No busque más tenemos su condominio de vacaciones de ensueño. Le encantará la vista del canal costero inter desde su balcón, así como el dormitorio principal. Ver los barcos o los delfines pasando por. Esta totalmente equipado con dos dormitorios, dos unidad de baño está recién amueblado y decorado con lavadora y secadora dentro de la unidad. Maestro BR tiene TV, cama king size, acceso a dos balcones y cuarto de baño. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble, ventana con una vista de la inter-costera o Golfo de México. Incluye TV y acceso directo al cuarto de baño para ofrecer a los huéspedes un espacio privado. Disfrute viendo sus películas favoritas en gran televisor de 52 pulgadas en la sala de estar en cómodos sofás y una vista no tiene precio del agua. This condo was amazing! It had everything you need and then some! The balcony had a great view of the bay and we saw dolphins and manatees. And loved watching the boats come through. It was so peaceful. It felt like home. And we didn’t want to leave. The decor was beautiful. It was very clean! We hope to stay here again soon. Thank you Patti for your quick responses to all of my questions. And the beach right across the street was beautiful. We love the beach! Thank you for letting us stay!

Good Spot

It’s a really good spot, we didn’t do much. So it was nice to have our deck and watch boats and the odd Dolphin.

Indian Shores Gem

This condo was a gem, it is in a smaller condo complex on the intercoastal waterway with access to the gulfside beach across the street. This unit faces the intercoastal, so each day we enjoyed the views of dolphins, manatees, flamingos, boats and other wildlife. Unit has been updated fairly recently, was very clean and everything fully functioning (heard from other visitors that was not the same in some of the other units). Booking and checkin were very easy - host was very responsive. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend!

Rejuvinating Week

I vacationed with my sister. We made it to the Phillies game on Friday and enjoyed the hot tub, pool and beach the rest of the week. Our place was clean and comfortable and we had great weather. I recommend it.

We had an excellent stay. Patti was really helpful throughout and especially when an unfortunate incident left us needing to delay our check out a couple of hours.View over the Intra Coastal is perfect, the dock was lovely to sit on and the pool was like a bath temperature wise. Faultless

Short but nice stay

My home was flooded during Hurricane Helene so rented condo for 2 weeks while renovations were being done. Unfortunately, after only 2 days stay it was necessary to evacuate once again. I am happy the owners understood and refunded my original rental fee which was for 2 weeks. Highly recommend this lovely place on the beach and close to everything.

Waterview Indian shores stay was amazing

The condo was cosy , well stocked , clean , and very relaxing and the hosts very accommodating. The intercoastal view from the lounge and main bedroom was amazing !!! The whole experience there was excellent , the beach across the road access through little walk was something we looked forward to everyday for a swim in the perfect beach and again in the evening for beautiful sunsets We will definitely return to this Indian Shores gem , thank you Sandra Masih

Perfect Getaway Location

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. Our usual condo had already been rented so we had to find an alternative and we decide we’d rather stay here from now on. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s clean and well decorated with a nice vacation vibe. Lots of supplies provided too. The view at the back of the condo is lovely where you can watch boats go by all day. The location is perfect with just a short walk across the street to the beach. The pool was never too full and it’s a good size. Highly recommend!

Great location!

We are always impressed with views out the windows of the Intercoastal waterway. Saw dolphins jumping out of the water and lots of sea life. Just a short walk to the beach and all day enjoyment. Grilled out on the gas grill to feed the family, and enjoyed the hot tub and pool, which are always well maintained. Already looking forward to next year!

Perfect getaway!

We loved this property! We saw dolphins and manatees in the canal. The beach was right across the street. Close walk to a food mart and a few restaurants. We used the trolley system and that was nice and easy.

Ladies getaway

Perfect location on the Inter-coastal with a balcony for dolphin watching. Condo was very clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were perfect for those sunny days. Beach access right across the road and restaurants and stores were walkable. Loved it!

Great get away

Property came exactly as advertised. Very clean and outfitted well. Used the common bbq a couple of times and it was in great condition and very clean. The balcony was an excellent spot for our morning coffee and a drink after dinner.

Wonderful

Great place to stay. Condo was clean and well stocked. Balcony overlooking the intercoastal was nice. Just a short drive to many restaurants or grocery store. Beach is a short walk across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

LOVE this place & will be back!

This was the first time I have chosen to stay on the inlet side vs. the beach side... I have been coming to the area for 20+ years and absolutely loved the location and the property. Everything you need is at the condo - chairs, towels, cooler, etc. My only complaint is that it has taken way too long to receive the deposit back - 2 weeks and still no communication (not the fault of the owners). HIGHLY recommend this property to others.

Great Location and easy access to the beach

Unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation including beach chairs and toys. The furniture including the beds were comfortable and up to date. The kitchen had all necessary features to cook at home, or you could easily drive to several restaurants. Mornings along the intercostal were relaxing and the walk to the beach across the street was easy. Owners were great to work with, we will definately stay again.

Most relaxing and fun vacation ever in Florida!

This condo was better than expected. The location could not be beat in relation to the other beaches and also in relation to the different types of water life. The intercoastal was magical and filled with beautiful manatees dolphins fish and birds. The fishing pier and our access and view of it was a huge bonus as fishing attracted the dolphins and birds and we had so much more to see. We spent hours of fun and relaxation. And the laundry in the kitchen was amazing! It was so efficient and cozy to do your laundry while cooking dinner and looking out over the Beautiful view. The condo was fully stocked with more than we needed and everything was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely love to stay in this unit again which is saying a lot because we are not normally people that repeat patterns when it comes to travel. This was worth doing over again and again!

Indian Shores is wonderful

This is our 5th time staying at the waterview apartments, we love it there. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, you are minutes away from one of the most amazing beaches in the world and the whole vibe of this part of the gulf coast is just wonderful. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The highlight was eating breakfast on the balcony and watching dolphins (daily) and manatees swimming in the inland waterway. overall an amazing stray, we did not want to leave

Location was great!!

This condo was really well done. We’ve stayed up and down the Indian Shores coastline and this was a great spot. It was our first time staying on the inter coastal and we really enjoyed watching dolphins really early, then loved seeing all the boats go up and down the waterway. Great spot, and we’ll be back!

Beautiful bay view and ease of access to beach

Great unit with bay views seeing occasional dolphins swim through in mornings and evenings! Easy to access the beach just across the street! Nice unit- the king bed is not as comfortable as the 2nd bedroom bed and everything you might need is there. Enjoyed my stay!

Terrific stay

The property was great, good location very short walk to beach. Pool was nice. Mosquitoes were terrible. All in all, we had a great vacation.

We have opened up our home to selective guests and hope that you will enjoy this space as much as we do. Many guests within the complex have been coming back for years and feels like homecoming with long time friends returning to enjoy what this location has to offer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The gulf of Mexico and particularly Gulf boulevard is a popular tourist attraction as well as a get away for Floridians. Indian shores community is unique along the blvd with the narrowed road, community is beautification investment, with bike lanes, underground power line so the sight-lines are unobstructed from power lines. The water view condos only house 35 units so it is a quaint spot with its own private beach access. We love the ability to sit on our patio relaxing over the inter-coastal waterway.

Private dock for fishing or relaxing . Private pool and hot tub away from the road. Less than 100 yard to the Gulf of Mexico. Public transport along the gulf blvd to be able to leave the car at home. Fun local spots to enjoy with your friends or meet new ones.
