Shoal Creek Terrace es un condominio limpio y moderno de dos habitaciones con vista al cinturón verde de Shoal Creek.

Un corto paseo a Pease Park, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, Waterloo Records, Graffiti Park y West 6th street bar district. El sendero Shoal Creek conduce al río Colorado, donde puedes ver los murciélagos del Puente del Congreso o alquilar un kayak para explorar más.

Incluye dos espacios de estacionamiento gratuitos justo en frente de la unidad. Las mascotas son bienvenidas, pero tenemos una tarifa por mascota de $ 100.

Anther Awesome Stay!

We stayed at this same property last year over the Thanksgiving holiday, and we enjoyed it just as much this year as we did last. Perfect location in Austin, and the condo itself is very comfortable. There are a few updates since our last visit, including a new couch and bathroom shower upgrades. All in all, the condo was very clean and presentable. We will definitely stay again when we return to Austin!

Great Spot - Checks All the Boxes

Edic was clear and communicative about checking in. The property was clean and had all the amenities to make Edic’s spot with any hotel. Walking distance to downtown and peaceful neighborhoods. Great for a work stopover or chill weekend with friends.

Perfect location

The place was lovely! An easy Uber to downtown or Congress. Walkable to food and coffee. The bedding was amazing! Overall a very comfortable and convenient place!

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very convenient access to downtown. We mostly travelled by foot, bike or scooter and the greenbelt across the street is an awesome starting point. We were very comfortable. The beds were great. The place was well equipped and we were not wanting for anything. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood. One star removed as the place could use a bit of general maintenance here and there. As is, it doesn't affect the comfort or functionality....just aesthetics. Regardless, I would definitely consider booking here again in the future should our travels ever bring us back to Austin.

Excellent Property and Location!

Our family was traveling to Austin for the Texas-Baylor game on Nov. 25th. We arrived a day early, on Thanksgiving day, in order to have our Thanksgiving meal at this Property. We stayed through Saturday. I have to say, we really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen worked well for preparing our meals, and the dining room table was large enough for all of us. In addition, this property is a perfect location for accessing downtown Austin, South Congress, etc. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating, letting us check in early on Thursday so that we could prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We definitely enjoyed staying at this property and will likely stay here again in the future!

Overall great

Everything was a described. The place was clean and larger than I thought. Here are a few suggestions to keep your rating high. Needs chairs or stools in the bedrooms. Everyone needs a place to sit when they put on their shoes. Need a throw or blanket downstairs. Only ones were large and upstairs. Need coffee. The packets of instant coffee just don't cut it for us coffee drinkers. Put the Wifi password prominently on the wall or kitchen counter. Everyone needs this and it took me quite a while to find it in the folder. Make sure that there is shampoo and soap in the shower. The shampoo was all but out and there was no body soap. I used the hand soap from the vanity which was not great. Lastly, I would love to have had an iPhone charger as I forgot mine. But I didn't expect it. Anyway, I rated as 5 stars so as not to ruin your 5 star rating, but would probably have rated a 4 or 3 due to items listed above.

On the outskirts of downtown but still walking distance to restaurants and bars. Condo is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Great Stay!

We recently stayed at this property for my son's UT Graduation weekend. The apartment was centrally located and in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean and more than enough room for four adults. We needed some flexibility on check-in time and Ashley was very accommodating and also very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a cosy stay in Austin!

The location was perfect!

Perfect location! Easy walk to restaurants, shopping and bike rental. Kitchen was stocked well with items needed for cooking. Having the balcony to sit and drink coffee in the morning and drinks at night was great. Bedrooms were both good sizes with comfy beds. Property owner was responsive. Information book at property listed some great restaurants and area attractions. Great time was had by all!

Great Stay!

Check in was super easy, no issues with the door code. The location was a bit off the beaten path but still allowed us to be within walking distance of West 6th and many bars and restaurants. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back to Austin!

Best 2br VRBO in Austin

I'm actually writing this review from the property itself, because I came back to stay again. If I ever need a 2 bedroom stay in Austin, this will be the first place I check. It is immaculately clean, the owners have put such a nice energy into the space, and there are a few adorable surprises around the house that I'll leave anonymous so you can discover them for yourself. The wifi is great, the kitchen is extremely well stocked, far beyond anything we've attempted to cook at home, the lighting is fantastic all around the house, the little details are all taken care of. Seriously, book this place, but know that it pains me to say this because then I won't always be able to stay here when I'm in town. Enjoy!
