Hola, soy el propietario Gregg y esta es una casa residencial privada en James Island recientemente remodelada para su estadía de vacaciones y a solo 4 millas de toda la acción en Folly Beach o en el centro histórico.

Mensual (mínimo de 30 días) disponible. Servicios incluidos en el alquiler (TV, electricidad,
Wi-Fi, agua, etc.)

Súper limpio, cómodo y seguro con todos los extras. El lugar perfecto para una escapada de novias, vacaciones familiares, reunión de amigos o invitados a una boda. Este tesoro escondido cuenta con un lujoso dormitorio principal con cama King y ropa de cama de lujo, vestidor, baño privado con tocador doble y combinación de bañera / ducha y una vista tranquila del estanque. El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama queen con armario y cómoda. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con cama nido para dos con espacio de almacenamiento en el armario. El segundo baño completo ubicado en el pasillo y situado entre las habitaciones dos y tres también cuenta con una combinación de bañera / ducha. Instalaciones de lavandería completas situadas a las afueras de las habitaciones con plancha y tabla y suministros.

La sala de estar, bien amueblada, es cálida y acogedora con un amplio y cómodo sofá seccional, mesas ocasionales y un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas con antena parabólica, DVD y WiFi. Mucho espacio para leer y relajarse. Libros, juegos de mesa y rompecabezas proporcionados.

Cocina totalmente equipada para una noche tranquila en casa. Cene adentro con vista o afuera en el patio al lado del estanque. Tome su café de la mañana o sus cócteles por la noche en el porche trasero con vista que da a un patio sombreado lleno de pájaros y el aroma floral que prevalece en todo Charleston, incluida una vista del estanque de patos.

Las bonificaciones incluyen estacionamiento fuera de la calle para dos autos y un kit de inicio de bolsas de basura, papel higiénico, toallas de papel, jabón de manos, detergente para lavavajillas y detergente para ropa. Great location

The quiet neighborhood and location were perfect for our stay. Close to Charleston, grocery stores, restaurants and Folly Beach. Small pond behind the house provided a nice setting and we enjoyed the baby geese that lived there.

Great place, great location

Wow, this could not have been better! We were doing a kayak festival at the nearby James Island Park. Nearby was grocery, great local food and not to mention Folly Beach is minutes away.

Lovely home in quiet neighbor hood.

We really enjoyed this property while visiting family for our cousin's HS graduation. The house was clean and felt like home. The house had a lot of references for local restaurants/things to do in Charleston, which was appreciated. Mr. Napier was very nice to work with and personable during the whole experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

WE loved this community and home. It was bigger than it looks in the photos. It was a 10 minute drive to either the beach or to beautiful downtown Charleston. We loved watching the birds and turtles in the pond at sunset. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and we felt right at home. Gregg, the owner, was attentive to our needs and responded to our only very minor issue immediately.

Beautiful!

Beautiful, well kept home with everything you need! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely choose this home again in the future. A short drive to either downtown Charleston or to the beach. We were in town for the Bridge Run and the location worked out much better than north of Charleston where we were last year. Shops and restaurants were also nearby, although we enjoyed our time in the home where we played cards, went for a walk around the neighborhood, or sat on the comfy sofa relaxing. Highly recommended!

Perfect house to visit Charleston

We stayed at this house for a month. Everything we needed was provided. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We like to walk and there were sidewalks and ponds to look at throughout the neighborhood. We chose the house for location to Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, and it was perfect. Only 15 minutes to each with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Gregg was a great host, easily accessible, and when a storm struck he reached out and offered assistance. Fortunately, no flooding affected the house or neighborhood and did not impact our stay. I would readily recommend this house for anyone visiting the Charleston area.

Comfortable and convenient

This is a well laid out three bedroom, two bath home with extremely comfortable beds for up to six people, four adults and two kids preferably. There is sufficient seating in the living room and four seats for dining. The screened in porch is small but comfortable and enjoyable for up to four people when the weather is warm enough. There is an outdoor table and four chairs on the patio overlooking a pond where you can enjoy turtles and geese and other wildlife. The convenience factor was good being a short distance from Folly Beach and 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. There are several restaurants and bars close by. We felt like the location was super fantastic forgetting all around the Charleston area but it is clearly car dependent. We highly recommend this home.

