This house was exactly what we needed! It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The drive to the beach was short and parking wasn’t an issue. There are fantastic restaurants all within 5-10 minutes drive. We highly recommend!

COZY & CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

We loved our time at this rental. Perfect for our family of four, with a very chill/cozy vibe. The private backyard and pool were a great size, temperature, and cleanliness. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrellas were also stocked in the laundry room. Owner was easy to contact and communicate with. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything!! We also loved how many beaches we had access too and exploring the shops and restaurants. We will visit again!

Spring holiday

We had a nice vacation at the house. An unexpected event happened where the pool was accidentally drained one night by a company who went to the wrong house. The owner dealt with it promptly and professionally. Other than this blip, we enjoyed the house.

Very nice property with lots to offer. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and pool toys. They also enjoyed finding lizards and butterflies in the very private yard. The house itself is roomy and clean. The beds are very comfortable as well. Highly suggest Pompano Beach if your travelling with kids. They have life guards, a fishing pier, and a play structure. Butterfly world is only 20 minutes north, also a great outing for kids. And if your a hockey fan, the panthers arena is only half an hour away, tickets are extremely cheap!

Nice House and Friendly Host

The property was perfectly located with many nearby restaurants and shopping. Host was super nice going over and beyond. The unit was clean with many items fully stocked, like garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, cleaning products. Just wonderful. Most places I stay don't furnish much. It was a surprise to have so many things at our disposal and save money at the grocery store. We used the beach chairs and had a wonderful day at the beach. The beach was a quick 10 minute drive. The pool was nice as well.

Location, Location, Location

The house is in a nice and friendly neighborhood. A large group of neighbors invited us to their July 4th block party and fireworks show. You still have a lot of privacy in the back yard and a nice pool with covered outdoor living space. We were really close to everything...a short drive to the beach, grocery, retail stores, restaurants, etc. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The house has pretty much everything you need and more. The two bedrooms are separated-each on opposite sides of the house. I would recommend this property.

An amazing Property and an incredible host

My wife and I had booked this property to enjoy some down time before the holidays and to celebrate my 50th birthday. Our host Beate made everything about our vacation so simple and hassle free we cannot thank her enough. It was the easiest check in and check out I have ever experienced using Vrbo. This was so refreshing after staying at a few properties where the "chore" list at check out seemed never ending (Thanks Beate!!!). The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything you could think of including spices and all the little things you always forget to bring. The beds were so soft and comfy and the living room was perfect with great sofas and chairs to enjoy watching some movies on the huge television! The part that we enjoyed the most was the backyard and pool. It is exactly as you see it in all the pictures with a great covered seating area for the evenings or to enjoy some shade. There are 2 comfy chaise lounge chairs that were perfect for soaking up some Florida sun. The landscaping in the backyard was beautiful with palms and plants and is very private which was nice. The neighborhood was fantastic and all the neighbors were so friendly and it was close to everything. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful home with incredible outdoor space and amazing host!

Beautiful private backyard

This was such a wonderful stay. The backyard is private with lots of trees and foliage. And they appear to be adding more. The pool is refreshing, patio enjoyable. if you plan on cooking during your stay, I think you will enjoy the kitchen layout and appliances. The grill is very nice. Beds, couches very comfortable with a big screen TV. Close to everything. Every time I would GPS, close, close. The host has so many nice touches that make the stay comfy. Highly recommend.

Living in Florida

This is a beautiful property with a great private pool and backyard garden. The neighborhood is very nice and gives you the feeling of living in Florida if that's what you are looking to try out before committing to moving there for the weather. Everything you might need is within a short driving distance. We felt comfortable the first day that we moved in for a 5-week stay. The house is about 10 minutes drive to the nearest beach - Lauderdale-by-the-sea, about 15 to Pompano beach, and about 25-30 min to Ft Lauderdale or Hollywood beaches. So, not a quick walk to the beach at all, if that's what you want to do every day. The house is well-furnished and comfortable and the owner is very responsive. The kitchen is well-equipped with most of the stuff you might need, except .....the water and the huge coffee mugs that are all mis-matched and of various sizes and shapes. Same thing is true about the wine glasses. The kitchen would be a lot more appealing to use if furnished with matching sets, even if they are inexpensive. This is a really minor gripe (maybe it is just me that is picky) and I hope that the owner does not take it badly, but merely as a suggestion for improvement.

Great place and great neighborhood

This was a great place and great neighborhood. Did have a accident with replacing an umbrella in the patio table that ended up shattering the glass top Got in touch with the host and she took care of what we couldn't get up. She was a great and thoughtful host.

Perfect Family Property

Cannot say enough great things about our stay. Our Family stayed at Coral Ridge for two weeks and truly fely like home. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. The home was extreamly comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect, only a few minutes to the Ocean and Lauderdale By The Sea. Plan on Booking for another 2 weeks in the future!

Air Conditioning

The central air went out and they were very slow about having someone to come look at it. They brought in a portable AC and it froze up twice. The last two nights we spent in the house were very hot.

We had a great time.

We loved the house with its modern and eclectic touches. The back yard with the all it’s greenery and the pool was our favourite place to be when not sight seeing Fort Lauderdale. Oh and the mattresses on the beds were amazing.
