Nestled in the Ahwatukee foothills, this beautiful home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Private pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit are here for your enjoyment. The home comes equipped with three bedrooms, with one bed able to be converted to a desk so the room can be used as an office. Just 20 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport, and within walking distance to the grocery store, gas station and gym. Beautiful mountain views that you won't get in other locations. This is definitely a traveler's dream come true!

Pool is unheated. Golf clubs for the putting green are available!

3 week getaway

This is a great house in an excellent location. We had everything we needed for a 3 week escape from the Midwest winter. The owners were very prompt with our questions/concerns (of which we had very few). The backyard is fantastic. We made great use of the putting green. We were there in January so unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool, but it was beautiful and well taken care of even in the winter. I highly recommend staying in this property.

Amazing place

House is very beautiful and clean and had everything you need for a great stay ! Pictures do no justice for this amazing house. House has everything you need to relax! Nick communication was amazing and appreciated! Pool is amazing and has automatic pool cleaner which is convenient. Jacuzzi was relaxing as well as the fire pit outside which propane and warming at night ! Also the misters during the day was the best during the day .

the good clean house and very well stocked Property manager and owner very easy to work with hot tub went out while we were there and they had a new delivered as soon as they could very close to everything including the golf beautiful back yard the bad ( and not that bad) no lounges for by the pool only a 10 inch frying pan(They did have a skillet ) patio furnishing were very dated and loose knives could even cut bread

Family get together

This home was simply amazing. It was very clean, had comfortable furniture and bedding, was well equipped and the backyard was amazing. You have anything you need, a pool, hot-tub, putting green, fire-pit, grill, outdoor seating, lighting...The location was great, only about 20 minutes from the airport, adjacent to a nice golf course, and easy to get anywhere in the area. I would highly recommend this property.

Better than expected.

Better than expected. From the photos I thought that was going to be a nice place, but the photos don’t do it justice. It’s a lovely home with a fantastic outdoor space and wide-open indoor arrangement. A huge master bedroom. Contact with the host was fantastic. I highly recommend it.

Lovely place, great location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a bonus to have the pool and I loved the umbrellas over the pool. We started our days going out early to return and eat a meal at our foothills place. There were grocery stores nearby and our excursions were usually about 45 mins drive. The kitchen could have a few more items available to use but we made do, as we mostly bought pre-made meals. Our accomodations were good. One item to know is to keep the a/c around 69 degs, keeping the non-master bedroom door open to ensure A/C keeps it cool. We took advantage of the South Mountain Park hiking and would have enjoyed it more if we started 7-7:30am rather than 9am! We hiked the Windy Tunnel trail in Usery Park. A highlight was sunset at the Desert Botanical Gardens with dinner at Gertrude’s (at the gardens, as recommended by a local biker we met). Overall, I would rebook this place again! Nick’s instructions were good and not too rulish! Thanks! Laura and friends

back yard was fantastic

Loved the large back yard with hot tub, pool, fireplace, and eating are. House (especially the kitchen) was well-equipped. Only issue we had was with the hot water, but prompt communication with the owner provided a workable (albeit not particularly convenient) solution. Reasonably priced and comfortable accommodations with nice open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan.

Perfect Adult Getaway

Beautiful home designed for adults as there are no kids games in a bookshelf. The backyard is a perfect place to lounge day or night and just relax and unwind. The home is beautiful, exactly as described, and would definitely stay here again!
