Fully marbled bathroom with bath and shower. There is a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe with large storage area and a free electronic safe for your valuables. The lounge and bedroom lead to an extended patio with spectacular sea views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Place could do with a bit of spruce up. The ceilings above the doorway especially, looks like water has been leaking in.Bathroom too.That said its a lovely apartment, in a great location, great pool etc.Great communication so no worries there.

Restful retreat

Beautiful apartment, with all the comforts of home. Fabulous outside seating area with sea views.Quiet well maintained residential resort.Excellent communication with hosts would highly recommend.

Beautiful property

Overall lovely stay. It would benefit from a sofa bed however we overcame this by making a makeshift bed from the patio furniture which worked well. Comfortable apartment with all the amenities of home. The alexa is a great touch and we enjoyed that aswell. Looking forward to staying again.

Location good to all amenities

Location was fine with all amenities close by.However, the washing machine door seal split open after the first week and was not repaired in the three weeks we were there. Also the dead lock on the flat entrance door did not work. It took us a week to work out the tv, more in depth instructions would be of more use. The receptionist was extremely helpful to us.

Plus :- Spaceous, clean and fully equipped apartment.- 50 meters from the coast; one can hear the waves- Private terrace big enough.- Excellent warm water supply- Sunloungers on the shared terrace- Swimming pool big enoughMinus :- Only one key- Less than 4 hours sun on the private terrace (januari)- Frying pans needs replacement - To reserve a sunlounger, one must wake up early and put a towel on it.

Has an absolutely fabulous stay the apartment was spotless and right on the seafront felt so luxurious will definitely be back if your looking for a beautiful place not too busy with excellent sea view and nearby restaurants then this is the place to stay

The wi-fi and internet did not workno computer link, tv or Whatsap phone for the duration of our stayOn contacting the owner with our problem he played dumbabout the issue reception were as helpful as they could be but the owner was aware it was not working as previous guests had suffered the same fateThe hotel had informed him that he needed to upgrade the router in the room or he would loose wi-fi and internet connectionHe told them he was not prepared to pay for the upgradeand was obviously fully aware that guests would be without internetOn talking to other owners this particular owner is known for getting complaints particularly regarding cleanlinessEl mirador hotel itself was spotless and the views and gardens spectacularJust do not use this owner's apartment

Wonderful property

Lovely appmt very well appointed. Only 2 gripes: Reception was closed at 3:45 on Friday afternoon so getting the key wasn't as straightforward as it should have been and the bathroom (bath area mainly) was very grubby. Overall though we loved it abd would go back.

The apartment is 5 ⭐️ Very clean on arrival and beautiful sea views , the free wi fi was a bonus I found the reception staff very helpful and speak very good English Everything you need is close by and the bar on site is so relaxing , also very helpful friendly staff Can’t wait to return

Excellent Stay at El Nautico Suites

Perfectly located and great accommodation. I have to mention that communication prior to the holiday and during it was excellent.A special heads up to Kelly who really looked after us. She even dropped in her own Hair Drier and Accessories for my wife. We were told there wasn't one there, but she went out of her way to ensure we were catered for. Thanks Kelly. You're a Star!The only down sides were that the Dishwasher was broken as was the Jetted Bathtub. My wife enjoys hot tubs and a bath, so she was a little disappointed, but it didn't spoil our holiday. Perhaps the features on the listing should be updated until things are changed.All in all, we would consider going back there again sometime and highly recommend it.

On are arriving into the apartment it was just stunning, Free WIFI 42.inch Tv, just open the patio on your right on the sea front you have you own sunloungers BBQ is there if you needed We will definitely be going back. Fantastic location

Had a great stay at this ground floor apartment with verandah and easy access to pool and garden areas. We had our own sun loungers. The apartment had everything we needed for the 2 weeks. Kitchen was well equipped with washing machine. TV had all channels including sport for football fan husband and full range of UK stations and movies. Loved having an Alexa for music to complement our pre dinner drinks. The complex itself was very well maintained and the communal areas immaculate. Quiet area with beautiful sunsets and sea sounds but within easy reach of bars and restaurants. We loved the short walk to the next village of Los Abrigos for fresh fish. Would recommend

Fault reported to owner, but never actioned upon

Great ground floor apartment is lovely complex Spacious will all amenities fully provided Good communication with their on the ground colleague, who was always quick to reply to queries. Had an issue as the Air Conditioning was constantly on and could not be switched off This caused a permanent noise which was totally unbearable right throught the night every night. This was reported on numerous occasions And every time we were told somebody would be round to repair the fault. This NEVER happened and we gave up asking in the end. Also there was a smell of cigarettes in the bedroom, this may have been coming from the above apartment

Well kept apartment in a lovely setting

Apartment clean & tidy. Furniture all like new and decorated like home from home. Fully functioning kitchen although we did not use. Free wifi in the apartment was a great addition and we were the envy of other guests who could only access the free reception wifi. TV channels were welcoming especially bbc for match of the day catch up. Would have liked more towels in the apartment since we travelled very light and had no beach towels. The full property was very secure with multiple key access gates to and from outside and into swimming pool area - very safe for families. Pool side snack bar was ideal for breakfast serving a wide range of options and was open all day and evening. Pool table around swimming pool was good entertainment and swimming pool clean and area we'll maintained. The owners kept in contact before and during our stay via email which was a good touch. Would recommend for couple or small family

Fabulous, absolutely fantastic

Great apartment, quirky in a brilliant way and superbly comfortable. This apartment had everything you needed for a great holiday, plus wifi, safe and even a walk in wardrobe. For us the best part was waking up and hearing the waves on the rocks and the smell of the sea. Location is key, right next to the sea, a quiet, an extremely well kept environment, with friendly and helpful, happy staff. The owners, Chrissy and George were outstanding, helpful, easy to contact and swift to respond. This would be enough, but when you add the the outstanding terrace bar, on the corner of El Nautico. It is great for lunch, a quiet cold beverage and lovely tapas, with great, super staff, who gave us daily Spanish lessons! Oh, and there is the view. Wow! Then for your evening meal is Azzuro, what can I say? Food is fabulous, Truly marvellous Chef, superb presentation and a wine waiter, Franco, who if asked will play the grand piano - he completes the evening Did I mention that the apartment was on the ground floor? Open the patio doors, put your flip flops on, otherwise you will burn your feet and 50 steps takes you to the path, over which is the sea. We had two weeks sun bathing in this area, on our own, with only the gardener, occasional lizard and the waves disturbing us. Oh, and the scenery; waves crashing into the rocks, sending up great swathes of sea water, drifting in on the wind to bath your face in sea water. Did I mention how mesmerising, peaceful, serene, tranquil, and relaxing, beautifully relaxing it was? Great location as well, San Blas is a thousand steps away, according to my FitBit, just take the coastal path. A well priced perfumarie, small supermarket and one or two good restaurants, a reasonable selection if you fancy a change from the two El Nautico wonderful restaurants. Or for those who want to venture a little further, Los Abrigos, great fish restaurants on the harbour. What more can I say? Fabulous is far too insufficient! Would I go back? Well let's just say that I have booked for two more two week holidays in 2018 and 2019 and I will shortly book a further two weeks for 2019. And I will continue to book it - I have been holidaying in Tenerife for the past 20 years and I have found this apartment to be the best. Did I enjoy it? No, I loved it!
