¡Ven a disfrutar de la belleza del centro de Atenas! ¡Este retiro pintoresco, bien decorado y ecléctico es perfecto para disfrutar de Atenas, Madison y sus alrededores! A poca distancia de: Campus / Bulldog Stadium, restaurantes, bares, locales de música, cervecerías, cafeterías y mucho más.

Estamos aproximadamente a 1 milla del arco UGA y 1/2 milla del centro histórico de Atenas con muchos lugares para comprar, comer y explorar. Distancia a pie / en bicicleta al centro, campus norte, estadio Sandford, NormalTown y Five Points.

A 3 minutos en coche de los centros comerciales Beechwood / Alps. Desde su puerta principal y 1 cuadra hacia Prince Ave ... ¡Disfrute de caminar, andar en bicicleta o correr en un hermoso y respetado vecindario histórico de Atenas!

Además, estas vacaciones visuales ofrecen muchos colores y tonalidades brillantes que lo hacen festivo y un poco nervioso.

Para su placer auditivo, hay un tocadiscos con una pequeña selección de artistas para elegir. Lo alentamos a traer algunos de sus vinilos favoritos.

Entre muchas cosas, hay dos nuevos televisores de pantalla plana con ROKU en el dormitorio principal (Netflix, Pandora y más). ¡Un tocador privado para que las damas puedan relajarse mientras se visten! Además, usted y sus invitados también disfrutarán de sábanas y toallas 100% algodón.

El porche trasero permite una vista del sereno y espacioso patio trasero perfecto para relajarse, pasar el rato y pasear con sus amigos. ¡Las tablas y bolsas UGA con agujeros de maíz se suman a la diversión! Las mascotas son bienvenidas (depósito no reembolsable de $ 100 por mascota) ... este patio está cercado.

UGA graduation

Great little home for graduation weekend. Good location to UGA - easy mile walk to stadium and Stegman. Very clean and comfortable beds. Loved the welcome basket as well! Yard is huge and great if you wanted to bring your fur babies.

Old School Rocks!!

This was our 4th stay at Old School and EVERY stay has been amazing! There is no where else we want to stay for football weekends in Athens! The host is excellent at communication and is there for any of your needs and questions immediately! The house is spotless, well equipped with anything you need for cooking and the beds are super comfortable. The neighbors are very friendly, great streets to walk your dog and walking distance to the stadium and some restaurants. We have stayed in VRBOs in GA and FL and these hosts are by far the best we have ever encountered!. I can't say enough positive things about this super cute place to stay! You won't go wrong booking the Old School!

Really great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this really cool house! It was immaculate and stocked with everything one could possibly need. There was even a welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of Prosecco! We will definitely be booking this home again. The only downfall is the surrounding properties seemed a little shady.

Never Disappoints!!!

This is our fourth stay at this property. Even after trying a few other VRBO properties in Athens, we keep coming back to this one! The owners are a joy to work with, the home is nicely appointed and always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is convenient to everything we do in Athens. The fenced backyard is an added bonus when traveling with our dog. We will absolutely continue to book here.

Delightful, bright and warm home

We rented this property to tend to a family member who was hospitalized nearby. It’s been a very rough time and this house has been the perfect anecdote. The bright colors, cozy charm, delightful decor is the polar opposite of the hospital and this home has brightened all of our spirits in a hard time. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, or sharp knife you will need. The yard is perfect for a dog and the location is enviable. If you want a lovely stay in a lovely home, you will find it here.

weekend in Athens with dogs

I loved this place. We insist on staying at high end accommodations, but usually have to take our big dogs. This place had both of what we expect. We love the fenced in back yard, where we could exercise our dogs on site. The house was so nice and uniquely decorated like the 1960s. So perfect for the UGA music era! We would definitely stay here again. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Awesome weekend stay

I fell in love when I opened the door! This property is amazing! The 30's bungalow is in fantastic shape and the owners have spared nothing when it comes to décor. The yard is well maintained and certainly a bonus for a weekend stay. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. We felt at home for sure. It is in walking distance to downtown and stadium....really everything you need. The neighborhood is like most of Athens; well maintained properties alongside those that are not, but we felt perfectly safe and comfortable. The hosts are amazing! The process and our experience was efficient and flawless. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect downtown cottage!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property and everything about the house was perfect. The owners are incredibly thoughtful in terms of how the home is provisioned and made it very easy for us to have an enjoyable stay. Another bonus is the house is walking distance from downtown which we took advantage of a few times.

Amazing House and Location!!!!!!

We had a perfect stay in "Old School." Straight walk to Creature Comforts Brewery. Took about 12 minutes to walk downtown and always felt safe. Spent 3 days with our son who will be attending UGA in the fall. We were able to walk everywhere we went . . . even to Mama's Boy for breakfast one morning (about 1.9 miles). Joel was an extremely gracious host who called us beforehand to make sure everything would be ready when we arrived. The house is like a blast from the Athens 80s/90s past. As a 1994 graduate, I appreciated all the artwork, furniture, coffee table book with flyers from shows, etc. We also enjoyed the record player with records provided, Cornhole, the covered porch, the washing machine/dryer, and the fenced yard for our beagle. Beds and linens were VERY comfortable. Thank you for a perfect weekend! We plan to come back :)

Very nice place. Great hosts.

The hosts have put a lot of thought and effort into making the house comfortable and well provisioned. We appreciated this very much as we were there for several days and needed to settle in a little. Downtown and campus are a comfortable walk and other parts of the city are easily accessible. The house is in a neighborhood that has a lot of variability in the condition of the homes, but we never felt uncomfortable and we walked every day.

Great home.

Very clean, lots of character - decorator had fun with oldies but goodies. Perfect for dogs. Great for pre-game picnic with family. Good location. Too far to walk to the stadium for us older people but enjoyed the walk to the edge of east downtown. Uber to stadium was only ten minutes despite heavy traffic. Would definitely recommend. Property owner very nice.

Old School Rocks!!

This was our second stay at Old School and it was again amazing! Owners are great with communicating, place is SUPER clean, they have everything you need, neighbors are friendly and it’s so quiet!! Short walk to downtown, stadium and Bottleworks. (Back yard is so nice you may not want to leave). Pictures don’t do the place justice! Great place, great owners and I would stay again and again!
