Perfecto para la familia grande Get Aways O tu boda magnífico del estilo del rancho.

Disfrute de una escapada de parejas pacífica, o pasar el fin de semana con toda la familia en nuestra casa. La propiedad está rodeada por árboles de total privacidad y cuenta con un campo de golf de 3 hoyos (con un drive más largo en aproximadamente 110 yardas), un gran patio y un balcón del segundo piso. También hay un segundo camino de entrada con espacio para una r. v. o dos y una parrilla de carbón para una barbacoa relajante noche.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama de Cal-King, un gran t. v. una gran ducha y una bañera de hidromasaje. Dos de las habitaciones tienen su propio baños / duchas y dos habitaciones comparten un baño Jack & Jill con bañera y ducha. Arriba hay 2 camas Cal-King, y 4 camas de tamaño completo, con un colchón extra de aire Queen disponibles para grupos más grandes. Los 8 camas disponibles tienen sábanas mantas y edredones y todos menos uno de los dormitorios tienen armarios disponibles. Tenemos cable ahora con DVR, además de DVD estándar / reproductores de Blue Ray y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita.

Estamos lenta pero constantemente el suministro a fin de comprobar con frecuencia para nuevas imágenes!

Estamos ubicados a sólo 3. 5 millas de la localidad de Arroyo Grande con un montón de tiendas de diversión, restaurantes y salas de cata de vinos. No te olvides de Mercado del Agricultor Arroyo Grande todos los sábados de 12:00 a 02:30.
Estamos ubicados a 7 millas de 7 bodegas de clase mundial: Talley, Laetitia, Wolff, Tangent, Edna Valley, Chamisal, Tolosa, etc.
Estamos ubicados a sólo 6 millas de López Lago y 6 millas de Pismo Beach. López Lago cuenta con toboganes de agua para los niños y la pesca y, por supuesto, el canotaje.

In the area to visit family that lives in Nipomo. This house is definately set up for large groups of people. We have stayed here before. The backyard is huge and the kids The host was very good at communicating, which was nice.

East coast family to West coast Visit

The home was very nice. My family really enjoyed their time there. We would gladly visit again. The host was very accommodating and readily responded to any inquiries that we had. There was plenty of room for everyone.

Great getaway!

Stayed here with some colleagues in town for a leadership retreat. It was the perfect venue to foster some quality relaxation and bonding. Would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

Husbands 30th Birthday

We had an awesome time celebrating my husband’s birthday with close family and friends! Enough space for everyone to have their own rooms, backyard was huge, & pool table was a plus. Will definitely be coming back!

Christmas 2024 - Breathtaking and Beautiful Property

This property with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths was perfect for our family (there were 10 of us this year plus 2 dogs)! We go away each Christmas to a VRBO home and this one did not disappoint. While the furnishings are a bit dated, the home and grounds are beautiful! The kitchen and bathroom were clean and clean matters to us!

Great Experience

My family and dogs really like this property, and we are repeat visitors. Great privacy in a park like setting - yet you are close enough to town to enjoy some good restaurants and events. Grounds are beautiful and house is roomy with a great kitchen. We will be back!

Great Family Location

The property is the perfect size for our family. This is the 3rd year in a row we have vacationed here with our kids and grandkids. The only drawback was that the Master Bedroom TV did not work, which left only 1 TV for 10 different tastes.

Family Getaway

House was in a great secluded spot for a family getaway. The grounds of the property were amazing. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play outdoors and people to explore the neigborhood. House is well designed with common spaces and large bedrooms. Wineries, Avila Farm and the beach were close and great excursions. Would definitely recommend

In town for a wedding.

This property was heaven sent and I spent so many of my hours enjoying the beautiful backyard. The house is large, delightfully clean, comfortable, and fully furnished with everything you may need for a family weekend. Truly a winner.

