Esta casa de 2,200 s / f fue diseñada para alojar hasta 12 personas con cinco habitaciones y tres baños. Limpio y cómodo con muchas actividades para toda la familia. Escuche el océano desde la cubierta o dé un corto paseo por el paseo marítimo hasta el Golfo de México. No se admiten mascotas ni fumar. Hoyo de carbón. Ready to do it again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and spacious. Our party had 6adults and 5 teens and we had plenty of room. Everyone had a great time and voted to do it every year. The only thing was construction right behind the house, but not enough to stop us from coming back! Thank you Port A Escapes.

The house was clean and nice. Close to beach I should have been advised that there was an active construction project next door. It is not a reason not to rent this excellent property. It is just something that I believe should have been disclosed.

Not the best house we have ever rented but overall okay.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was roomy and close to the beach. The toaster didn’t work, no extras. 2 towels, washcloths per room. No crock pot. No dust pan or mop to clean. No simple things like scissors. Coffee pot took 30-45 minutes to make coffee. Can opener didn’t work, toaster did not work. Not a hanger for your clothes to be found. Had to live out of the suitcase. It rained on us 2 days and windows in bedroom leaked and grandsons mattress was soaked. Sons room leaked living room/dining area leaked and ruined several games we had brought. When it rains, it floods the front in front of the garage area. Was so deep that it came up to the doors. Other than providing a few simple things, it was a decent house and the location was great. Maybe I was expecting too much.

Disappointed

This house was a disappointment. The furniture is old and smells, the floors are very dirty, the non stick pans were all scratched, there was a limited number of cooking utensils, the toaster was broken. The outside grill was dirty and rusted. The shower drain and sink drain in two of the bathrooms did not drain properly. In two of the bedrooms the sheets had sand in them. The neighborhood was nice and in close proximity to the beach and town.

Nice House, Internet not Guaranteed

The house was in good condition and a good location. The beach was a short walk away, and it was nice only having to climb 1/2 a flight of stairs to get inside the house. Unfortunately the internet was out our entire stay. We arrived on a Thursday, and a a technician could not come fix it until Monday after our check-out day. I asked management if they could rectify the situation, but was told I signed a contract stating that internet is not guaranteed. We were not offered another unit or any kind of refund. We were able to use hotspots on some of our phones, but it inconvenient and only worked when those people were in the house. The kitchen could have been better stocked with basic ingredients such as salt and pepper. The outdoor shower was too exposed, located directly next to the street corner, and only had cold water.

Port A Beachfront Property

This property worked well for our family of 12. It was a close walk to the beach, the floor plan worked well and it was very clean. We would stay there again.

The property was fine the yard in the back was not cut thus we chose not to utilize the BBQ pit. One of the rooms upstairs at one point we were unable to open the door due to the face that the door handle was broke. We had to remove the lock in order to open the door. The showers and shower curtains were extremely short so that when it was used the floors became wet. Therefore we had to use the towels to dry the floors. The remote control for the ceiling fan was nowhere to be found this we were unable to use the fan at night because the light stayed on. The overall property space met our needs and was very convenient.

Great house

Our stay was amazing. The house was just the right size for our family. It was a short walk to the beach in a private neighborhood. There was not a broom located in the house to keep the sand under control so we bought one. The floors seemed to have not been mopped in a while so our feet were black after walking around barefoot but that was our only concern and nothing that impacted our stay.

Annual Fishing Trip

This year we decided to rent a house instead of getting multiple hotel rooms. This property was perfect for our group. The home was well maintained and adequately furnished. The location was great. We are already looking to book again for next year.

Everything was good except one of the toilets flush was not working. But they fixed it within an hour after I called them.

Family Vacation 2019

Didn't have to spend the extra money on a golf cart as the walk to the beach was just a 5 minute walk. The house was very clean, and comfortable we had 8 kids under 14 and 6 adults and never felt like we where in each others space. The hang out space outside was amazing as well. Spent most evening of our stay out there. The kitchen could use a few upgrades when starting the dishwasher I was afraid of breaking it also the knifes could use a bit of sharpening. If you are planning to grill bring your own grilling utensils. Luckily we packed our own. The management is amazing. Shower wasn't draining sent out an email, and bam just like that it was fixed. Definitely will consider staying here again!

Awesome!

We were pleasantly surprised that the photos and info were completely accurate! It is a great house for multiple families and the downstairs rooms were great for the teenagers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the BEST experience staying in Lucky #13! It was perfect for our weekend getaway. We had 4 adults and 7 kiddos and the house was plenty big. If you have little ones, bring a baby gate due to the stairs though. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and/or grill. Bring your own grill utensils as we were unable to locate any. The walking distance to the boardwalk is about 75 yards from the house, which was easy to get to. The pictures need to be updated on the site. There are homes all around, not land like the picture shows. Overall, we would definitely stay in this house again!

Spring Break fishing trip

Port Aransas Escapes management company was very courteous and helpful. The only minor drawback was that the boardwalk was not fully repaired yet. Very understandable given the hurricane Port Aransas experienced recently.
