First of all the location was perfect!! Right on the beach, across the street from “Shakes”, the view was incredible, plenty of space for us and our kids. The balcony was perfect! Loved that it included a washer and dryer because staying at the beach thats a must. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding. Blackout curtains and blinds in the bedrooms was so nice as it gets daylight early! It was very quiet. The easy access to the beach was amazing. For the price I would love to see the umbrella and chair rental included out on the beach.

Beautiful beach view and great access to and from beach. Both bathroom outlets did not work and stove light bulb was not working. Bathrooms could be upgraded. Overall our stay was nice.

Great location and view of the beach. Rooms were clean and all amenities needed was there and serviceable. The washer and dryer was a stacked set and the washer at the highest fill setting did not fill up enough to cover a small load of clothes. The bathtub/showers were outdated and needed some work. One side of the outlet on the patio did not work but not a big deal. Overall was a good stay.

Very nice!

Beautiful view of the ocean (Gulf). Clean, well stocked and plenty of great places to eat. What we loved the most was the sound of the ocean waves to rock us to sleep. Coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking the white beaches was something to remember. Great stay!

Beautiful accommodations and view.

Beautiful apartment. Employees were so pleasant and kind. View was amazing and dining set outside was good quality. View of the water from bedroom and balcony was stunning. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean! Plenty of room for myself, husband, 7 year old and 2 teenagers. Beds were extremely comfortable!

Beautiful condo

Thank you it was a great stay! Very comfortable! The only thing is that we couldn’t get the tv to work in the kids room and there was no condiments, coffee or laundry soap that alot of other rentals include like salt, pepper seasonings and stuff like ketchup.

Excellent Experience

Everything was perfect. The check in process was easy even with arriving on a Sunday. The property and the rental were both very clean. Lots of bedding and towels. The view was amazing. We are already talking about another trip. And everything we needed was close by.

Our stay was great and beautiful view!

My only complaint was dining table & chairs still had food crumbs on them. Breakfast bar sticky from food and master bathroom mirror had smears all over it. The condo location and accommodations were great and very convenient We’ll be back!! 😉

For a family of 7.... PERFECT for vacation!

This property was exactly as advertised and pictures displayed on listing are exactly the same as real life when you arrive. Clean, super convenient location, gated community (safety for vehicles and traveling gear), pool was clean and not crowded, beach at your fingertips!!! Mattresses are very comfortable, extra pillows and extra blankets are provided. Kitchen full stocked but not overly crowded. I LOVED our stay and will stay again the future!

Beautiful!

The property looked just as pictured! Very clean..even the building itself! The hallways were clean, elevators are clean, fast and ventilated! Very nice feature in the Florida heat! I would recommend the area and unit to anyone! Beach is beautiful…disappointed there weren’t any shells, but the water and beach were fabulous!

My stay at Emerald Towers was wonderful!

My only concern with my stay there was there needs to be a rubber mat at the showers, where are you come off of the beach. The new treated lumber is extremely slick, and I fell the first morning was there. Thankfully, no serious injury, however fell directly on my hip, which could have resulted in a fractured hip. I would strongly recommend, putting some type of rubber mat, or some thing to prevent people from slipping as this is very dangerous. My three year old grandson also fell after rinsing his feet.

Absolutely perfect!

We found Emerald Towers on one of the Destin Facebook groups. It was a fantastic recommendation. Gated entry. Location right in the mix with several shopping areas and food options in walking distance. Nice heated pool. Easy walkway to the beach. 1104 was all that was listed and more. We loved that the trunk on the balcony had all the swim toys and sand buckets you could want. There were also beach chairs, pool noodles and swimming masks. The bedding was plush and comfy. The TVs were smart and easy to enter in your login for any app needed. Easy check in and check out process. My only suggestion would be for the front door to have some kind of adjustment so it doesn’t slam so hard EVERY SINGLE TIME you shut it. It could really injure a little kiddo.

Destin is always a hit!!

I saved a few condos and deleted each one as I found something I didn’t like. Such as chairs and umbrellas, beach service, an actual 2nd room and not bunk beds, beach view etc etc. Nowhere in this listing does it warn you that umbrellas tents canopies are not allowed. There was no way I was paying $50 a day for beach service. That was a minus. Thank god our days were cloudy except one. I let the front desk know when booking the condo, the day before and also the day of, that I would be checking in 4am. Very happy for the portal with the gate and room code. If it wasn’t for that we would be stuck until Monday because they aren’t open on Sundays. But I did tell them I wake up early and like to exercise and walk on the beach. Could you send the beach and fitness room codes. They told me 3 different times they would leave the arrival packet in a silver box on side of the building. There was no arrival packet. Thankfully someone was coming in the gate and I asked and the gate code and fitness code was the same for both. Condo was beautiful. Clean!!! And the view was amazing. Communication/Organization could be better, and hopefully the rules of no umbrella and canopies don’t exist in the summer.

Spring Break

Everything was as listed on the website. Beds were all comfortable. Kids said even sofabed was comfortable. Only a few minor issues were experienced, but nothing that was a major disaster.1. The door stopper falls nearly every time you open the front door, so if children don't make sure the door closes behind them then they will walk away leaving the entire condo open without realizing it.2. The oven wasn't working to get to temperature for us to make dinner, but we called maintenance the next morning and they scheduled repair guys to come fix it immediately. 3. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom had electrical issues that caused a few sleep disruptions. For example, the fan just has a mind of it's own, and the light would turn on or off or from medium to high on its own randomly making it difficult to leep when you need the ceiling fan on to stay cool.Suggestions: Second bedroom could benefit from a ceiling fan addition, and a full length mirror. This bedroom was dark to get ready for daily outings in with only table lamps for light. We had six people total. 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 preteens. This condo was just the right size for our group, and very updated. We perfectly in the middle of everything. The outlet malls were a short 10-15 min drive in one direction, and the Harborwalk and Okaloosa Island a short distance in the opposite direction. The pool area was never really too crowded and was very family oriented. We are very nted.clotprovided.

Spectacular view of the ocean, and clear view of the pool directly below. The interior was very warm and inviting, and all beds were extremely comfortable. Most of all, I loved how safe we all felt, and very much at peace. We are already planning to stay at this exact condo again. 10/10!