Huge house with Beautiful grounds

We had a great stay for a weekend family reunion with four families, a total of six adults and seven kids ranging from 7 to 17 staying in the house and two more adults in an RV in the driveway. The bedrooms are all huge so there is plenty of space for people to spread out and to put use the air mattresses when needed. The grounds are amazingly green and lush and there are birds everywhere.

beautiful property and location. We had a good time and worked around some of the shortcomings of the dated facility. The home needs updating, clean carpet, clean window and screen repair, appliance review, furniture review. I was disappointed with the Vrbo recommendation.

Family Weekend

Family members gathered from Northern and Southern California for a celebration weekend. Home description was accurate and the reservation process and check in were trouble-free. Manager's answer to our messages was prompt. The home is well maintained, very clean, and quite spacious, but the best part for us was sitting on the porch overlooking the large, beautiful garden. The house feels somewhat isolated (which we liked) and we had total privacy. On another note, we were impressed by the wine selection at JJ's Market & Deli and the pizzas from Palo Mesa. Both businesses are within a 3 minute drive.

Bella’s wedding weekend

Absolutely perfect. Everyone in our party had a fantastic weekend. Everyone loved the home. It’s huge, clean, will stocked, very comfortable. Absolutely beautiful grounds. Great quiet neighborhood. I’m over the top happy that we found this home and it worked for our dates. I would recommend this home to anyone. Also, we didn’t have a wedding at the home but the home holds weddings at the venue and it would be spectacular. Anyway, this home get a 20 not 10.

Comfortable and Nice Stay

The house was very comfortable for 4 separate households of 8 adults. The shower (good water pressure) and toilet worked great, and the kitchen was a great place to congregate. For the kitchen, more dish towels and cleaner pans would have enhanced the set up. The pans were very sticky with old oil and didn't look all that clean. The pots were fine. Overall, we recommend the place and stay there again. Thank you.

Family Get Together

The house is gorgous and the backyard amazing. We came up with our daughter/son in law and four grand kids to visit famiy who live in Nipomo. This house fit our needs perfectly. The rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. We didn’t do a lot of cooking in the amazing kitchen (breakfast only) as we ate dinner one night in Arroyo Grande downtown. What a cute area!!! I wish I could have spent more time there. We ended up purchasing tamales locally for our second dinner which were amazing. The backyard has a patio which was the perfect location for us to enjoy some charcuteerie for luch while watching the little ones (1 1/2, 3, 4 and 6) run around and play ball. A wonderful weekend was had by all and I hope to rent this house again sometime soon. Thanks so much to the property manager which made the trip seamless.

Room for Everybody

Our very active family of 14 gathered for a long weekend to celebrate Pa's 75th birthday. Three generations of 8 adults and 6 kids, ranging in age from 2 to 75, could not have picked a better place. The house has a tremendous amount of living space, with a big kitchen and dining area, separate rooms for playing pool, watching football games, or just relaxing in the living room, and all of the rooms flow together beautifully. Bedrooms are very large and there are plenty of bathrooms for all. The outside grounds are magnificent, with a huge grass backyard for outside play. At one time our group had 2 frisbee games and a lawn dart game going on and there was plenty of room for more. This was a perfect vacation house for us and I would highly recommend it. Our family had a blast!

HUGE backyard, large house, would stay here again 8/10

We (10 adults) had an overall good stay, but there were a few issues that prevented us from giving a 5-star review. We were sent the wrong entry code for the property and had to call the host (and also messaged her through vrbo) and wait for her to call us back to give us the correct code to check in. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect, which was another inconvenience. We were also disappointed to find that not everything pictured in the listing was available. For instance, we were really looking forward to using the poker table, but it wasn’t there as shown in the photos. It was advertised as parking including the garage, but the garage was full as storage. A plus, the house does have both a gas bbq and a charcoal bbq, and bedroom #3 did additionally have a twin (no futon with coffee table, as pictured). We also appreciated the brita water pitcher that was provided.Finally, we did not receive responses to two questions we messaged to the host the first and second days which left us a bit uncertain about some details.Despite these challenges, the house itself was nice and the location worked well for our needs. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests, but overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would stay here again.
