The home was lovely and cozy and so close to the sapphire valley ski resort, which is why we came. The home is on a golf course so we enjoyed walking around on the golf cart trails. Would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was fully equipped along with spices and oil. Full washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very cozy. The location is close to fantastic hikes with lots of waterfalls. We highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this house, everything was clean and had everything we needed! Very close to hiking trails, we really enjoyed exploring the area. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions and was very accommodating! Will definitely stay again!

Girls weekend

The home is beautiful with lots of woods and right on the golf course, it was very clean and had everything you needed. We saw deer every day roaming on the golf course, it was so beautiful. Marshall was great to work with, Even gave us a later check out. We will definitely will rent this house again.

The house was fantastic! Photos are accurate. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Everything was in good working order. The owner was very good with communication. We spent most of our time while we were home on the deck or in the Mountain Room. Amenities are less than 10 mins away and a daily guest pass is 5/person. Pool, jacuzzi, mini golf, Fairfield Lake (kayaks, canoes, swimming). Gorges State Park is 15 mins away for hiking. Lake Glenville is about 30 mins away. Ingles grocery store is about 15 mins. All very convenient!

Great home in a spectacular location

My mother, dog and I stayed here for a few days to enjoy the fall leaves and weather of the surrounding area. The house was comfortably furnished and lots of kitchen items provided. We loved the gorgeous deck with the mountain view and trees surrounding the home. Sunroom was amazing and when inside we enjoyed three walls of windows to continually take in the view. Would love to come back and stay again.

Annual summer trip to sapphire valley

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Location was awesome. Enjoyed sitting on the porch. Saw deer and a fox in the evening. We would definitely return again. Communication was the best and the supplies at the house were very nice

Peaceful mountain home

My family had the best time! It is so quiet in the neighborhood. Marshall was a great host! We played family games every night and enjoyed coffee in the mountain room every morning. We had the best stay and everything we needed was provided in the house! The guest before us left some condiments in the refrigerator, which came in very handy and saved us from having to buy any condiments! Our dog enjoyed running in the golf course. We will definitely be back to the Blackberry Cottage again for another stay!

Beautiful house and view

We were there for a family wedding in October. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. It was nice to get up every morning and to see how the leaves had changed overnight from the view of the mountain room.

Nice Mountain House

The house is nice and cozy. We had a nice view of the golf course and mountains. The house was supplied with everything that we needed. The property manager was helpful and was quick to respond. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Spectacular View

We loved, the view, the piano, the comfortable beds, full kitchen, location, and ammenities. I would recommend direct tv for when there is a rainy day and someone might want to watch news or sports. The house is a gem and offered us a lovely vacation.

Thanks for the nice review. We have Roku tv and high speed fiber optic internet, which has a full range of channels offered by internet, including ESPN and weather. We gave up Direct TV due to high cost relative to quality of dish service in the mountains.
