Estamos ubicados en un canal de West Ocean City con acceso a la Bahía de Assawoman y al Atlántico. Pesque, cangrejo y nade desde nuestro nuevo muelle, use nuestra canoa para explorar las bahías posteriores o amarre su bote después de recoger almejas o platijas para la cena. Relájese en una comunidad tranquila frente al mar a pocos minutos de todo lo que el área de OC tiene para ofrecer sin la molestia de la locura de la isla. Damos la bienvenida a hasta 6 personas, incluidos los niños. NO PERMITAMOS fumar en ningún lugar de la propiedad, invitados nocturnos que no figuran en el contrato de alquiler, fiestas ruidosas o interrupción de la tranquilidad del vecindario.
Cinco minutos para Ocean City, quince minutos para Assateague Island, lo mejor de ambos mundos de vacaciones.
Estacionamiento fuera de la calle para cuatro vehículos y área separada para remolque de bote de la calle. 2 reinas, 2 gemelas Nuevos electrodomésticos SS. The house was clean and well kept up on. We enjoyed the quiet and friendly neighborhood. House was exactly what was listed on website. Will definitely be looking into again when staying in the area.

Wonderful stay, in a quiet neighborhood. Rich & his wife are very nice, accommodating, if needed & understanding of space, if needed. We enjoyed talking with him, when he was out, about fishing, crabbing, etc. It was a great & relaxing experience, for us & hopeful to do it, again!

Great neighborhood and space

This was the perfect spot for our family. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the screened porch and walking our dog through the neighborhood. It was fun seeing ducks and geese. We usually stay on the strip in OC but this was preferable. Quiet and still close to everything.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

Property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and ready for us. The sand in the back was a great place to relax without going to the beach. Close to many restaurants, shops, and beaches. Owners were kind and responsive.

Great spot to relax

Nice cozy spot for sitting, relaxing and playing outside by the water. Enjoyed the resident ducks walking around and swimming in the canal. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Would go back for sure.

Good property, friendly owner

The property itself was as described. Plenty of room for the six person limit. Great location, close to so many things. The dock was a great feature. If bringing your boat, bring a push pole. The entrance to the canal is 1.5' at high tide and impassable at some low tides. Make sure you get a fish / depth finder. Drive / push straight out to the red channel markers a few hundred feet. Otherwise great.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

We were in town for the Oceans Calling festival. This was a great out of the way spot to get away from the hustle bustle of the event, but close enough that we could easily get into town without any issues. The house was comfy, clean, and had everything we needed. I had a couple of questions on the day of checkout and had no problems reaching the owner who was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again. Thank you!

Charming home away from home

Charming cottage. Loved the kitchen lots of room and plenty storage, easy to work in. I loved having coffee in the morning in the screened in porch watching the sun rise. Nice quiet neighborhood. convenient location. Owner was great great and made sure we had everything we needed.

Another great stay!

This is our second year staying at this house and we just love it! The location is ideal, close enough to everything in OC we love, but removed from the noise, hustle and bustle. It’s dog friendly so our fur babies can stay too, and the house is always so clean and well maintained. Our hosts, Rich and Marita live next door and they are wonderful and welcoming- willing to help with anything we needed, or answer any questions. We’re already planning our next trip!

The owner lived right next door so if we had any problems they were readily available. He interacted with our son and was educating him about crabs , which my son enjoyed. His daughter n grandkids were happy to talk to us also. I would recommend this place to others

Beautiful, relaxing home on the water

A wonderful place to spend your vacation in OC. Its close enough to be at the beach/boardwalk in 5 min and then back to peace and quiet away from the crowds. House is clean and comfortable and right on the canal. Rich is attentive to your needs, laid back and great to talk to. We will be back with our boat!

Great Weekend

We were there for a "Car Crusin" event at the boardwalk. This house was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and only about 10 minutes from the boardwalk. Rich was very available and helpful with parking our trailers and vehicles.The house was comfortable except the queen mattress in the one bedroom felt better if only one person slept on it. There was a cleaning fee on my receipt however, in the welcoming packet it ask you to vacuum the floors. I thought that would be taken care of by the cleaning people? Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful Bayside House on Canal

We had a lovely weekend stay in this quaint and clean house on the bayside. Rich and Marita were wonderful to deal with and provided many extras to make our vacation enjoyable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to enjoy everything that OC has to offer. Being on the canal was a hit for our children as they could fish, crab and paddle board. We would definitely come back here again when visiting OC.

Great quiet waterfront vacation property

Overall, this house provided us the basic amenities needed for a nice family vacation. The canal front was nice to relax in the mornings and the evenings and travel to Ocean City or Assateaque Island was within 10 minutes. Only suggestion I would have is to obtain a water filtration system for the home, as the smell was very potent in the water. The hosts were very accommodating and let us check in early as well. This dog friendly home met our needs overall.

Perfect location!

Perfect location. House had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood & house is on a canal. A two minute paddle in our kayaks & we were in the bay seeing various wildlife. Owners were very friendly & their daughter told us how calm the bay is if we go out very early morning. We did & it was beautiful & peaceful. View of Ocean City was pretty at night from porch or dock. Just a few minutes from Ocean City & Assateague Island. We would stay here again!

Cute canal getaway

The Keyser Point area North of Rt. 50 in West OCMD is a wonderful quiet neighborhood with a great canal system for those that love to vacation on their boat. We were up and out of the water daily and this house was a perfect home base. Canals in this area are well protected from wind/weather. The home was as described and had everything that we needed for our stay. The Mike family is very accommodating as well, more than happy to help you with any of your needs.

We had a wonderful experience renting Richard’s property in West Ocean City. The house was spotless, comfortable, and accommodating. Rich was very nice and welcoming. He and his wife have an extremely nice place and everything has been thought out - we didn’t need a thing!! The area is really nice and relaxing. We really liked the canal and the view too. Ocean City house 2023

We enjoyed this property. The only drawback is the shallowness of the channel to get the boat out to the bay, but it's not like the owner can change that! We will probably rent this again next year, if it is available. It would be nice if the screened in porch had a ceiling fan with a light. We would have spent more time out there if there was light.

Our family traveled to Ocean City for years, camping on Assateague, enjoying everything the water had to offer. We decided that this is where we would retire and built this house. When we were actually ready to retire our family had somehow grown up and grown in number. We built a bigger house next door and now can offer our guests our totally remodeled "dream house" for you to enjoy as we did.

This quiet residential neighborhood is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is removed from the hustle and bustle of the summer crowds but close enough to quickly jump back into the surf when the mood arises.

Located on a canal going directly into the bay there is water within steps of coming out the back door. Explore the back bays with your boat or kayak, try your hand at clamming or crabbing, or try catching that doormat flounder. We live in a nature lovers dream come true.
