Great family getaway

Our family of four was more than comfortable in this beach block condo. The open floor plan between the kitchen, living and dining area was great! Perfect location for families looking for a trip to the beach without having to drag tons of gear for a mile. The host was extremely responsive to any and all questions/concerns. We would certainly stay again!

Beautiful Condo and a Perfect Location

Condo is exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Owner is a delight to deal with, very responsive and went out of her way to provide recommendations for our 1 Year old Granddaughter. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect beach vacation for our family!!!

This was the perfect beach rental! The place was clean and the layout was perfect for my toddler and infant. The bedrooms were super spacious and had plenty of room to fit our pack n play in any bedroom. The full size washer and dryer were great - We didn’t need to pack a full weeks worth of clothes and could do a load of laundry every day if needed. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage unit, which made it easier for my husband to drag the large beach cart (also provided in the unit) the short walk to/through the sand. My toddler was very upset when it was time to leave “her shore house”. We cannot wait to be back next year!

Very Satisfied

Property was exactly as described, was beautiful, nicely decorated and had a great feel. When we arrived the rental appeared very clean, but because it’s a rental and cleanliness is extremely important to me, we brought wipes to sanitise switches, knobs and surfaces ( wipes all appeared clean after wiping) and swifter for floors ( because of past reviews) they were black after doing floors and fan over master bed had dust clumped on edges. Overall though it felt clean and comfortable to be in. Storage room had all they said, but we brought and used all our own chairs, umbrellas, etc. Very close to the beach. Very happy we chose this rental and would definitely rent again.

It was okay...

Unit was okay, nice counters. Not so clean though (typical Wildwood cleaning service probably). Carpets and comforters especially need a cleaning. And the rest of the building doesn't smell so good. AC was loud. There was no luggage carrier and the storage rooms need new locks, had a hard time with that. Warning: Parking spaces are not covered. First time and last time using VRBO. I never received confirmation of the unit's entry codes. VRBO sent the email to the wrong email address. Luckily it was sent to the person who rented the unit the week before. But that could have been a real problem. Luckily the owner was able to send them to me. Owner was helpful with problems during our stay.

Overall good

Our overall stay was good. The condo was a good size for us. We utilized the kitchen the whole time, well stocked, could use new silverware. Master bathroom gigantic. Bedrooms good size. One problem we had were the floors were very dirty, my 9 month Olds feet and knees were blaxk from crawling. I did call owner and It was taken care next day. There was a quick response to the issue and if was resolved. Also there were ants, again with my 9 month old this was an issue as there were liquid ant traps on the floors and she got a hold of them. Overall we enjoyed out week.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this condo and so close to the beach.

The landlord was wonderful to work with and provided everything we needed in great detail. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished as well.

Great vacation

Overall it was a great experience renting this property. It was very clean and just as advertised. No complaints. I would highly recommend and we look forward to going back in the future.

Great Property, well appointed and a short walk to the beach

The check in process was very easy and the property was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The two off street parking spots made it a pleasure to run out anytime and not have to think about parking. The lobby and hallways were also kept very clean. The Kitchen was well equipped. Although this property was not ocean front there was still a view for the balcony to the ocean which was nice. Over all this was an excellent property for our vaction and I would return again.
