¡Ofrece una casa de lujo en una península privada con increíbles vistas, terrazas y una playa! La mayoría siente que están en una isla privada, pero estamos a solo 5 minutos de supermercados y más. (Canal principal) ¡Propiedad impresionante con 360 vistas y 1000 pies de frente al lago! Comience a alejarse conduciendo por el camino privado, con agua a ambos lados del camino, pase su propia playa de fácil acceso para nadar, navegar, andar en canoa o tumbarse al sol en una tumbona. Muelle de natación y muelle, lancha privada, BYOB (barco) o alquilar el nuestro. Tether ball, baloncesto, ping pong, terraza cubierta con ventiladores, mecedoras, mesa de picnic y barbacoa. Pescar en el muelle de natación o en la playa. Pozo de fuego y mesa de fuego. ¡No vas a creer este lugar! ¡Alimentamos a los peces diariamente! (jaja vienen a nuestra casa! Con un poco de suerte y el cebo adecuado, tendrá una cena fresca, o simplemente atrapará y liberará).

 5 habitaciones para 10 personas.

Suite privada de lujo en la planta baja: con cama eléctrica King King (1er dormitorio), su propia entrada, cocina, lavadora / secadora, baño de mármol con ducha doble y lavabo doble, área de descanso, televisión de pantalla plana.

El dormitorio principal (segundo dormitorio) tiene cama king size, baño privado con ducha.
Habitación King (3er BR). El dormitorio con literas y botes (4º BR) tiene literas con camas gemelas sobre cama queen y cama nido completa y la cama con dos camas es gemela con cama nido doble.
El dormitorio de gran tamaño tiene una cama de día (con cama nido) y una cama queen (5 ° BR), un gran armario y vistas increíbles en la sala de estar y en la segunda mesa de comedor. Baño completo adicional con bañera, lavadora y secadora.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We all had such a great fun time at Abundant Life on Lake Wylie. My kids and Grands were so happy and we soaked in the Lake and took the Pontoon boat out for a day of tubing and breezes considering the days were hot. Rick was a wonderful host and I would recommend staying here to all families. The views were magnificent from every room! Such a great vacation and I am already missing life on the Lake....

Incredible location

You could not ask for a better location on the water! There is so much room on the property and the house was very accommodating for our larger group. Would highly recommend for friends trips, large family trips, etc. Far enough from the big city but close enough to still take an uber to/from the airport and local restaurants.

Peaceful Retreat

An absolutely wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at “Abundant Life.” The views from this home are magnificent. Being surrounded by beautiful Lake Wylie was just the peaceful break we needed this summer. So much to do for the family...kayaking, fishing, swimming, and venturing out in the boat! We plan to come back again!

An Oasis

We had the wonderful experience of staying at this property this past week. Both the house and the houseboat were beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed leisurely coffees in the morning and long talks in the evenings as we sat on the deck overlooking the lake. It was so peaceful. A perfect place for families and friends to gather for a meal and long conversations or to spread out and enjoy some solitude. The home and the property in general were far more spacious than one would think from the photos or even first impression as we drove up. Stores and restaurants are only a quick 10 minute car ride away. The beds were comfortable. The shower in the basement was amazing. The kitchens were outfitted with anything you might need for a delicious meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here creating memories and would come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect Lake Vacation Getaway!

Could not have picked a better destination for our lake vacation this year. This property is one of a kind - privately situated on a peninsula with 270 degree views from sunrise to sunset with multiple outdoor areas for seating, entertaining, conversation, or simply taking in the beautiful views. The layout of the home was ideal, with bedrooms situated away from the main living area (perfect for late sleeping teens) and a spacious living suite located downstairs. The home has been completely updated on the interior with a lake living theme throughout the house - we immediately relaxed as we settled into the home and the decor of the house was a huge contributor. The property is located at the entrance to a cove that is ideal for all water sports, including swimming, sailing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, and for our family, wake surfing and wake boarding behind our family boat which we brought for the week and kept docked on the floating dock beside the house. And the hosts, Rick and Karen, were fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and always immediately responsive to any questions or issues that came up leading up to our trip or during our stay. We have already had conversations as a family about coming back. Highly recommended!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

What a vacation! My family and I have been going to the Carolinas for 45 years. This was the 1st time we didn't stay with family and decided to create a "new memory". This "Incredible Peninsula Lake house" was BEYOND what we could have wished for. The property was very private, spread out, large and accommodated all of our needs. This house truly felt like a home, not a vacation spot. It felt like we were "meant" to be there. The kids spent every moment at the private beach, the men spent all their time fishing from every corner of the property, and the woman sat in the rocking chairs looking out at all this activity... JUST AMAZING.. Walking through the home, looking out of ANY window and seeing the lake was just breathless! This property will become a staple in our family memories and vacations from here on out! The owners are just the most amazing people! You can feel their excitement and joy knowing we were having the time of our lives.. WOW, we have been all over the world, stayed in beautiful places BUT this property, this trip was one for the records!! I cant thank VBRO and the owner enough for making the booking, arrival and departure seamless. Also, for creating a NEW family memory that we will talk about forever or at least until next summer when we come back ;-) Renting the Pontoon is a MUST!!!! 10 days on this property was NOT long enough! Abundant Life, Abundant Memories!