SEA COTTON COMFORT, 130 SEA COTTON CIRCLE

WHEN WE DROVE UPTO THE RENTAL WE WERE PLESENTLY SURPRISED HOW WELL THE OVER ALL APPEARANCE OF THE OUTSIDE LOOKED EVEN THOUGH A PICTURE WAS PROVIDED. WHEN WE ENTERED THE HOUSE WE WERE TREATED TO A WELL KEPT, WELL FURNISHED RENTAL THAT WE COULD EASILY CALL HOME. OUR STAY FOR THE GRADUATION OF OUR GRANDSON FROM THE CITADEL WAS A HECTIC 3 OR 4 DAYS BUT BECAUSE WE HAD A NICE PLACE TO COME TO RELAX IN BETWEEN, OUR COMING AND GOING TO THE DIFFERENT EVENTS, MEANT A LOT TO US. THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT ALL POSSIBLE. WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO OUR FRIENDS OR RELATIVES. WE USED TO LIVE IN SUMMERVILLE SC WHEN I WORKED FOR CSX RAILROAD AND WERE FAMILIER WITH THE CHARLESTON AREA, ALSO OUR SON LIVES ON JAMES ISLAND WHICH WAS A BIG PLUS. Comfortable and convenient

The house, located in a quiet neighborhood of single family homes and within easy driving distance of Charleston and Folly Beach, was the perfect home-away-from-home during a recent visit to James Is. For longer side trips, the house is well positioned (near Rt. 30) for easy access to major highways leading to Savannah and the Ashley R. plantations, for example. The house is clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Although it was still too chilly to enjoy the screened-in porch, there is a lovely view of a pond attractive to birds and turtles. Off-street parking is available, always a plus...Gregg was a pleasure to work with; he responded immediately to e-mails, clearly explained his expectations of guests, provided valuable information about the area, and was available during our stay to address any issues that might arise. (Speaking of which - pay close attention to the e-mail that he sends just before your arrival. It contains vital information about how to turn off the burglar alarm when you first enter the house.) We especially appreciated his attaching Harris Teeter cards to the house key rings, so that we could take advantage of savings at the nearby grocery store. So, then, in my opinion, don't hesitate to rent this property.

Great house and location

A great place to stay if you want easy access to the Charleston area sites and Folly Beach. The house was wonderful, well furnished, and in a very nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and the kitchen has everything you will need. Gregg was always available for any questions.

Fall on James Island

Great home, clean and comfortably furnished. We spent a month at Sea Cotton, going back and forth to downtown Charleston, West Ashley, and back to JI. Really convenient to everything. Enjoyed evenings watching the sunset and shore birds on the beautiful pond. Would go again.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I chose this home because it was an easy drive to Charleston. We greatly enjoyed experiencing this beautiful city and all it had to offer but at the end of a busy day we appreciated coming home to a comfy home in a quiet neighborhood on St. James Island. Perfect family getaway location.

It really is close and easy to get to the beach or to Charleston. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and it is nicely furnished and very clean. Folly beach county park is close and not too crowded. There are many nearby golf courses and restaurants and downtown Charleston has lots of shopping and interesting historical places. We only stayed 4 days, but will stay longer next time!

Fabulous Location w/ Everything We Needed

From extra beach towels and toys to cooking utensils, pots, and pans; we had everything we needed to make this stay wonderful. Second time staying at this property and we will be back! The beds were very comfortable and the place was really clean (including the screened back porch which was surprising bug free for summer in the south). Easy check in and clear instructions for property use during the stay. We use VRBO's pretty often and this is definitely one we would recommend. Thanks again!

Extension of home

We usually stay with family when coming to Charleston; however, we were able to bring all of our children on this visit to say goodbye to my father-in-law via sea. Our stay there was a comfortable extension of our second home. It was extremely convenient to everything, including the beach and everything in the home accommodated our family during our stay. . We would definitely stay there again.

It is was clean, quiet and conveniently located. Could be better equipped.

Overall ok. Need more mirrors and better lighting. Good cable options. Seating in living room was good. Need more kitchen equipment. Basics would be nice. Also, asking us to strip beds and start laundry wasn’t a big deal but never had to do this at any other site.

Before retirement I was Charleston's premiere Real Estate Auctioneer operating through Charleston's largest residential Real Estate company. As a lifelong adventurer I have piloted my own plane to many an exotic destination, sailed up and down the Atlantic, and traversed the country to and fro. I have found the many opportunities the low country offers to fulfill my adventurous needs including sailing, paragliding, offshore fishing and the list goes on. As a grandparent I enjoy sharing this area and all its natural beauty with visiting family and friends.
