Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My review is based mainly on cleanliness and management staff. Rental was not clean, the floors were still sandy. Needed to scrub the kitchen floor with swiffer after spilled some water. The pads on the swiffer were black. Had to wear shoes in the rental because all the floors were not clean.Called management staff on Saturday and Sunday about a problem with the TV. No response. In the meantime a plumber had to come in on Wednesday and fix a leak in the bathroom and at that time was asked about the TV and he fixed the problem. The instructions for the TV were no help.My family and I have rented here for years. This is the first time I feel I needed to do a review.

Everyone enjoyed the rental. It was far enough away from noisy tourist areas that Bike Week traffic didn't bother us. Waking up to an ocean view was amazing!

Spacious condo with everything!

We vacationed with 7 adults and a toddler. The condo was big enough for everyone whether we were eating a meal or playing games at the huge dining room table or hanging out in the living room area. The balcony is very spacious with a great view of the beach. The pools were very clean. We had one small issue and it was taken care of promptly. Everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Myrtle Beach Condo

this was an excellent condominium to spend a week in Myrtle Beach, North Carolina. We were on a buddies golf trip and a location was excellent for getting to the golf courses we were playing. Also a myriad of restaurants to choose from in the area. The condominium itself was gorgeously appointed with a wonderful common area and a spectacular balcony overlooking the ocean from the seventh floor. Four bedrooms and four individual baths made it superb for our group and we had everything we needed in terms of linen and kitchen equipment. The common areas were terrific with nice hot tubs and pools and the beach was extremely nice. Highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful!

Amazing place! We were a bit disappointed that all outside hot tubs were closed in early March (the resorts to the sides of us had theirs running) and the walkway to the beach was closed for repairs. We found out the walkway was closed 2 days before departure and about the hot tub when we arrived. While we realize that maintenance is necessary we specifically picked a place with direct beach access because one member of our group had recently had foot surgery so telling us after it was too late to make any modifications and then being unwilling to reduce fees or compensate in any way for not getting what we booked was disappointing. The place itself was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed it immensely.

50th anniversary trip

This condo and the location were ideal for our family/friend group, with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom, large shared spaces, well equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a beautiful view. Great Vacation

This was our first family vacation not just visiting family. We loved the condo!! It was perfect for all of us. Everyone had plenty of room and space. Even tho the weather wasnt great, we had a great time. Saving the info for a future visit. Highly recommend

Ladies Weekend-Family & Friends

We recently spent a long weekend at this stunning condo in Myrtle Beach, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and well-maintained everything was. The space was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were cozy yet large, with comfortable beds and thoughtful decor that made it feel like a true beach getaway. The living area was open and inviting, complete with a fantastic view of the ocean that we enjoyed each morning. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked making it easy to prepare meals and snacks without a hitch. One of our favorite features was the balcony—it was perfect for morning coffee while watching the sunrise or winding down at sunset with the calming ocean sounds in the background. Location-wise, we couldn’t have asked for better. Being steps away from the beach made it simple to head down any time we wanted. Plus, we were close to many local attractions, dining, and shopping, which added to the convenience and fun of our stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the host provided excellent communication throughout. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and we are already looking forward to returning for our next beach escape! Highly recommended for families, friends, or anyone looking to enjoy Myrtle Beach in comfort and style.

Family Reunion

Very lovely condo on the beach with amazing sunrise and oven view. Celebrating our parents 70th wedding anniversary and 90th birthday for our father and mothers 88th birthday. This condo was perfect as we each had our own room with adjoining bathroom. Dining table sat 8 with a view of the ocean. Very clean and comfortable
