Welcome to Paradise!! Phoenix VII, 11th Floor, Orange Beach 2Br 2Ba Gulf Front Condo. Unit is tastefully decorated with NEW furniture and NEW mattresses, has breathtaking views of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass, and has amenities for everyone to include: Wifi, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, tennis courts, Pickleball court, racquetball court, games/puzzles in the lobby.

This unit has Granite Countertops, new Stainless Steel Appliances, NEW furniture, NEW luxury bedding, tile throughout, and a walk-in tiled travertine flooring shower in master bathroom, high ceilings, tiled balcony. There is a King Bed in the master bedroom, two double/full beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a New queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a memorable beach vacation!

Check in beginning at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.

$55/car Parking Pass purchased at front desk upon arrival, 2 car maximum. Price subject to change by the Condo Association.

The ocean view/beach view was gorgeous. There were several utensils/pots/pans in the kitchen for cooking, and plenty of towels/washrags for the three of us. The beds were more on the firm side and did make quite a bit of noise when getting in or out of them but weren’t so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay for our first beach trip in almost 10 years.

The host for this property was accommodating with our request to check out late due to a later afternoon flight. Highly recommend renting from this host. The condo is nicely decorated and as pictured on the VRBO website. The lobby of the condo is updated and clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The pool was nice and there were plenty of seating options.

Great condo

We had a great time in this lovely condo! We have stayed at several of the Phoenixs and always enjoy the amenities. Our only thought was that the supplies were kind of slim. Each bathroom only had the tp that was on the roll, we could only find one dish towel and there was only enough dishwashing detergent for one load. (We split it into two). It didn’t keep us from having a great weekend but thought you might want to know. :)

Great Family Beach Vacation

Such a nice condo with a beachy vibe. My husband, two elementary kids, and myself enjoyed a relaxing stay. A good night sleep in the master bedroom on a perfect firm mattress. There was no cradle spot to fall into at night. The condo is tastefully decorated. It was also a quiet place. We had one minor issue when we stayed. I called the owner. She is prompt in getting someone to help. Prior to our stay she sent extra info on the area with restaurants and activities in the area. The kitchen has basic amenities: necessary pots and pans, plates for at least eight and two coffee pots. Unlike most travelers, we choose to hang on the beach longer and eat out only a couple of times. We made due (which worked out fine) with what was available. Glad there was a dishwasher. Would definitely recommend this condo to someone looking to stay in Orange Beach.

Condo was very clean. Great location in the building and on the strip in Orange Beach. It had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Great trip!

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was exactly as described. The owner was easy to get in touch with and was always happy to answer my questions. It was extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the big balcony and beautiful Gulf views. It was nice to have a washing machine and dryer. We also enjoyed the step-in shower. As others have stated, the king sized bed is high and was a little hard for us to get in to, but all the beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful place

The only complaint I have is the master bed is so high off the ground that an elderly person would never be able to get in without a step stool. The place was clean and conveniently located.

Great View

Kitchen was nice. Location and view were great- away from the pool so noise was low. The king sized bed was terrible, FYI. It's really high and hard to get in/out of. And it's SO hard/uncomfortable/loud. Felt like sleeping on a box spring.

Mother Daughter Getaway

This space gave us the perfect place to enjoy full days at the beach then come back to relax and enjoy a night together. It was good for a quick weekend and was close to the beach and other in town amenities.
