Vistas completas y sin obstáculos del Golfo de México desde este hermoso condominio actualizado de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Unidad de esquina con granito, baños renovados, baldosas en todo, lavadora / secadora en la unidad, HDTV y WiFi. Gran balcón con vistas a la playa y la piscina. El dormitorio principal tiene grandes ventanales con hermosa vista a la playa.

Casablanca es un pequeño edificio de 10 unidades en la encantadora Indian Rocks Beach. 2 estacionamientos, edificio seguro. Muchos excelentes restaurantes locales a poca distancia. Cerca de tiendas, aeropuertos y atracciones.

Las reservas se realizarán de sábado a sábado en reservas semanales durante los períodos pico de alquiler.

Mostly good. Location is great! The unit is very spacious & had plenty of seating, kitchenware, spices & towels, (including several beach towels which was a first)! The unit is outdated but we didnt mind. I would have preferred the ceiling fan in the living area instead of over the dining table but we managed. The drawers and cupboards in the kitchen need a good cleaning as there is a musty smell. Overall a good stay!

Wonderful week at Indian Rocks Beach

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The property manager Bob was excellent in communication. The condo is as described, on the beach and very clean. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Perfect beach vacation

Gorgeous views and right on the beach! Made the vacation with little ones so easy and fun. The condo had a wonderful layout and everything we needed. We will come back!

Super Location

This condo has a super location. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The condo overlooks the beach and overall very quiet. We stayed for a month and would definitely come back.

Wonderful location and very quiet

Lovely location, very comfortable condo. Perfect view. Property manager was very helpful. Close to pubs, restaurants and mini-mart. Quiet building and beach, very relaxing.

Spacious unit with Stunning views

This was our third time in IRB and this was at the top of our favorites. This is a spacious unit and conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

The property was nice, clean and quiet. We enjoy this part of Florida. Within walking distance to several great restaurants and close enough to Clearwater to drive there for restaurants and shopping.

Enjoyed the condo and location. Plenty of room for a family. Within walking distance of many restaurants. Being right on the beach is amazing with beautiful sunsets and views. Bob did a great job with communication and advice. Thanks for a great getaway.

Family vacation

Great location. Quiet area, close to shopping, easy transport to airport. Direct ocean view. Condo is just like the pictures shown. Great communication. We also used a beach chair rental place that was exceptional with delivery and pickup. A very enjoyable vacation.

The perfect place (normally)!

We stayed at Casablanca the week of Hurricane Helene. The condo is perfectly located overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and has lots of restaurants within walking distance and a short drive. The condo is well equipped with everything you would need and spotlessly clean. We had to cut short our trip due to the weather however, Bob, the property manager and the owner were both amazing to deal with. I would not hesitate to rebook here in the future.

Family X-Mas Vacation

This property is nicely located in Indian Rocks Beach directly on the beach and across from multiple places to eat and drink. The property is large and spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean/beach. Would definitely stay here again. Bob was great getting my son into the condo as he unexpectedly arrived prior to the rest of us.

perfect beach days!

This place for sure was 10 out of 10! Bob was wonderful! Great clear communication. Room was clean and so open and had plenty of room. The convenience of bars/restaurants close by was a nice touch. Pool area was immaculate and access to beach was super easy! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Do yourself a favor and catch those beautiful sunsets at your stay here!

Great spot

Location is perfect. View amazing. Bob was great to work with. Super responsive- even helped us find an auto mechanic 😊 The condo itself is great size. The condo is lacking some basic items; bath mats, matching sheets, good pillows. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Also, outdoor furniture needs to be replaced…definitely shows it’s age. Just a few upgrades and this place would be perfect.

Worth every penny

Spacious is an understatement. Lots of room for our family. Just steps from the beach and everyone is so friendly. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and my grandkids loved Pinky’s ice cream/candy store. There is also a place to buy shirts and souvenirs, and the gentleman running the store is so nice and friendly. Bob, the property manager was so node and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back and IRB Facebook page is a place to check in and get updates on the area and see how much the residents love their beaches.

