The property is awesome right on beach. The place was clean and spacious. The only thing we didn’t like was we stayed there after Labor Day and we could not rent chairs like other places.

Will stay here again

Property was just as described. We had a great vacation! The condo was clean and suited our needs. My only suggestions (very minor) would be to use a magic eraser to remove black scuff marks on walls and doors, and also to upgrade the shower heads.

This was a wonderful experience. The condo was perfectly clean. All the furnishings were in good shape and very comfortable. The amenities were beyond our expectation. This was overall one of the best, if not the best property I've stayed in. I highly recommend the property and the owner.

Spacious clean and beautiful views

Great layout, spacious, clean, minimal bath towels, dish towels, no extra toilet paper, no toiletries like small soaps, shampoo, lotion. Very beautiful inside the unit giving a warm relaxing feel. TVs were in all rooms. AC worked great. Beautiful large windows for full ocean view. The property management people responded promptly as needed.

We had 3 families that came together for a last minute get away. The condo was perfect! Larger than pictures could show and the layout was great. We never felt like we were on top of each other. We would definitely book this unit again!

Myrtle Beach

The accomodations were a good fit for our group. I was concerned we would not be able to keep up with 12 arm bands given the ages of our group but we succeeded. We liked the covered pools during the rain but not being allowed to play with a ball in the pool for boy teenagers was limiting. Access to the beach was easy. All in all, a good place for our family.

Great location and the condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was not well supplied. No pot holders, minimal cooking utensils, knives were so dull we bought a sharpener.

Beautiful & spacious! Too many palmetto bugs on the balcony & a few inside too!

The place was large enough that we never felt like we were on top of each other. Two refrigerators & two living rooms were very helpful. The only problem was the palmetto bugs!! There were 5-10 on the the balcony every night and there were some inside as well!!

Amazing Condo; So-So Location

We loved this space! This condo is stunning, clean, spacious, well-appointed, with gorgeous views and is just steps to the beach. We saw dolphins from our balcony. We loved our time in the space, at the pool, and on the beach. Truly a 10/10. If you have teens or are looking to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, though, your probably not in the right area of Myrtle and need to go further north closer to the boardwalk (It’s a very short drive to the boardwalk, but not walkable). If you like to spend most of your time at the beach and condo, this place is perfect. (One suggestion for the condo though is to add some pot holders in the kitchen!)

Oceanfront, Spacious Condo

Being oceanfront was great. The condo was recently updated and clean, but some dust on dishes and entertainment center from the remodel. Maintenance was very quick to respond to minor issues we had on our stay. The listing said pools are heated (both indoor and outdoor pools were too cold to swim in in April). The property was very nice, but the surrounding properties are not. Less than half a mile down, drug dealers were trying to sell my kids drugs, and the weed smell was in the air everywhere surrounding our property. I did like how close we were to the boardwalk and we had fun down that way. The condo itself is extremely spacious, and the walls were thick. Every couple felt like they had their own space to relax in which is really nice on a trip with multiple adult couples. The view of the beach was so beautiful from the condo.

Great location. Plenty of room

We had 8 adults. Had plenty of room to stretch out and be comfortable. Condo was clean and comfortable. Decor was pleasant. The balcony was second to none with the great ocean views. Our only negative experience was smoking on the balconies. The actual property was clearly marked no smoking ANYWHERE. However after reviewing the rental rules given to us via email it said smoking was allowed on balconies as long as doors were closed. Personally feel no smoking allowed helps everyone else enjoy their balconies a lot better. Better clarification on that would be better. We tend to make sure and stay at places that are completely non smoking. But other than that we would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay at Ocean Blue!!

The property was beautiful! Loved waking up in the master bedroom with an oceanfront view!! Two dishwashers and two refrigerators really came in handy! We had difficulty using the remotes for the tv. Offering a tv remote guide might be helpful. The WiFi did not work, but without WiFi we were able to focus on each other! When receiving our confirmation, the link for parking instructions did not work. We arrived confused about parking and how to obtain our parking passes. There were no instructions that our passes would be in our room and our second car would have to be parked in visitors. Despite these things, our stay was amazing!! We will most definitely be back!

Gorgeous property with plenty of room and fabulous ocean front view

Stayed with two families, 7 people total. Tons of room for us. Loved the second living room where the kids could play video games without affecting our beach "vibe" in the main living room. Huge balcony was wonderful with table and chairs. View of the beach was amazing and exactly what I wanted! Two refrigerators was useful for our two families. Elevators were fast and efficient, which is a huge plus for the penthouse. Parking for this penthouse was literally right outside the entrance, and was specifically assigned so you never needed to search for a space, another huge plus. Use of security codes instead of keys was extremely useful so all of the family members could get in and out as needed. More dishes (plates, bowls, glassware, flatware) would be useful for the larger groups this property allows. We made due by doing dishes each night. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone with a large number of people.

A Large Affordable Oceanfront Condo- Some Issues However

We recently stayed here for a short golf vacation with a relatively small number of guys. The unit was very large, had a "double kitchen" (two ovens, two fridges etc.) and lots of common area room for everyone. For the money, this is a pretty good bargain given the size of the unit and oceanfront location and we would consider staying here again, but there some issues: 1. The main carpet is very stained and in need of replacement. The unit is showing its age and could use a refresh. In terms of cleanliness, there was dust and dirt on top of fridges and mold in the corners of the shower. For our group, it wasn't a huge issue but I could see some bigger complaints arising from people who insist on clean and updated units. 2. Internet is terrible - very poor signal and frequently drops out. This needs to be fixed. It's 2019. 3. TV's are outdated and difficult to figure out remotes. Also they don't seem to have a channel guide feature. 4. There were a few large insects running around that we had to stamp out. By large I mean 1 inch long. 5. The outside pool was closed all week - we had no advance notice of this. There appeared to be scaffolding set up around the pool but we didn't see anyone actually working on it all week. 6. We did not receive any calls or emails from anyone in management to see how we were doing . I would say this would be the bare minimum for renting a place these days. I am not saying the property manager could have done anything about the condition of the place or what I have listed above, but a phone call would have been nice. All in all, the condition of the unit didn't ruin our vacation, and we might consider coming back to a different unit or even this unit if or when it gets a refresh.

Location great. Unit size great. Clean, comfortable for large family. Updates needed to kitchen cookware and supplies. Management communicated and coordinated a major repair during our stay on Easter with very little inconvenience and compd us two days. Overall very happy.

Great Stay in Ocean Blue

We had a great stay at Ocean Blue. The location is fantastic for most Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. The ocean views are spectacular. This condo was spacious and suited our needs wonderfully. Love the two fridges! The only drawback was the off white carpet was heavily stained. I know keeping carpet clean is a chore so I just think carpet isn't the best choice for a rental. That being said everything else was great and we will definitely consider staying there next year.
