October Golf trip

My only issue and not a major one is the shrubs on side of house are too big. One of my guests was badly scratched trying to get out of car.

Property was beautiful, clean and in great neighborhood, close to beach and restaurants Upon arriving we noticed air conditioning not cooling main floor. I called management company at 4:45pm and repair man arrived within the hour, made repairs and it worked perfectly. I was very impressed!!Only issue was the bedroom on first floor and one on the second floor was listed as having Queen Beds, I’m pretty sure they are Full Beds not queen.Would gladly stay here again in the future

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is truly a lovely home and we so enjoyed our stay here. Neighborhood is quiet and private and just a short walk to the beach. We were two families - Grandparents and our Daughter's family of 4 children. It never felt crowded, everyone had their own space, but plenty of space for meals together and visiting, too. I would highly recommend this home. Only a few minor quips - parking is very tight, so be careful. We didn't get possession of the home until the last moment and were hoping for early entrance, but in all fairness, this was not promised. And the grill was too small for our group and in sad shape so we couldn't cook out. However, none of these thing would prevent us from renting from this property management group or this specific home again. It was a great week with lots of family fun!

The beach was a short walk away. It's located very close to many stores and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed sitting on porch at the end of our busy days at the beach. Highly recommend this property!

House was very clean and as advertised. When we arrived, one of the beds was broken and we were not able to use it. The company was responsive to put in a work order, but the personnel that came to work on it were less than responsive. We had to rearrange everyone in the house in order to have proper sleeping arrangements while we waited for the bed to be fixed which took 3 days out of 7 day stay. House was beautiful and close to the beach and the washer and dryer and the street was quiet with low traffic.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you could think of.The only problem was that the hot water tank was too small for the unit. We had 9 people in the house so before everyone could shower, the water was cold. That was a problem that needs to be addressed.

Location of the house was great.... only about 1 long block to the hotel hosting our Line Dancing classes. There were plenty of bath towels and having an elevator to get luggage to the third level was fantastic! We would definitely book again.... however, the negatives were that the amenities were lacking....1 dishwasher soap, one trash bag, and the dishwashing soap was miniscule and only one kitchen towel??? for 4 days stay. Plus, some rooms had bathroom amenities, bath wash, shampoo and conditioner whereas some didn't....oh and no salt and pepper....I've rented several homes through VRBO and have never had to bring extras like this before.

Great family beach vacation rental home

My family really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and the communication with the host was good via email and text. We truly enjoyed having a full bathroom for each room which was a high priority from my family and the beach was walking distance.

Property was gorgeous, location is great. There were a couple minor issue. The blanket was missing for pullout sofa and also the pullout sofa Needs to be upgraded. Other than that everything was great.

My family and I loved the house. The property was nicely decorated and provided all the comforts of home. Just a short walk to the beach! However, the parking situation was less than desirable. One must be an excellent driver to place a SUV in the garage! s

It was very disappointing when we weren’t able to use the elevator that was advertised on the listing. The people staying upstairs had a hard time getting up all the flights of stairs (hence why we chose a rental that listed an elevator).
