Amazing!

Our stay was beyond amazing! This is the second year we came to stay here and beyond excited! Communication with the property manager was fantastic! Being able to sit and see the beautiful view in the back to just feeling completely at home! It was a week to remember! We would recommend for everyone to stay here! We will definitely be back!!!

Ocean Pines 2022

This was our second year staying at this property and we enjoyed it as much as our previous stay. The location is great for us as it is a short ride to Assateague, the kids enjoy the dock at night, and the house is well equipped. Communication with Sue was great and any questions were answered promptly.

Ocean Pines Beach-Style Home

My family & I agree that this was the best vacation experience we've had with rentals. The location is excellent and the home is spacious. Everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously. The owner, Sue, was very welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns. We especially loved the back decks with the nice breeze. However, be advised if you have senior family members with mobility issues. This is not the place for them (lots of steps). We enjoyed our stay.

Our honest opinion

Would we stay here again?? Yes House was easy to access, spacious. Large driveway for trucks and trailers(boat/jetski) Boat ramp is not far, pools are also not far, but double check Ocean Pines website to make sure they are open when you book.. Our kids loved the park and the skate park. Very easy access to the bay, easy access on and off of Rt90. You get money's worth staying there for sure!! The peddleboat was a super nice touch, the kids thought it was the best. The host was super nice and super polite great at communicating.

Excellent Time

Ocean Pines in general is a beautiful place to vacation with your family. When you have the right home which we did the experience goes to another level. Not only was the home comfortable and clean it had all the extra inside and out for a GREAT time. The host is excellent to communicate with. No nonsense do you have to go through. Very accommodating from the beginning to the end. Oh!! The scenery is so relaxing you don’t want to leave. The beach is about 15 minutes from the home only with everything you can do at the home and in Ocean Pines you may not have time to do it all. A good time if you take advantage of everything the home has to offer. Thank you so much for having my family in your home. It’s the memories for us!!!

Great location, lots of room

The puctures do not do the place justice. The rooms are much bigger than they appear. The location is great. Nice and quiet with a great canal view.

Great Way to Experience 'Glamping' at the Beach!

This was our second time renting from Sue. She's great and responded to all communications right away. It is a nice property on the canal. Biking, canal access, and the firepit gave us some nice social distancing options to keep our teenagers entertained.

Great Vacation

Our property manager was amazing! Everything is just like the pictures! She was so accommodating even giving us places to check out since we have never been there before! We definitely had a great time! Next time we go back we will definitely see if this house is available!

Fun Family Time

We had a wonderful time here in ocean pines. The kids loved the dock! The view is amazing! Crabbing and paddle boat was a plus. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The location was the best for us it was close to beaches and night life. Sue was amazing and very responsive to any questions. Thanks for sharing you beach home with us!

Fabulous house for a family vacation!

We so enjoyed our trip to Ocean Pines and found this house to be the perfect venue for us - two adults and two 11-year olds. We enjoyed the canoe, paddle boat, (kayaks - which we rented and had delivered to the house and picked up) and fishing gear. The back deck - with a view down the canal - is a wonderful spot for eating dinner and reading. The house is a little run down on the outside, but the renovated inside is all that mattered to us. A well-supplied kitchen, comfortable living room and big screen tv for watching movies and three comfortable bedrooms. The proximity to Ocean City (for nighttime mini golf outings) and the included parking pass to the Ocean Pines Beach Club in Ocean city were both great benefits. We hope to visit again soon!

family fun

Great house for a family vacation. My younger kids and teens all enjoyed having the dock right in the back yard and the fire pit. Great location close enough to the beach and anything else you want but far enough away you get to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were fantastic. We’d love to go back!

Everything you need

We enjoyed our recent stay at this house, and although not fancy (the exterior looks a bit rough), it definitely has everything you need. My husband and I, our 2 tween children and mother in law stayed. Kitchen was adequately equipped and the bathrooms were updated nicely. The view was great and enjoyed it while sitting in the sunroom each morning with coffee. The beach parking pass was very much appreciated and made treks to the beach easy. The provided bikes and pedal boat was a nice bonus for my kids. (we never used the canoe that was also there). Take out from the Ocean Pines Yacht Club was excellent and would recommend and there was no shortage of other restaurants to choose from. Our stay was during COVID times. I would stay here again and would recommend for anyone wanting to rent in Ocean Pines. A couple of suggestions: Provide bath mats for both showers. My 83 year old MIL almost slipped getting out one morning. Add additional towel hooks in the bedrooms/bathroom. With 3 people sharing the hall bath, there wasn't space to hang bath towels or pool/beach towels. Same for hand towels.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We have never been to ocean pines. At the house, we enjoyed hanging out on the deck and enjoying the view, canoeing down the canal, close proximity to several pool options (with fee). There are bikes at the house and we biked to a Saturday market ( Amish friendship lemon bread is yummy). The swim and racquet club has tennis courts and basketball hoops. The yacht club has good food at a reasonable price. We used the parking pass for the beach at 49th street which was convenient. We ended up going to assateague for the beach. Kayaking at assateague was really beautiful. Highly recommend. It was a 20 to 30 min drive to the beaches but we didn’t mind.. There is also a fire pit which we didn’t get around to using. Ocean pines is a quiet area with trees and canals. It was nice to be in this environment after a day at the beach. Make sure you bring everything you need (toilet paper, trash bags, plastic wrap, shampoo, soap, etc.) at the house. We ended up making several trips to Walgreens or the market as we needed things. Definitely look forward to returning.

Ocean Pines Retreat

Property was lovely, clean and as described. Waterfront access and water equipment was much enjoyed. Very convenient to Ocean City and other area attractions. Highly recommend.

Fantabulous

We had an amazing time. We have a blended family and it was our first time going on vacation in 3 years. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning and even some fun...fire pit, canoe, fishing supplies(although we had our own), bikes, etc. The location was perfect...quiet, peaceful, stores and beach all within 20 minutes. All and all we had a blast and can’t wait to go back. The owners of the home were easy to get in contact with. I could go on and on....it was a great, relaxing, fun vacation.

Very Nice Property

What a great week we had. Nice to have the boat docked right outside your backdoor, everything was really close to go see. Ocean city boardwalk, Assateague Island were less than 20 min away. Very quiet community I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet time away.
