Nuevo en Luxury Beach Rentals, esta hermosa casa de playa de tres pisos ofrece 5 habitaciones y 5 baños, una sala de estar en el primer piso con sofá cama, una gran televisión inteligente de 65 pulgadas, elevador, mostradores de granito en la cocina, pisos de madera noble, techos de bandejas, paneles puertas interiores, tablones de abalorios revestidos en escaleras, detalles en molduras de corona y mucho más en esta casa de playa en perfecto estado. Esta casa ofrece tres patios cubiertos y el patio del piso superior ofrece amaneceres espectaculares, que es el lugar perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana. La sala de juegos cuenta con un sistema estilo arcade con 150 juegos clásicos (ex Pacman, Mario, Space Invaders, Pinball, Etc). Reserve sus vacaciones de verano ahora y sea una de las primeras familias en alojarse en este exclusivo hogar.

Alojamiento para dormir:

El primer piso tiene una cocina de media con nevera y sala de estar con sofá cama y TV de pantalla plana grande y baño. El segundo piso tiene una segunda sala de estar, una cocina grande y un dormitorio con una cama tamaño queen y su propio combo de bañera / ducha de tamaño completo. El tercer piso tiene los otros cuatro dormitorios; la primera habitación tiene una cama queen size, la segunda habitación tiene dos camas queen size en las que ambas comparten un gato y jill baño completo. La tercera habitación tiene una cama de tamaño completo con un baño completo, en cuanto al dormitorio principal que realmente se sentirá como la realeza con una cama king size y un amplio y amplio baño completo con un soporte en la ducha.

6 women stayed at the house, the house size was perfect for us. It was in a nice location, we could walk to many places, and we used Uber to get around. We were only about 1 block from the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

AWESOME PROPERTY!

I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a spacious and clean rental for them and their family. The elevator is a major plus, especially for transporting luggage between each floor. Very luxurious property and I would definitely stay here again! Walking distance from the beach is another plus!

A great house!

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Upon arrival, the house was very clean. The location was perfect and only about a minute walk from the beach. There were several restaurants within walking distance and very close to popular Myrtle Beach destinations such as Broadway, Barefoot Landing, and Tanger Outlets. This is a great rental property and a great place to stay.

Birthday getaway

My family and I went down to Myrtle Beach for my daughter’s 17th birthday and rented this lovely beach house. I must say we were definitely impressed by the cleanliness of the home. There is not one single thing that I can complain about, every aspect of this house was wonderful and cozy. The WiFi worked and we got great reception and most of all had a wonderful time. So much so that we spent a lot of time at the house.

More Chairs

Would of been nice to have more chairs on the porch or even more comfortable seating as we liked to sit out there in the evenings. Also, why no dishwasher detergent, more toilet paper and paper towels? And why did ww have to strip the beds and bring everything down to laundry room. This was a first for us! Otherwise, nice house and great location to beach.

Beautiful home close to the beach

This house looks just like the pictures. The management company are very responsive and friendly. The house could have been cleaner in bathrooms. TVs need to be serviced because they kept going out every few minutes. Didn't like having to park in the garage because of limited parking. Street is very narrow so hard to get into garage spaces. Yes, we would stay here again because of the short walk to the beach.

Great location

The house was nice. It’s age is showing. 2nd floor bathroom needs a new toilet seat. Trash can on second floor (kitchen)needs to replaced. The sofas need to be aired or cleaned. They have a distinct odor that doesn’t smell clean. The location is very good but I would look at others units in the same area.

Good space, but …

Liked the location, one block from the beach and convenient to attractions and restaurants. Good space with 3 bedrooms having dedicated bath and one a shared bath, and one bedroom using the main floor bath. TVs everywhere including 2 large sets in common areas. Kitchen has all the basics, but absolutely no food, spices, condiments, coffee filters or anything you would use in cooking. Clean, but showing its age as a rental unit with worn and stained carpet. Host does not supply soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc aside from a travel size starter. 3 parking spots include 2 in garage, but garage only accessible from inside the house.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house this week and was glad it was available at the last minute. The house was clean for the most part and we only had to do some mopping for the property to be ready for our stay. We do recommend that a thorough cleaning to the carpets and dusting is done in the less seen areas. Living room was a good size for our group, kitchen was stocked with cookware, spacious fridge, and the balconies were nice. The downstairs/1st floor area with sofa bed was a nice added space but definitely cold and unable to warm. Overflow parking was helpful because we needed more than the allotted 3 spaces. Please secure the headboards somehow to avoid knocking every time we moved in the beds. Otherwise, we loved the space, the house, large table, and would stay again if available. Huge house, just a hop skip and a jump from the beach

My family and I stayed here for Christmas (2023) and loved it! There were 9 of us in all: 4 adults, 1 teenager, 3 children, and 1 toddler. We could have, easily, brought at least 3 more people with us and still had plenty of room. The house is huge! Plus there’s an elevator which was perfect to use to load luggage/groceries on to send to the upper floors. The house is in close driving distance to the boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach which was really nice. It’s also only a 3-4 minute walk from the beach access. You do have to cross a road, but it wasn’t really an issue for us since we weren’t there during the summer and weren’t carrying a bunch of stuff down. The post says that the house doesn’t supply hairdryers, but there was one in every bathroom, so don’t fret if you forget to pack yours! One “downside” we ran into was that they don’t offer/supply free baby gates for the stairs and they’re pretty pricey to rent, but it ended up not being much of a problem. You could always take your own baby gates with you or buy some cheaper ones while you’re there, if you feel it necessary, so don’t let that be a deterrent. Parking in/backing out of the garage can be a bit difficult (for larger vehicles) since the houses are so close together and it’s a tight fit, but there’s also a small parking spot beside the house that you can use. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would like to go back during the summer months!
