Disfrute de espectaculares vistas al mar durante el día y amaneceres y noches de luz ultra clara y brillante a la luz de las estrellas desde la cubierta de este condominio de playa muy bien cuidado. Esta es una vista completa directa y de cerca de 180 grados de toda la playa y el océano (no una vista lateral o distante). Ocean Dunes está lo suficientemente cerca de Coligny Circle para disfrutar de toda la acción, tiendas y restaurantes por los que esta zona es conocida sin subirse a un automóvil, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para disfrutar de los sonidos del océano. Unit had a great view of the grounds and ocean. Short walk through beautiful grounds to the clean and spacious beach. Unit was very clean and Walking distance to Coligny. Owner responded to questions quickly (we accidentally tripped a breaker and he responded immediately). The only negative is there is no washer/dryer in the until…..they are down the hall and the change machine was out of order so bring quarters

Excellent ocean view

This was our first stay at Ocean Dunes and it was great! We loved being near Coligny and walked to the playground and to get breakfast in the am. The condo was nice, beautiful ocean view, kitchen had everything we needed and a short walk to the beach. Pool was nice and never very crowded. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Family getaway - April break

View was amazing

Everything was good , unit was clean, updated and comfortable. The only negative was the air systems were very loud, we were asked to always leave them on, so we had a hard time sleeping at night.

Love the beach and location

Location and accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. Access to the beach was perfect. If you are flying in and depending on your length of stay, be aware that you may need to purchase (or ask for more) soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Only hotel-type size of each were provided which worked out just fine, as this was a road trip vacation for us.

Can’t beat this location!

The property listing is extremely accurate! It was spotless when we arrived and did not have a musty at all! We had everything we needed for cooking meals and just relaxing. You cannot beat the view and location. So beautiful and close to the beach. We made great use of the bicycles (one has a large basket) and beach chairs. This was our first time to HHI and we had an amazing time! Bonus was to come off season with cooler temperatures and less crowded!

The location was great but the room was okay. Felt that is was run down and not as clean as expected. The shower curtain was dirty and the linens on bed were sold. The until smelled very musty.

Nice condo!

Great location with beautiful views. Owner was very easy to work with. We blew a fuse and he was very quick to respond to resolve that issue. We also had a smoke alarm go off and he sent someone immediately to get that taken care of. Our only concerns were that the second (guest) bathroom shower stall is pretty small, but not a deal breaker for a short stay. Also, the master bedroom TV kept buffering and we could not always get it to work. We did see a Wifi booster in the master bedroom, but we still had issues with it. Overall, a very nice condo.

Memorial Day Trip

Awesome vacation trip! The ocean view from the balcony was incredible! Within walking distance to Coligny Beach and market with great restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and well maintained. Interaction with Frederick was outstanding. He sent details in advance of the trip explaining the extras like type of coffee pot and beach equipment that was included which made packing easier. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!

Great oceanfront villa!

We so enjoyed our stay at Rick and Michelle’s villa. As a previous part-time resident on the island, my daughter and I wanted to return to our old neighborhood for a little getaway and Ocean Dunes is one of the best locations in S Forest Beach. This villa is nicely decorated, comfortable and spotless but the best part is the view from the patio - nothing but ocean! We loved being able to easily be on the beach, by the pool and on the patio reading as the sound of the waves danced in the air. Perfectly relaxing and exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for the perfect HHI getaway, don’t hesitate to book this villa, it does not disappoint and the owners are delightful. Thanks again, Rick and Michelle, we will be back again soon.

My wife and I frequently visited Hilton Head throughout the years and always had a special fondness for this area. We were thrilled to be able to start this venture in 2015. An endeavor where we are able to share a dream beach condo with our guests. We have always loved to travel and have stayed at so many fine places over the years. But we have also had the misfortune of staying at some that were very disappointing at best. We understand the importance of vacation time and just how easily that precious time can be spoiled by the frustration of accommodations that do not meet your expectations. That is something we don’t ever want our guests to feel. It is our goal to maintain our unit to a level that will provide 5 star ratings and not just assure that our guests are satisfied, but that they are thoroughly thrilled. We want guests that come back year after year and we hope you will become one of them.

We take great pride in our unit 309 Ocean Dunes and provide an ambiance that is clean and fresh and new, yet calm and soothing. And not so modern or cold that it looses the special character, charm and comfort you expect in a Beach Home. When you are at the beach you want to feel like you are at the beach. We want our unit to convey a spirit of casual relaxation, whimsy and fun, while still maintaining a level of impeccable neatness and cleanliness that we desire when staying there. And since we do stay there often, we conduct frequent and regular personal inspections to assure that the unit is not just surface clean, but deep cleaned and that even the smallest imperfections or maintenance issues, that may have gone unnoticed, are properly corrected. There are a lot of vacation properties on Hilton Head. We want ours to stand out amongst all of them.

This ocean front resort is ideally situated far enough away from Coligny Circle so that you cannot see or even hear the hustle and bustle of the people and traffic, yet close enough to walk to it (or if you prefer, bike to it with one of free bikes provided with the unit). And if you like Tennis there is a tennis center just short stroll down the road. And if need a little TV chill time there is a flat screen TV in every room with Cable and Roku TV with Netflix and a DVD library. A fully updated kitchen means glide-free drawers, modern stainless-steel appliances and unblemished counter tops. A full-size dining table provides space for everyone at dinner time. Hardwood living area floors provide a soft comfortable look of elegance while the tiled bathrooms assure clean and sterile bathing experience. Sitting on the balcony with our well cushioned furniture keeping you comfortable, the natural ocean breezes keeping you cool, and the endless ocean view keeping you mesmerized, you can dwell on your Mint Julep to the ambiance of ocean waves breaking on the sands while the dolphins frolic in the ocean and the ships roll by.
