lobby level location is convenient as was the included parking. My sons and I had no issues at all and would recommend the unit and the owner to anyone.

Everything was fine

The place was just like in the pictures and the description was accurate. We liked the view and how easy was to get around, since it was a second floor unit. The resort is also very nice and the pools are great. We want to come back.

Great place and Great Host

Gosia was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We did not have any issues and all the vacation went as planned. Easy check in and check out and smooth stay. The place is very nice and clean and the sun rise from the balcony is just breathtaking. We cannot wait to be back.

Beautiful place and fun resort

We loved the place and the resort. Suite is very clean and well maintained. The second floor is so convenient as you do not have to wait for the elevator, just go to the room straight from the lobby level or just one flight of stairs from the beach. Pool area was great for the kids and the evenings on the balcony were very relaxing. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We recommend the place and will be back again.

Pretty good

Pretty good for what you pay for. I love this hotel, so much to offer. My biggest issue was their was 6 of us for two nights and we got one towel each (which we could handle) but only one washcloth each on which is disgusting. We had to go out and buy washcloths. I asked upon booking if linens were supplied in which they were, just not enough of them. But that's the only bad thing.

This is our first ocean front property at a resort. We have stayed at Landmark many times before as guests. We have always had fun with our kids at the water park and love the fact that the beach in the resort area is not as crowded as the north side of Myrtle Beach. It has always been a special time for us, so we are very happy about our new acquisition. We hope you will make great memories here, too.

Landmark Resort is located at 1501 S Ocean Blvd. There are many indoor and outdoor pools at the resort. Guests can use all the pool amenities located in the main Landmark Resort building, but not the ones across Ocean Blvd by the garage building, as these are owned by third party company and not by the resort.

Not a usual hotel room. Our Villa is the place where we spend time with our family, and we put personal touch to this place to make it our own. We have changed the bed spreads and wall art from what you see in these pictures to make it modern and our style. The updated pictures are coming soon, as these were taken right before the purchase was final and we could not make changes back then. With this unit not being part of the Landmark rental program, you deal with the owners directly and get best of all guest service straight from the owner and family. We want you to have great time and we are very responsive and easy to communicate with and we have guests reviews from our other properties to prove this. Please ask us and we will show them all to you.
