Entra en privado de lujo y alquiler de esta casa de pueblo elegante completamente actualizada para sus vacaciones en Florida. Esta propiedad de tres niveles tiene un montón de espacio para todos.

La amplia sala de estar tiene un montón de cómodos asientos y un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas.

El comedor cuenta con una mesa grande y tiene capacidad para seis personas y se abre muy bien en la sala de estar. Una enorme cocina tiene todas las comodidades del hogar, y también incluye una mesa de café acogedor para el espacio de alimentación extra. Un medio baño se encuentra en el nivel principal para su conveniencia.

El tercer nivel cuenta con 2 dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño. La habitación principal tiene una cama king y baño principal adjunto, completo con ducha a ras de suelo y su-y-ella se hunde. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas de matrimonio con su propio baño incorporado y el tercer dormitorio, situado en la planta baja, también alberga una cama king y tiene su propio cuarto de baño.

Home away from home

We loved everything about our stay at vista cays townhomes. It was clean and well maintained. The townhouse is centrally located to everything. There is a grocery store, Dunkin donut and chipotle across the street on one side and the other had a chick fil and 7-eleven. We were here for a girls volleyball nationals tournament and the girls would walk and hang out at the vista cay pool every night. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Not well equipped

Having stayed in Many units in vista cay it is a great area. This unit is a great size but not enough dishes to accommodate the size. The downstairs bedroom only had 1 lightbulb working in the bathroom. The pool area is under construction. They do have another pool area about 1/2 mile away.

Great Place!!!!

This townhouse was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center, and we are so happy that we selected this townhouse. It was clean, spacious, and so convenient to the convention center. It accommodated four moms and daughters, and it has a nice pool that we were able to enjoy when the girls weren’t playing. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful Townhouse

This place was beautiful, clean & close-to everything we wanted to visit while in Orlando. We loved the gift of the Oreos. Thank you! The pool and hot tub was great too. My family & I plan on staying here again next time we visit.

Convenient location and good value

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, convenient to restaurants and attractions. Biggest thing missing was a washer and dryer in the home. Cleaning crew also missed several items from previous occupants. Food was left in the fridge and a few articles of clothing.

Home is nice for a short vacation.

Very nice home and centrally located. I do recommended the owners upgrade pots and pans. The ones provided are terrible to cook with.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property looked so nice and clean in the pictures, but the place was not clean at all. The bed linen was not clean,the bathrooms (tubs and shower curtain) had not been well tended to as they were half cleaned.I spoke with Dennis from the moment I arrived at the properties because things were not good as soon as we walked in, so we did the walk through. When I reached out to Dennis initially, he told me that he was going to send someone out to address our concerns, he NEVER SENT ANYONE NOR CAME HIMSELF. I stayed in contact with Dennis everyday while there, but he just gave me the run around.I rented 2 properties from him the same weekend (this one being the second one)and that was the worst mistake ever. This property had a situation even worse than the other one, but of course Dennis waited until the rental was over and we checked out, to sent cleaning people to the property and told us they didn't see the mold or the water accumulation by the vent on the ceiling, etc. He stated they try to paint in between visits, but they don't always get the chance to do so. Why just keep painting over mold?? Mold is dangerous to peoples health with allergies, asthma, and just in general, which we had in our group. The mold was in one of the bedrooms so we had to figure out how we all could sleep because the mold in the bedroom made that room off limits to us. It was just a horrible time. The worst part, was Dennis never came to address concerns while we were there. I have never had a dirty AIRBNB, until now. Generally when the host reaches out to the customer to make sure things are going well, but Dennis did not and didn't have to because I was in contact with him from check in, but he failed to truly address any concern or attempt to have things that could be corrected, like the cleaning people bringing clean bed linen by for our stay. He sent no one for the mold, although he stated he would while we were there, but he did not.

Nice Place to Stay in Orlando

Disney Family Vacation

Fairly convenient to Disney but much closer to Universal. When I rented I wasn’t looking for a certain area. I needed a 3 bedroom 3 bath and that’s what I got. Several small things that I had a problem with. Toilet paper. We’re suppose to be two rolls each bathroom but we didn’t have extra toilet paper. They also didn’t have paper towels in the kitchen. I would also provide more seating in the living area. I would remove the big dining table and put in a wrap around sofa or some chairs or something. We had six adults and not enough seating comfortably to watch TV or enjoy being together in the living area. The trash pick up was great. Over all it was good and my family got to spend 4 days together.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If I ever see a property managed by Casiola, I will not book with them. I'll stay at Vista Cay again, just not with this management company. On our first day, we had a broken coffee machine, clogged toilet, broken security lock and a broken washer. I called about these things, they sent someone the first day, fixed everything but the washer. I kept asking them to call me back and let me know about the washer, when I didn't hear back, I would call again, no more than twice a day. We booked this home based on having a washer. Being there for a volleyball tournament, it was a necessity. They never fixed the washer during our stay, and didn't give me an alternate unit to wash clothes till our last day. So instead of enjoying my last day of free time, I was doing loads of laundry. Then they reviewed me as a "poor" guest, saying we left the place dirty. We took out our trash, we left all the dirty sheets and towels in nice piles. What were we supposed to do? Wash them? We couldn't! I was professional every time I called them, even though they never returned a call, or gave me an update unless I called first. Stay away from Casiola.

Disappointed

Unfortunately we had many issues with this property from the start.. a broken coffee machine, broken front door security lock, clogged toilet, and a broken washer. We had to call several times on our first day, making it a stressful start to our trip. They fixed everything except the washer quickly, and to our disappointment, the washer never got fixed. I had to keep calling for updates daily even though I asked them to call me. We booked this unit based on the fact that it had a washer, we packed based on the fact that it had a washer. We were there for our daughters volleyball tournament so being able to wash socks and shorts was a must, since they just don’t have enough for 4 days of play. On our last day there, they finally admitted they couldn’t fix it and gave me access to another unit. So instead of enjoying my last few hours of free time, I was running around Vista Cay setting loads of laundry. I had asked to speak with the manger at the Casiola office, he never called me back. If we were at a hotel, they would have moved us the first day with all the issues that were occurring. I wish Casiola had done that, since it’s clear they had vacant units. Furthermore, a unit with this many problems should have never been rented.

Working, not a vacation

Reviewer Comments: The home was generally clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked. There were 4 of us, there for work so we did not have time to use any of the amenities. It was remedied but the first night my sheets were not clean. I slept on top of the sheets and requested clean sheets. The next afternoon 2 ladies arrived with clean sheets and were making the beds, I insisted on helping and when we went to put the sheets on the bed they were very wet. The girl explained that the dryer wasn't working well. I ask her if she would sleep on wet sheets. I suggested we put the sheets in the rentals dryer and I would make the bed when sheets were dry. Both ladies were very nice but if that was an indicator of their efficiency as housekeepers, it left me suspect. The remainder of the trip went off without an issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was okay. The property itself was nice and clean upon arrival. The property looked identical to the pictures provided online. The primary issue which was a major one was that the pillow cases in one of the upstairs rooms had dried blood on them. It seemed as if they had been washed; however, the blood stains did not come out. Subsequently we found brown stains on the sheets in the same room. This made all guests in the home very reluctant to sleep on the linen. We went to purpose covers and extra pillow cases to sleep on. I wish the cleaning staff would check the linen prior to making the home available for guests.
