A BRAND NEW, beautiful coastal home located close to everything Port Aransas has to offer. Just a few steps from the beach and a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Plush, pillow top, or memory foam mattresses on every bed. Plush towels, flat screen smart TV's in every room, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen and adorable coastal decor are just a few amenities that will make you feel at home and have you looking forward to your next vacation here at Saylor's Sandcastle.

Our spacious outdoor area boasting a private pool, a gas grill, and picnic table is perfect for having a drink and relaxing with family and friends after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower for a quick rinse before relaxing outside or heading indoors. Your outdoor oasis awaits you at Saylor's Sandcastle.

The master en-suite bedroom offers a plush king size bed, closet, smart flat screen TV and private bath with double sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with a smart flat screen TV. The bunk room has one full over full bunk bed and one twin over twin bunk bed and also has a smart flat screen TV.

The Living Room features a queen size sleeper-sofa, loveseat, 55 inch 4K smart flat screen TV and Wii gaming system. Spacious open floor plan with large windows allows for abundant sunshine and natural lighting.

Dining and kitchen area features a large table that seats 8 with kitchen bar seating for 4. Enjoy morning coffee with an ocean view on the balcony.

For your protection, the front exterior of the home is monitored for theft and vandalism by a surveillance system. Please contact us for any privacy concerns that you have.

The property is cheerful, comfortable, and superbly located to beach, town, and activities. Communication with owner was excellent and offered us great advice for our first trip in Port A. The house was perfect for a Thanksgiving get away. We will be back!

The house was perfect. A private pool made it even better. No property manager, you are directly speaking to the owner and he makes himself readily available during your stay! Would definitely recommend over and over again!

Absolute Perfection!

This was the perfect house for our stay in Port A! From booking the house to the communication with Travis to the departure, everything was smooth sailing. The house had all the amenities, was so clean, and the location was perfect. The pool was clear and perfect for the kids since it was shaded and they needed a break from the sun. The extra pool toys were a hit! We would DEFINITELY love to stay here again! Thank you, Travis & fam - Saylor’s Sandcastle was everything we needed!

Super clean and cute house in Port Aransas. Was a short walk to beach from board walk. Great communication with host. Loved the private little pool at the house.

Outstanding Property and Host!

We've been doing a family reunion of sorts to Port A for close to ten years and Travis, our host, is far and away the very best! The property was absolutely immaculate and everything worked, from door codes, to the AC, to the pool, and wifi and TV's etc! No stress! We were in instant Vacation mode upon arrival.We had a smaller contingent this year (6 people) and this property fit our needs to a Tee! The kitchen has everything you need and the layout is spacious, lots of comfortable seating and eating options (kitchen counter or dining room table). The beds were very comfortable.The pool is so nice and a perfect size, the 2 kids loved it! The walk to the beach is short and easy to navigate, no stairs on the boardwalk, which makes pulling a wagon full of beach stuff very easy.We had an absolute relaxing time, we couldn't recommend this property enough! Travis is the best! Give his property a try, you won't be disappointed.

Beach Getaway

The property was just as seen on VBRO. The interior and exterior was clean and charming. The little pool was just perfect. Close to the beach and to town. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Great holiday stay

The property was very nice and everything was as described. The place was very clean, spacious, and well kept, and the host went above and beyond. He was incredibly communicative, even letting me know that the ferries were shut down and to expect delays. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures. Perfect for my two kids and seven adults to hang around in comfortably. The pool was a nice respite from the beach and nicely shaded by mid afternoon. There were also unexpected extras like a water pitcher, a box fan in the bedroom, and vinegar (presumably) for jellyfish stings.

Absolutely Amazing House! A

Stunning house with a great view. Very short walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops.  Travis was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions we had. House had everything we needed and more. The private pool was fantastic! We found our perfect house and will be booking here from now on.

Great place for families

This was our best trip to Port A yet. Perfectly situated... close to the town but not too close. The neighborhood boardwalk to the beach made it convenient for short visits to the water. Going back and forth for snacks or a break was easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout. The house has a beautiful interior and the bunk room is great for kids/teens that want to hang out after "bedtime" - with TVs in every room for watching or playing video games.

Perfect First Time Trip to Port A

We decided at the spur of the moment to take a trip to Port Aransas. One daughters and SIL lives in Corpus Christi so we figured it would be a great way to visit and get in a beach trip with my other daughter and 5 yo twin grandsons. There wasn’t a lot available so I was a little nervous booking anything but this place sounded perfect and it did not disappoint! The house was spotless and very nice with a great pool that was the perfect size for the boys but big enough for everyone else to enjoy too. It was an easy walk to the beach and maybe a minute drive. Plus you can drive on the beach with a beach permit. Beach was clean and not overly crowded. Very quick and easy drive to restaurants and we didn’t need to rent golf cart to get around. We ordered delivery pizza the first night then ate at Fins Grill and Icehouse on night #2 and Jay’s Seafood & Spaghetti Works the last night. Both were delicious ! We went around 4:30-4:45 with hardly any wait time but it started filling up fast right after we got there. We have normally gone to Destin when we go to the beach but this drive was so much shorter for us and getting around was much easier plus we got to visit family about an hour away. I’m not sure how many times my grandsons said this was the best day ever so we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Location

This was the perfect house for two families with young kids. The bunk bed room was exactly what we needed, and the short walk to the beach via the boardwalk made everything so easy. The basics are all provided, and Travis was very easy to communicate with. We didn't really get to use the pool because the weather was too chilly, but hopefully next time!

Amazing!

The property was awesome! Walking distance to the beach so you avoid sand in the car. The owner was responsible dive and flexibility. The house was clean and well stocked. We will definitely reserve again!

Great little getaway!

We are beach lovers through and through. We've gotten engaged on the beach, married on the beach and spent plenty of time on the beach, including Port Aransas. Port Aransas has become like a second home to us. Austin is our first home, but we make the semi-short trip down to Port A every chance we get. From family trips as kids, to Spring Breaks as college students to mini vacations as grown"ish" adults now, we've made so many memories here and knew one day we wanted to make the dream of owning a beach home here a reality. So, we did. Our favorite part was decorating the house. We wanted our guests to feel as if they were at home....but at the beach. So, we truly hope you enjoy our home and Port Aransas as much as we have and can't wait to have you visit!
