Nice accommodations

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Bailey's store on premises was great! Beach chairs could use an upgrade as they were small and uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

So close to the beach, 5 different restaurants in the complex, Baileys grocery store, and heated swimming pools. Thank you also, for the information about the beach chairs. Beautiful condo with ocean views/sunrise daily. Short walk out to nice, uncrowded beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and updated; very comfortable. Sadly, the property next door no longer offers day passes so we rented bikes at Billy's, which worked out fine (they can deliver). Our own pool was nice, clean, and uncrowded so never needed the other facility. Would definately recommend this property!

A little slice of heaven

The property location is excellent only steps to the beach. The condo view is great, you can see both the ocean and the main pool area. Lots of action and activities around the property (but can’t join activities of the main hotel since we weren’t guests of the hotel). Condo was outdated but had everything we needed, comfortable beds, tv in all rooms, and a great patio. Would stay here again.

The condo was as expected and had awesome beach chairs! A quick walk to the awesome beach. The other reviews about carpet, noise level and the resort accommodations are true. We did not use the kitchen for cooking, except for the toaster and noticed it was not working.

This apartment is as described. It was clean and fit our family of four well. Only suggestion is more cleaning disinfectants due to COVID so we can wipe down once again when we come into apartment or something that shows when it was last cleaned.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love sundial and we're disappointed when we realized he could not be in the main pool. We booked through a third party in the beginning so we did not see the website which one of the Remax staff told me about afterwards. The condo is nice, however the carpet in the master bedroom is filthy. I could not walk around without socks on and my socks turned black. I'm not sure if they get the carpets cleaned or if it's just permanently like that.

Condo amply stocked; very clean. had to ask for some pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closet and they were delivered later that day. The only thing I would have preferred was to have a beach wagon. Due to the location, you have to walk around the neighboring building or through the pool walkway to access the stairwell, and that got a bit laborious to haul chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc to the beach.

Reviewer Comments: The perfect location for a cup of coffee, watching the sun come up, a good book / magazine and watching the day get started with the beach / pool goers. The reservation process, picking up the keys and dropping them off were the most easy I’ve experienced. The complex has all sorts of amenities for families of all ages. This was an adult trip and we still enjoyed all it had to offer. Not far from the main drag - Periwinkle where there is lots to do, see & eat. As with all condo type living, the walls are a bit thin, but quiet time was observed well. I’d stay here again.