The Perfect Condo and Host

We’ve been coming to Indian Rocks Beach for over 25 years, and this condo quickly became one of our all-time favorites. It strikes the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and those little extras that make a vacation feel effortless and relaxing (like beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, etc right in unit).The condo was absolutely spotless. My parents are very particular when it comes to cleanliness, and they had zero complaints—an impressive feat! You could tell it’s well-maintained and deeply cared for.It's incredibly roomy. We had six people and never felt crowded. The layout is smart, with a open walled galley kitchen that includes a huge pantry—perfect for keeping everything organized and off the counters. Plus, you get breathtaking views of the beach from all the way back in the kitchen.The view: Unbeatable. Location, location, location! You’re in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. Directly across the street are Hurricane Eddie’s (get the monster cheese sticks and a drink bucket—you won’t regret it), an ice cream shop, a breakfast café, and more. No long walks or driving necessary—everything is right there.And last but definitely not least, Bob. He was fantastic—responsive, thoughtful, and made everything seamless. Check-in was simple (no driving across town to grab keys), and he reached out after we settled in just to make sure we had everything we needed. Check-out? Just grab your stuff and go. His team takes care of the rest.Can't wait to return!
Super clean beach. The beach is also not very deep so your walk is shorter. Flat, no dunes.
This was taken with an iPhone. No special filters. It was truly just that beautiful from my view on the balcony.
Sunsets were beyond beautiful. They always are in this area. The view from our spot on the balcony was perfect.

Great beach location and very spacious

The condo was very nice. It smelled clean and was very spacious. The only cleanliness issue we had was that the floors were so dirty our feet and socks were black after an hour or two. We tried to clean it with the Swiffer provided but it didn't really help. It needed a good scrub. Other than that there was plenty of kitchen items and linens for the 5 of us and the beach was literally steps from the front door. I would definitely come back here again in the future.

Great views

The condo itself is in a great location with a beautiful beach front view, both from the family and master bedroom. The parking is garage is easily accessible as is the pool area. My suggestion is that the bath towels be replaced. Many of them were thin and worn and offered little absorbency. The kitchen could have used some pyrex pieces and a few med-large bowls. Also, the quanties of kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergence and toilet paper were inadequate. There was also no bath soap/ body wash available. Attention to detail could be better. My only objection is

Great Condo

We would definitely recommend this unit. The issue we had was that two days before arrival, we were informed that that painters would be working on the outside of the building. So, Monday thru Friday, starting at 7:30 am, they were up on scaffolding working on the North half of the building, where this unit is located. For several days the mbr window had plastic sheeting taped over it so we were unable to enjoy the view or even open the window. Also unable to enjoy the balcony at our leisure due to the prep work they were doing including drilling thru concrete block. The unit included two parking spaces - we used the exterior one as it was much easier to get in and out, so one of the painters helped themselves to our covered space and we were unable to use it when it was raining. This unit is in a great vacation and within walking distance to several good restaurants. Very convenient to the beach and the pool area is very nice. We have been vacationing in IRB for 20+ years - this was the first time at this location. We would consider staying at this unit again but next time, at any condo, we will be sure and ask about painting or maintenance work being scheduled during the week of our visit before booking.

Wonderful week at the Casablanca on Indian Rocks Beach

We all (3 adults, 1 teen)had a wonderful week at Casablanca 202 condo on the beach. Our host Bob was excellent - organized, responsive, professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for better. We were deliberate in selecting a small complex in a hopefully quiet area. This was spot on. The location in Indian Rocks Beach is excellent, and convenient to many good dining options, while being out of the busy fray in other areas along the coast. The beach is beautiful and not crowded, just a short walk from the building. We've been to this area between Clearwater and St. Pete beach many times and think IRB is the best spot on this coast. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy and well lit the condo is. The great view hits you as soon as you walk in the door. The living area is large an open- perfect! It has a huge dining table and plenty of dining as well as lounging seating. The wifi was reliable all week long and had decent speed. Plenty of cable options for the TV as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and many extras were provided so that we were ready to go when we arrived. It's great to have a full size washer dryer right in the unit. The balcony was roomy and provided a great view to the beach and gulf, even though it was not on a top floor. You get a sense of community in this building - everyone was friendly and courteous and we always felt safe. The pool was great too. So easy to take a refreshing dip, right outside your doorstep! It's always luck of the draw as to how noisy the neighbors will be, but that was not a problem at all. And, the pool was never busy and there are plenty of lounge chairs available. Our week was very quiet, except for a few brief moments here and there. It helps being a corner unit in a small building with no large towers on either side. Parking is a bit tight for large cars and when the small lot is full, but it's so convenient. And, the elevator is a godsend. All the big important aspects of our stay were wonderful. Things like a very firm mattress in one bedroom, a couple of worn out pillows and some mismatched dishes are barely worth mentioning, but this is just to say that everything is not brand new or ultra fancy, and we were not looking for that. The unit was very very clean when we arrived and it's obvious the owner and host keep a high standard. We were very welcomed from the start and really enjoyed our time at this unit. We appreciate it all and are planning to return. Great place!

A great getaway at IRB.

Great accommodations and location with great gulf view. Were were on the second floor and the unit was QUIET. Wonderful selection of restaurants, shops, grocery, and pharmacy within 10 minutes; many are walkable.
