¡Muy especial! Restaurado y actualizado Vintage Lake Arrowhead 1938 Cabin DeVilla

"DeVilla" es nuestro hogar lejos del hogar. Cuando entras por la puerta de la cabina, te lleva de vuelta a un momento más simple. Esta cabaña Vintage Lake Arrowhead ha sido completamente restaurada a su encanto clásico, pero está actualizada en todos los sentidos. Un gran lugar para una escapada romántica o una escapada familiar y se admiten perros.
La cabaña se encuentra sobre el lago Arrowhead y está a poca distancia del lago y el pueblo. Está a 5 minutos de Sky Park - Santa's Village.
La terraza delantera, el patio trasero y los patios laterales cercados son excelentes para comer al aire libre y entretenerse. Estacionamiento nivelado para hasta 3 autos.
La decoración de la casa del lago "decorador" se complementa con las paredes de pino nudoso manchadas de época, el techo de madera y los pisos de madera con una chimenea de ladrillo rojo con una estufa de leña. Hay 2 televisores de pantalla plana. La gran mesa y sillas de madera para comedor se pueden ampliar para acomodar 8 cómodamente para la cena y los juegos. (Ver fotos)
La cocina con su estufa vintage restaurada está totalmente equipada. Está bien abastecido con todas sus necesidades de cocina, platos, cubiertos y vasos. Los electrodomésticos incluyen microondas, tostadora, cafetera, así como una batidora eléctrica.

"DeVilla" tiene un dormitorio principal, un altillo y la habitación litera de la firma con 1 baño completo con bañera / ducha.

El dormitorio principal está arriba con una cama queen size y un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana. ¡Mira la vista del lago desde esta ventana!
El loft está justo al lado del maestro y es una excelente área de lectura con una cama doble.
La característica "Habitación con literas" de DeVilla tiene dos literas de tamaño doble incorporadas. Tanto adultos como niños adoran esta habitación. Tienes que ver esto.

Tiene capacidad para 5 personas, la sexta persona podría estar en el sofá.

Disfruta del Wi-Fi muy rápido y fuerte. En la sala de estar tenemos Apple TV y Apple TV en el dormitorio principal. Hay una selección de DVD y cintas VHS, que incluyen películas populares y clásicos de Disney.

Afuera hay una terraza delantera que es nuestro lugar para cenar al aire libre. La terraza del patio trasero tiene una barbacoa de gas y un conjunto de sillas Adirondack con un gran patio cercado. Los perros aman nuestro patio. Calzada extra ancha a nivel de calle con fácil acceso al patio lateral (5 escalones) y luego 8 escalones hasta la puerta principal.

Puede usar nuestro "pase del club de playa Arrowhead Lake Association" que le da acceso al lago y a las rutas de senderismo de ALA que rodean el lago Arrowhead. También le da la posibilidad de pescar Lake Arrowhead como nuestro invitado. Trae tu licencia.
Estás a menos de 10 minutos de Lake Arrowhead Village con todos los restaurantes, tiendas y diversión junto al lago.
Estás a 8 minutos del complejo SkyPark.

Super cozy!

My family spent two nights at this property, it was great! Our kids LOVED the bunk bed nook and the loft hang out. The cabin is very well stocked with games, is super clean and very comfortable. The proximity to skiing and other outdoor adventures is one of the reasons we chose the location and this cabin was perfect. Thank you for having us, we all had a terrific time.

Idyllic Cabin Getaway

This is a great cabin rental, exactly as advertised. The perfect cozy getaway for a couple or small family and pet friendly with a gated yard. The owners keep it clean and neat and has everything you need. We loved it and hope we can make it back soon.

Cozy, Comfy Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin has everything you need for a lovely long weekend. We really enjoyed having the fire in the woodstove on a cold night. Be careful of the stairs, though - they're a killer if you get up in the middle of the night! But still quite doable, so don't worry. Overall, the cabin is a gem.

Great stay in the mountains

This charming cabin was the perfect getaway to the snow for our family. We loved that we could bring our dog too! We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

Sweet mountain retreat for two

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The wood stove was easy to use (greatly appreciated by novice San Diegans) and heated the cabin beautifully, not to mention the cozy ambience. Be prepared that stairs to second story are steep.

Perfect cabin for a weekend getaway!

We had such a wonderful time at the cabin! The cabin was perfect for our family, and the back yard was perfect for our dog. The cabin was clean and the beds were very comfy. Bruce and Nancy were very responsive and had wonderful instructions on how to operate things in the cabin. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Coming home cozy

Cabin DeVille was a cozy cabin that takes you back to simpler times. It was just the perfect place to wind down and be with the ones you love. We celebrated the new year2020 without fireworks but in front of a warm fireplace with family and that's exactly how we will approach the new decade-to live simply and to cherish what truly matters. Grateful to the DeVille's and blessed <3

Wonderful cabin among the trees

Hosts Bruce & Linda are wonderful! Great communication and the cabin is well-equipped and decorated to be a truly special wood cabin in the mountains. Close to Lake Arrowhead Village on the lake, but still a secluded private location. Warm and cozy, surrounded by gorgeous trees- it was the perfect home to spend Christmas week at! Hosts include a binder with all of the instructions you may need, and are also readily available if needed. I couldn’t be happier with the home, location, and hosts! Highly recommend! Thank you Bruce and Linda! -Jana, Danny, Jackie & Rico, plus our 2 little fur-babies Suki & Willow.

