Hermoso condominio de 2 recamaras y 2 baños ubicado a solo 1 cuadra de la playa del Médano, una de las pocas playas para nadar en Los Cabos, a 10 minutos a pie del puerto deportivo y 15 minutos a pie del centro. La unidad tiene todo lo que podrías pedir, incluyendo una cocina con todos los aparatos que puedas necesitar, una parrilla, lavadora y secadora, incluso una sombrilla de playa, sillas de playa y refrigerador. La unidad tiene una gran suite principal que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje y un montón de espacio en el armario. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas gemelas extra largas que se pueden convertir en un rey a petición, justo en su puerta hay un segundo cuarto de baño grande y luminoso. Si necesita espacio adicional para dormir, hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar que se convierte en una cama queen, la unidad puede alojar hasta 6 personas. First time in Cabo and couldn’t have picked a better introduction. Location is unbeatable. Spent most days alternating between the beach and the pool. Apartment is very well appointed, comfortable and super clean. Host is responsive and helpful with local knowledge. Highly recommend.

Best place to stay

The location and amenities were perfect for a family of 5. We were 5-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute walk into town, and the marina. The accommodation was spacious and wonderful, clean and welcoming. Watch baseball and soccer games right from your deck on the field across for entertainment too. 10/10 recommend.

Exactly as advertised

The condo is fully secure and has been our vacation destination for the past 3 years. Owner Emily is a delight to work with as has been the property manager and on site security team. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with essential supplies. The pools are well maintained and heated. The beach and restaurants are under a 10 minute walk. We will be back for our 4th year in 2026.

Excellent home base for a week in Cabo

Having suffered flight delays, this was a beautiful place to arrive at and relax into. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, with the added plus of feeling even more spacious. The condo is very clean and well-equipped in the kitchen and the balcony is spacious and inviting. Proximity to the beach is good and there’s parking if you rent a car to explore the region (we did). Property staff are friendly and the property manager is responsive. The bottle of wine upon arrival was very much appreciated! We really hope to be back again!

Great Condo in a Great Location

Great one month stay at this condo. It's in a great location. Walkable to beach, restaurants and grocery which was fantastic because we didn't rent a car. Nice quiet complex. Met some nice people on days we lounged around the pool. We made good use of the beach chairs abd umbrella aswell. Would easily stay here ag.

Girls Trip

When booking I looked for location and walking to and from downtown. It was perfect for MY CREW, it was a brisk walk to and from the beach and shopping. Not a far walk at all for those who walk. Walmart is 1 block down behind the condo, and so is the beach the other way. The hostess had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. Hair products in both bathrooms, cleaning stuff & laundry detergent. TV is all rooms. Extra linens and extra towels. Beautiful view. One of the best places I have stayed. This was my 4th trip

Great location and well stocked

The place is well stocked with supplies, clean, well taken care of and in a really good location - close to so many things. The beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler were very useful as we walked to the beach almost every day - less than 10 minutes away (you can also rent chairs and umbrellas if you don’t want to carry too much to the beach). There are LOTS of vendors walking the beach and will ask you to look at their stuff. Walmart is about a 20 min walk away in case you need supplies; minimarts/ pharmacies are even closer. We walked everywhere. I would suggest packing ear plugs if you are used to sleeping in a quiet neighborhood as there is a busy road nearby and some night club sounds depending on the wind. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

This place is lovely and very spacious. It had everything you could possibly want and more ! There was some road noise and club noise that woke us up at times. Next time we would just bring Some earplugs to help. Overall we had a fantastic stay !

Amazing location and condo

Everything was a 10/10. The condo is beautiful, has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. It wasn't clear to us, but the 2 bathrooms both have a shower. We had 5 adults with plenty of room. There were chairs, towels, umbrella for a short 10 min walk to the beach, where you can actually get in the water. We found wonderful restaurants within a 10 minute walk, Texican, Eggcentric, La Ricazon. Walk another 10 minutes and you're at the marina. The condo has a large deck to hang out and look at the stars with very comfy furniture. Didn't use the pools much but they were also very nice. Security present and wonderful people. Owner and property manager very attentive to questions. No complaints at all, and would most definately stay here again.

Amazing Cabo Getaway

Emily and Will are amazing hosts! They provide great information about Cabo San Lucas and answer any questions you may have. All Ways Cabo was excellent transportation to book round trip transportation for the airport, you can avoid the airport hustle! The apartment is wonderful! Very spacious and has all of the amenities you would need if you want to do breakfast, lunch and dinner at home. Shopping is within walking distance and there are shopping bags in the apartment. Don’t stress over exchanging money, places will take USD but the exchange rate varies per business. The security guards at the apartment are amazing! They are really nice, practice your espanol with them. They are kind and helpful. We ate at many wonderful restaurants and did many activities. Cabo Trek was great for whale watching and sea turtle release. Tres Sirena, The Office and Edith’s are beautiful locations for dinner. Parasailing is tons of fun. Practice your spanish and be polite, no gracias is well received. We had a wonderful vacation and are very grateful for the apartment. Thanks for the amazing memories!

Great condo

This condo was exactly as described. It’s a beautiful, spacious, clean and secure condo. It included a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, hot showers, and the friendliest staff at the security gates. It was a quick walk to the beach and it was easy to walk downtown. We also loved that Uber was a very affordable option for getting to San Jose. We were thankful for the beach towels, boogie board, shopping bags and filtered water. Most anything we needed was easy to find in the condo. Thanks so much!

4 gals walked every wear, comfortable space, everything you need- easy to communicate with manager- had a case of water delivered so it was half in fridge when arrived. A little noise but great location. Comfortable beds! Beach 2 blocks- it was GREAT!

Close to beach and town action

My husband and I stayed for our 20th Anniversary trip. The condo was large enough that we could've brought our kids. It was a quick walk to the beach to eat breakfast at Tabasco. The chairs and the umbrella offered at the condo was very useful. Town was also an easy Uber ride or lazy walk back to the condo. We loved our stay and are ready to bring our kids back next time!

Outstanding property

We just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our 35 day stay. The unit is well maintained with everything that is needed for a short or long term stay. It’s a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the marina. The feature that we appreciated the most was the responsiveness of the owner and property manager. They were a delight to deal with. This was our second year and we are already booked again for next year.

Our names are Will and Emily and we currently reside in Colorado. After visiting Los Cabos we fell in love with the area and decided to find a place of our own. We took a lot of time looking at properties and finally decided on Puerta Cabos Village. One day we have hopes of moving down here full time but for now we enjoy as much time as we can with family and friends in Los Cabos.

We chose this property for so many reasons. We loved the modern style of the condo with tall ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliance and a large open floor plan. The area is great too, you can see the beach from the balcony, then walk there in less then 5 minutes. The marina and downtown are also walkable, with tons of dining, shopping and entertainment.

We loved this condo because we felt you could stay here and enjoy Cabo San Lucas without ever needing a car. The complex has 2 beautiful swimming pools, elevators and 24 hour gated security.
