Location was awesome! Unit had everything we needed. Was quiet and comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Management team was replied quickly with any of our questions. Well utilized and well loved property. Would stay here again!

Very close to the park. Didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but it was comfortable and secure. I appreciated the communication with the owners.

Will never stay here again. Place had cockroaches the size of my palm both alive and dead with visible roach droppings. Bathrooms look good in the photos but are in very rough condition. Bathroom in the master bedroom was in the worst shape sending us to all use the other shower which requires acrobatics to rinse your head if you are above 5’3. I frequently stay at short term rentals and have never had to sign so much paperwork. Genuinely don’t know how this place has such good reviews. I would expect more from a motel. But don’t worry, they left a sign out asking for a tip.

10 minute walk to Disneyland

King bed and Two bunks with trundles for a total 7 beds. Plenty of space for a family. Close enough to see the fireworks over Disneyland

A different experience

The house was nice enough; there are some quirks like doors that slam shut on their own and the bunk bed is really low. I would recommend a couple of door stops be added. Obvious damage in the main bathroom from the door was present before we got there and wasy to understand its cause. Also, recommend providing kleenex! My main issue with this property was the rental process and rules. They had, what they called, "a strict noise curfew " that apparently did not apply to the neighbors. The next door dog barked throughout the night and the car road noise was a little annoying. In addition, this was not the property I originally rented and had to move due to some crazy rules. I've never had to sign such a ridiculous contract to rent a VRBO. On the positive, the other beds were comfortable and the house is fairly close to the Disney park, but not Universal! Overall I would say this property is a 3 out of 5. I travel quite a bit and all over the world, this was, like I said, a different experience!

Wonderful location; great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at the tron property. It's well appointed and very clean. And the location couldn't be better!! I have nothing but praise for every single person i talked to that work for funtierland. Very responsive and i felt like they really cared about our experience. Good communications and easy to check in and out. The upstairs bathtub could use a little sprucing up, but it's clean, and in a nice neighborhood, and we would absolutely stay here again!!!

Good condo

Location was ideal for Disney, had difficultly getting in but they were quick and easy to help. Had one issue with leak but again quick and responsive. House was clean and worked well for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. Thanks for having us!

Nice place within walking distance to Disney

Overall a nice place to stay. Was actually a little smaller than expected but still worked well with our group of 6 adults—especially since we were at the parks the majority of the time. A little problem with the door code when we got there but was resolved within just a couple of minutes. Garage door remote was missing and found out that the previous guests accidentally took it with them. Luckily, there was a second spot that we could park but it was outside. All communications with the hosts was prompt, friendly and helpful!!! This place is definitely within walking distance to the parks and Downtown Disney even after 10-12 hours at the parks. We did use the tram one time that takes you to the parking structure and that worked out well as well.

Funtierland stay

The house was clean and a perfect size for our family. The accommodations for infants and children were excellent! The managers responded quickly to any request or questions we had! They went above and beyond to help with anything we needed! We felt safe and the area was quiet. It was a short walk to the Disney tram so we could get there first thing in the morning!

Was beyond any expectation!

I've traveled in quite a few vacation rental over the years and honnestly never had a check-in process that clear and complete. All inside and App! The property was clean and had everything we needed for our little family from baby gate, high chair and stroller. Communication during our stay was simple and fast. The management were really comprehensive for our needs and helped us to make our family vacation the best it could be! Would recommend and book again without a doubt!

The perfect place!

This property was ideal for our family. Shari the property manager was above and beyond and helped me with some needs. She was completely accessible and helped make our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend. Only suggestion would be a retractable baby gate at the base of the stair, we had a crawling infant that only wanted to play in stairs.

Overall Great Stay

We enjoyed the property. Overall clean and comfortable. Walls and baseboards coild use a good cleaning but otherwise was cleaned well. Beds were comfortable. The walk to downtown disney was about 10 min and easy to navigate. I would stay here again.

Good Spot

Overall, very comfy and at a reasonable price. I would rather book one of these than a hotel. There is a tram close by that takes you to Disneyland, there is still a bit of walking involved. Id recommend this spot

Cute, convenient, and dirty

The property is cute and convenient, located withing walking distance from the parks. Upon arrival we had to contact the company as our code did not work for the door, they were easily contacted but after a long day traveling it was not a great start to our stay. Dishes in the kitchen were filthy, causing us to have to wash dishes before we were able to cook dinner. Property owner messaged and let us know that the stroller was left out and asked if they could come put it up. We agreed not realizing that they would be entering the master bedroom where all of our stuff was out, giving us a feeling of having our privacy violated during our stay. I do not believe we will be using funtierland in any of its entities in the future.

Property had a good amount of space. Mostly a great experience. Grill could use some cleaning and replacement of components and someOf the bathrooms could use some updating. Overall was a good stay.

We will be back

Location was amazing. Quick little walk. Clean and so much space. We had a challenge finding the place at night, but we managed. Very excited to see there were 3 fans, but sad that 2 didnt work. Charging station/hub or power strips would be helpful. Very quiet community. We were able to walk outside and watch the fireworks one night. Cant wait.to.comeback for our next trip.

Great Stay with a Great Host

We had a great stay. We didn't take advantage of much other than a place to sleep at night. We had 7 of us and had plenty of room. Easy access to the Disney parks. We used the parking tram each day. Which is a short walk from the units. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Units are dated on the outside but it looks like they are currently updating the buildings. Inside was clean and the beds were comfy memory foam mattresses.
