Hermoso apartamento de lujo ubicado en el barrio laguito sector turístico y estrato 6 de la ciudad con inmediatez a las playas de bocagrande.

Es un apartamento completamente amoblado para una agradable estadía. El edificio cuenta con instalaciones de lujo como 2 piscina una en el primer piso y otra en el ultimo piso , también cuenta con gym, porteria 24 horas, ascensores y demás.

Nota: la portería del edificio cobra un impuesto de registro de 50.000 pesos colombianos por única vez.

Worth it

Clean, comfortable, quiet and worth the price. Washer and dryer a little old but came in clutch. Recommend and will stay again. Thank you for the pleasure.

Location was very good, but all the appliances were broken or very old and dirty. I was locked in the restroom one time.

this property is horrible, everything was dirty, washer machine needs replacement, no customer service to help, only 1 key, walls were dirty and have not been clean, basically the way it was left by other users. Staff is incredibly rude and unfriendly

Beautiful unit but not well equipped . Example the unit had 2 forks and we were 3 guests. One of the television did not work.

Claudia was horrible to deal with

On the first day the door wouldn't lock and there was no hot water. a fellow named Eduardo came to fix both, had to get licensed gas plumber to fix the water heater.. took three days to have hot water. I had to message Claudia over twenty time in the three weeks I was there to get anything done, and she messed up even the simplest request. Eduardo the handyman seemed to be the best oto get anything done. He also rents apartments in the same building, better rates and he has an office right out front so you can talk with him whenever you need to, he also runs an exchange shop so again, easy to find and responds quickly. Mario and Maria are two more that rent apartments in Sunset that are also located at the front of the building and available when you need them. I would never rent from Claudia again

The property has 24 hour concierge and security. The overall feeling for the building is secure. The apartment is on floor #20 of 42 floors. The front desk only speaks Spanish. The property has two pools, one at ground level, and one on the rooftop. There are 3 elevators that are fast and efficient as this appears to be mostly a seasonal residential property. The property is as advertised with an amazing sunset facing view of the sea and the nearby island. At night, even with the windows closed, you can hear the waves crashing on to the beach. The property is in a very safe area of El Laguito Cartagena with 3 amazing beaches within a 5-10 minute walk. The 2 walk-in shower bathrooms are amazing. Has an "on-demand" hot water heater. Has a functional washer and dryer. Good size refrigerator and 4-burner gas stove. The dining room table sits near the full view ocean view window. You can have your morning coffee and meals there and listen to the waves. The master bedroom is quite nice with an attached balcony with seating and table. The sofa bed is adequate for one adult or two smaller children. The deadbolt lock on the entry door requires the turn of the key to enter and the turn of the key to leave. No chance of locking your key inside. Challenges included a broken entry door handle and neither TV worked for us. Instead we used You Tube TV and Amazon Echo Dot for entertainment. Wi-Fi worked fine. In conclusion, would definitely stay at this property again.

the host with the least..

my stay started with the host telling me she had somebody else to check me in. he was the fellow that fixed the sink in the same building.. never did meet Claudia the absent host.. but she sure did have a lot to say by text.. I think it was twenty some texts total to get any information from her. she was about the worst i've ever dealt with. Eduardo, the handy man turned out to be the best to talk to about anything and it turns out he also manages some of the apartments in the Sunset building.. so it will be him I rent with in the future. on my first day in the apartment, I found the door wouldn't lock and there was no hot water. Eduardo came to fix both, but called a gas licensed plumber to do water as it turned out the water heater was fried.. both said it must have been that way for some time and should have been replaced a long time ago. so first three days no hot water. this did get fixed with new unit and door got fixed by Eduardo on the second day. most of appliances listed in the building don't work or are pretty much not worth trying to use. Coffee maker and blender didn't work at all. The building is excellent and for the most part the apartment is great.. gorgeous view of Carib. other people that handle that apartment and equal units in the same building are Eduardo, Mario, and Maria.. all of which have offices in the building along the street in the front and respond immediately to any issue. I'll rent from them next time.

The apartment was dirty.

The Tv in the living room did not work and the one in the bedroom worked but only 1 channel. The dryer didnt work and when I did get in touch with someone I was told that they could not fix the dryer and they couldn't give me anymore towels really? The refrigerator was filthy this was not a good 6 day stay for me