We loved the cozy feel of the cabin. Great location near everything we wanted to visit.

We had a great time and loved the location of the cabin. The amenities were great, kitchen very well stocked. The only complaint is that the person or persons who may have stayed before us must have had a dog/cat and there was a lot of pet hair.

Lovely little cabin

Stayed at the cabin over the New Years weekend and although not all went as planned, the cabin was comfortable, cozy, and clean. There was plenty of kitchen utensils to cover all of our cooking needs, the bed was comfortable and warm, and there was fans and heaters where ever we needed them. Lovely decor and great fireplace.

Charming, quiet cabin!

We pulled up to this beautifully appointed cabin, dog in tow, ready for a Christmas holiday. “How sweet” I thought Bruce and Nancy put a wreath on the front door. We brought a 18” inch fake tree for our Christmas decorations; it’s about the spirit and being together that matters to us, but a little decoration would be nice. Imagine my surprise when we walked in and found that the entire cabin had been decorated for Christmas. Then at nightfall the outside Xmas lights came on. Who does that? Even the bath towels were red and green and the dish towels & pot holders were holiday themed. Again, who does that? They also managed to order snow for Christmas Day! The cabin is very charming and well appointed, yet tech savvy too. Bruce & Nancy are great to work with and they reply quickly to all questions. The 1950’s stove took me back to sweet memories of my grandmother. We cooked in every night and I had so much fun “playing” with the stove. I brought several things from home to cook with (my own lasagna pan, my chefs knife, etc), but the kitchen is really well appointed. Seriously, everything I needed was there. The rest of cabin felt like home too. Bruce and Nancy were even kind enough to share their dog’s bed, with our dog Sydney, so I didn’t have to pack our massive dog bed! It was the perfect size and they also left blankets just for her. The backyard is fenced which was very nice to be able to take Sydney out and let her off leash. With WIFI and Apple TV we were able to watch all the Holiday football bowl games (You need your own ESPN account etc to sign into certain stations). Bruce immediately answered the few questions we had beforehand and one question we had when we were there almost immediately. We can’t wait to come back in the summer. Great spot for R&R

I stayed at the DeVilla's for a few days between Christmas and New Years to get some tranquility during the holidays. It was perfect! I went down to Arrowhead Village a bit, but mostly just stayed at the cabin - cooking in the very well equipped kitchen, watching movies on AppleTV and observing all the squirrels get up to their mischief. Definitely recommend!!

Bruce the owner of the property is very organized & made our trip very enjoyable. He answered a lot of questions before I even asked. The cabin was cute, clean and had everything we needed. My family had a wonderful time & we created great memories.

I was so happy to see how comfortable and cozy DeVilla is. located in a great area for outdoor adventure we had the time of our lives staying here. I would recommend this home to anyone who's looking for a peaceful gettaway.

The most lovely Thanksgiving

We stayed at the cabin over Thanksgiving week, and were absolutely charmed by the place. It was perfect and cozy and had all of the kitchen and home items we needed for a very comfortable and easy vacation. The house is close to town for fun day activities and eating out - we also went snow tubing near Big Bear (45 min away). The owners were so responsive and accommodating and flexible, and the house was full of lovely touches that made it feel like home. The bunk room is perfect and whimsical for kids, and the house has plenty of sleeping room. We are already planning another long weekend at this exact location. Perfect getaway!

Cozy and comfortable mountain getaway

Devilla was a great experience for our family. The owner was very polite and accommodating, the cabin was comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We could immediately tell how much history this place had, very charming. It had everything we needed and more, literally turn key in every respect. We left a personal item behind and the owner mailed it back to us, class move. The cabin itself was a bit "tucked away", which we liked, but there are narrow, steep roads that might not be for everyone. Our minivan had no trouble navigating them, just a travel tip. The bedding and linens were very nice, comfortable and warm. For those adept at wood fires, the fireplace is awesome. Not huge but had a plenum/fan built in that did a great job of keeping us warm. The weather wasn't warm enough for us to enjoy the patio, but it would be a great place to have lunch or relax & enjoy the sunset.

We love Lake Arrowhead. It is 55 minutes from our home in Upland to the cabin in Lake Arrowhead. I am from Pittsburgh, PA and Nancy is from Buffalo. We love southern California as it allows us to enjoy California at its best.
