Relájate en esta casa de 1.350 pies cuadrados con una sala de estar muy espaciosa con sofás enormes y cómodos y un bar de bebidas incorporado. Gran televisor de pantalla plana, servicio de cable, libros y wifi, todo incluido.

El dormitorio principal tiene una hermosa cama king size. El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama queen y la tercera habitación tiene una cama litera nido disponible. Pajaro Dunes is a well run resort so any stay in the resort has a lot of back up support, even if chosen through VRBO. The amenities were in fine condition. There was a bit of a problem that got resolved with care.

Great location, had everything we needed. Took some playing around to figure out the TV - but it was a different system than what we are used to. Check in and out was amazingly easy. I had no reason to contact the office or the owner during our stay.

Family Weekend

This was a great midway spot between Monterey and Santa Cruz. We spent the weekend with our grown kids and loved the space. Our only complaint (take with a grain of sand) was the paper-thin walls and ceilings. This is to be expected in a building as old as this but it wasn't terrible and all the units around us were quiet by 9. The location and accessibility to the beach access was perfect! We are already discussing our next trip!

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our girl trip! Very comfortable seating, nice beds, and clean. The only complaint I'd have is there was no salt & pepper. Probably just an oversight because everything else was top notch.

Relaxing

We have stayed in Pajaro Dunes several times now. The place we stayed in was spacious. There were games and puzzles for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace at night since it was a bit chilly at night. We had a great time here.

Wonderful space, but a problem in cold weather

A really nice condo on a beautiful beach. We had a big problem, though. When we arrived, the temperature inside was close to that outside, probably about 55 degrees. We turned on the electric baseboard heaters in the bedrooms and the one in the dining room area, which is the only one for the entire large open plan dining room, living room and kitchen. Two hours later it was still cold inside. We called the propertly manangment office and they sent a maintenence worker with two small spaceheaters tha eventually raised the temperature to barely comfortable. We left all the heaters on overnight and still needed to use the space heaters in the morning. It finally warmed up enought to turn them off. One baseboard heater for that large area is simply not sufficient! It's not acceptable to be cold for the amount of money we paid.

We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean and the bathrooms were both very nice (great towels!), although we were a little disappointed there wasn’t a tub in either for baths for our 1 year old and 4 year old grandchildren. (A hook on the back of the bathroom doors would have been helpful.) The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We were disappointed we couldn’t open the window in the master bedroom and without a ceiling fan there wasn’t any air movement. (We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the sliding door open, even a little.) Access to the beach was great!

Ocean Vacation

This was perfect for our family. We loved the accommodations and the beach was amazing! Beach comb, fish, walk, relax, build sand castles and play a little in the water. You can also have a fire in one of the firpits on the beach and enjoy some s'mores together. We had a great time making priceless memories.

Great Beach Condo

Our stay was lovely, the beach is just steps away. I The condo was very nice, clean, great flow. Beds where very comfy, bathrooms are updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, plates, glassware etc. Great get away.

Well stocked and comfortable

It was definitely comfortable and well stocked property but a few things should have been checked before renting it out. It was musty and we have to open the door to let fresh air in. The TV was not working and didn’t get back early enough to report it.

Awesome location with a private like beach

We loved the condo with a min walk to a private beach. Went in morning, it was a great experience. The condos are 3 floored but with ramp it was easy to pull our luggage up to 2nd floor. Ramp helped my mother and her friend (who are near 70) to walk to the condo easily. It had all utensils to cook with an electric stove (a gas stove might be nice to have). The location was 25 mins away from Santa Cruz Broadwalk and 30 mins away from Monterey. I highly recommend this place for spending good times with family with kids.

Great location and proximity to the beach.

Kitchen fully stocked and newer bathroom updates. Overall unit nice but needs some updating. Beds ok but some mattresses could be replaced. Some bath towels need replacing. Location perfect for the family getting to the amazing beach!

Beautiful getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Pajara Dunes. It was so nice to just walk to the beach and not have to hassle parking. We vacationed with two grandchildren and the beach is perfect for little ones. I loved all the space and the condo was a pretty as pictured. We will return.
