Bellamente remodelado de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, villa en el último piso en Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.
¡Todos los muebles nuevos con hermosos pisos de madera nuevos en toda la villa! Sin alfombra El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, un televisor y un baño privado con encimeras de granito. La habitación de invitados tiene capacidad para 4 personas con dos juegos de literas gemelas nuevas. El nuevo sofá cama tiene un colchón queen size. ¡Perfecto para familias más grandes! Hay una sala de baño para uso de la habitación de invitados y la sala de estar. La cocina está recién remodelada y abierta al comedor y sala de estar. El balcón se extiende a lo largo de toda la villa y tiene una nueva mesa y 4 sillas, ¡perfecto para tomar el café y los amaneceres! ¡La vista es increíble desde allí y el Océano Atlántico está a solo unos pasos! Las playas de arena blanca son un excelente lugar para relajarse todo el día.

El complejo también cuenta con 2 piscinas, canchas de tenis, sala de ejercicios y un parque infantil con una zona de barbacoa / picnic para uso de los huéspedes. Convenientemente ubicada en el centro de la isla, esta área de Hilton Head es un lugar maravilloso para todos los vacacionistas en la playa.

Another great stay!

This was our 4th year in Hilton Head and our 3rd year staying in this condo. We absolutely love it. The location is wonderful and communication is perfect. We hope to be back next year my girls have made so many great memories here.

We would stay here again. Close proximity to food, bars and walking distance to the beach. Michael the owner was super easy to get in touch with when needed and responded right away. The only negative I have that has nothing to do with his listing but the building itself, the elevator is a bit slot like. Our family was happy with this location.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The property was clean and had all of the necessary amenities for our family. I was worried about the on-floor shared laundry room, but it was clean and convenient. We enjoyed the beach, easy access to tennis and pickleball, walking/bike trails and more.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk and you're ready to set up on the beach for the day! Space was a little tight for a family of 6, but adequate. Dishwasher was not working during our 5 night stay, nor was the wifi/internet, which was very disappointing during a rainy day since none of the tv's could be used. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were nice to have on hand. would recommend based on the 2 items above being fixed.

Thank you for your kind review! We're happy you liked the location and being so close to the beach. Glad you found all of the beach items helpful too! The dishwasher is being repaired this week. It gave out after only 2 seasons of use. We've also had the Wi-Fi checked by our maintenance team. They've told me the internet was recently switched over and the new service is working well. Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The resorts pools were a hit with the kids (3 & 5) and beach was easily accessible by just a short walk. Highly recommend waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony… simply beautiful!

Great experience

Our stay at this property was fantastic! Easy check in/out, condo was clean and very well stocked (from books and board games to beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella). Location is great with lots of restaurants and even mini golf nearby. Just a few steps from the private beach access too. This is hands down my favorite place that we’ve stayed in Hilton Head so far.

Perfect stay for a perfect beach!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for us and our 4 year old twins! It was an easy walk from the condo to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be the tvs need to be upgraded, but who goes to the beach to watch tv?

We had a wonderful time even with all the rain. The beach and pools were easy to get too. The condo was very nice and roomy for my 4 kids. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful time!

The property owners were extremely helpful and accommodating as issues arose and things were addressed quickly and remedied. My family and I had a wonderful time! Looking forward to staying again next year.
