Ubicado en el exclusivo y exclusivo vecindario Ahwatukee de Lakewood. Esta casa es perfecta para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios y familias. Se encuentra en la comunidad de Lakewood en el corazón de Ahwatukee. Esta es una comunidad muy tranquila y segura. Hay 2 hermosos lagos, senderos para caminar y un parque en el centro de la comunidad. Hay mucho para ver y hacer cerca. Situada entre South Mountain y la reserva india del río Gila, esta atractiva comunidad planificada se encuentra perfectamente ubicada junto a la I-10 y la autopista 202. Viaje en automóvil cercano a todas las instalaciones de entrenamiento de primavera del centro, los casinos y el centro comercial outlet Premier. Ubicado aproximadamente a 20 minutos al sur del aeropuerto. Fácil acceso a la I-10, I-202 e I-101. Tenemos un lago y parque comunitario en nuestra subdivisión. Hay Ramada con parrillas si desea cocinar al aire libre. El lago está repleto de peces para capturar y liberar.

Hay tres camas queen, y si es necesario un colchón de aire por solicitud.
Nuestra casa tiene televisión por cable, sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Tenemos una piscina pero no está climatizada. Traiga sus trajes de baño y disfrute del maravilloso clima de AZ.

Nice neighborhood

This was a very nice place to stay. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with cookware and dishes. Having access to the garage was very appreciated. The home is in an attractive, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We had easy access to the highway, restaurants, and shopping which made our stay extremely enjoyable. The neighboorhood was also fantastic. We had great access to a walking trail and a great view of the lake. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Pheonix area I would highly recommend this place.

Relaxing

We came to Phoenix for my daughter's graduation from ASU. The location was ideal for our travels to and from campus. We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked, very clean and the neighborhood was beautiful. Our family enjoyed time by the pool and the covered patio was a great place to gather both during the day and in the evening.

Beautiful home

Very clean and spacious. Nicely appointed with all the things you’ll need. Pool is beautiful, yard has plenty of furniture for lounging. Very relaxing. Really nice area. Property manager was very communicative. I give it 5 stars. The pool isn’t heated. That would have been a nice benefit.

Great Home, Great Stay

I cannot say enough about this home. Our stay was wonderful here! We have rented many homes and this is one of the best we've ever stayed at. It was the perfect size, clean and had more amenities than any other place we've stayed including Kleenex and Q-tips! The owner was prompt in responding and accommodated our every need. We loved having morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio. We took several walks in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool, but the cold air did not deter us from sitting outside and feeling the warmth of the sun. We will definitely stay here again! Plenty of everything!

This cute house is located in the prettiest housing addition. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, hiking trails, places of interest. The hostess is very attentive, hard working and sweet! the pool is beautiful and kept very clean as is the house. You can use the garage & the grill. Outside, the pool is fenced, there is a little fire pit and 2 seating areas. And the internet works great. what more could you wish for? There's PLENTY!!!!!

Winter getaway! Amazing home!

Truly an amazing and relaxing vacation home! So CLEAN!!! We stayed a week for a winter getaway. Leejung has thought of everything and clearly takes pride in this home. Everything is high quality from bedding, towels to patio furniture. Booking to checking out was seamless and easy. Immediate response from owner. Extras like bottled water, paper towel, coffee filters, Kleenex, shampoo, hair dryer, etc, were so appreciated. Enjoyed warm sunny afternoons in the reclining patio chairs by the pool. Walkable neighborhood and close to shopping. We made several day trips to hiking trails/parks, location was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend! Thank you Leejung!

Awesome VRBO Property!!!!!

This lovely house was so well-stocked with wonderful towels and sheets, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including bottled water provided by the host. Each room was very neat and well-organized. The outdoor patios and pool had multiple chairs and tables, we enjoyed watching a hummingbird build her nest. Even though we did not swim this trip, the pool looked very inviting in the heat of the day. So lovely to be able to park in the garage during our stay. Wonderful places to walk in this Ahwatukee neighborhood, including a green belt that wound around by the lakes. This part of town is quite easy to navigate, with grocery stores and other retail places very near the house. We found this street to be quiet and peaceful. My husband and I can highly recommend this lovely home!