Our stay at Abundant Life was perfect! The views are gorgeous. The decks are the perfect place to have coffee and conversation in the morning with family and reflection of the fun times during the day. The fire pit was enjoyed by all at night making s’mores. The house is so spacious. They planned for every detail including restaurant locations, things to do in area, fully stocked kitchen, grills, boat rental, kayaks, etc. Everyone loved it. Great place to make memories.

An Amazing Piece of Paradise

The location and amenities of this home were exactly what we were looking for! I only wish we had more time to take advantage of all the amazing amenities it had to offer. No matter which direction you looked, you saw water. It is definitely something special. The hosts checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. A beautiful setting on the lake

The 10 of us had a wonderful long weekend here. The inside of the home is big and beautiful. The outside of the home is even bigger and more beautiful. We were on our own, private peninsula on Lake Wylie. We hope to come back again during the summer months to take advantage of the swimming and kayaking and other outdoor opportunities. A wonderful host in Rick. Handled any small snafus quickly and respectfully.

Wonderful!

This was our first time at Lake Wylie. The house was great- beautiful views on 3 sides. Plenty of room for everyone. The beach for the grandkids was perfect. The internet is not good at all- but the family who needed to work used their phone hotspots. The welcome gifts from our house was a nice surprise. Excellent week - hope to return soon!

We'll be back!

Are stay at the lake was amazing! It was myself, my wife, my four boys ages 4-15, and the grandparents! We took advantage of the kayaks that were provided which the kids loved! Our first day there we caught a catfish right off the dock. Evenings were spent on the back porch which has a spectacular view of the lake and we spent a good amount of time out on the boat which we rented while we were there. This location has a very good chance of becoming an annual spot for me and my family because we've made so many great memories. Can't say enough good things about the hosts either. Had helpful books with local activities, Wi-Fi passwords, everything you needed for your stay and was very communicative whenever I texted which was almost never because everything was perfect! I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.

Paradise Found!

We had an amazing four week stay at this beautiful property on Lake Wiley with our children, grandchildren and other family members. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets on the lake. Pontooning every day, kayaks, tubing, fishing, basketball and nighttime fire pit were just some of the highlights! Rick and Karen were great hosts and have a perfect set up for a large group. The few small issues we had Rick responded to immediately to make our stay perfect for the family. The one thing I would caution is the WIFI is not very strong especially if you have people working from home. Rick did let us know that in advance so we had hotspots to use. Overall a perfect getaway with plenty to do or just relax and enjoy the views. We can’t wait to go back!

Abundant but.........

The home needs a deep cleaning. We arrived to discover the home not properly cleaned. The owners did offer to have crew come in to clean but we had already settled in and did it want to lose another day. Owners did return cleaning fee as we agreed to clean home ourselves. We spent a day cleaning inside and out refreshing linens and towels that smelled the outside was full of small trash and toys. sand had been pictured so perfectly but we raked the whole place it would be nice to have a blower as every patio chair needed wiping down and porches were full of leaves. We mopped sprayed down every floor and porch. Vacuums were filthy and had to be cleaned out before using We ran out of propane and had to go find refill station. The views and use of boat was great once we cleaned everything For this daily rate we had higher expectations that things would be nicer and cleaner and better prepared. Owners were very nice but it wasn’t until we started cleaning that we realized what a big job it was going to be.

Best vacation Very peaceful lots for kids to do!

Amazing!! The view The house and all the stuff for kids to do was great! I was sad I had to leave that beautiful view! The owners Rick and Karen were wonderful! Very accommodating in every way and very sweet. We so look forward to coming back again!!

The location of this home is ideal for those looking for a lakeside vacation. It offers ability to boat, kayak, swim off of the swimming dock and relax under the pavilion. Beautiful views from all sides of home!

It also has a private boat launch/ramp, multiple boat docks, a swim dock (very unusual to have both.) 1000' of shoreline. a fun and very functional house, multiple dining areas, a wrap around porch (front, side and back) with rockers and Adirondack chairs, a covered deck with bar and refrigerator on the private beach. The houseboat also has three decks (two covered and one sun deck). Basketball hoop, tether ball, teak chaises, 4 rocking chairs and a bench swing on the veranda. A picnic table and a BBQ. Firepit is awesome for a cozy fire or roasting hotdogs, s'mores, etc. I mean really! Your family is going to love this place, and want to come back every summer! Kayaks and canoe are free for use as well as multiple other water toys including noodles, balls, etc. Let us know if you would like to rent our pontoon, Hobie Cat or jet ski.

Easy access beach and boats, no stairs to get to lake! It's just right out your door. There is also a handicap ramp to access the upstairs of the house.
