Siéntese y relájese durante su estancia mientras disfruta de los sonidos de nuestra cascada desde la bañera de hidromasaje. Nuestra casa cuenta con 2 habitaciones con lujosas camas queen size, cocina completamente equipada, TV por satélite Dish Network, aire acondicionado, lavandería en el lugar, parrilla de propano y mucho más. Traiga su canoa, kayak o pequeño bote de pesca, ya que el lanzamiento del bote West River está al otro lado de la calle y ofrece algunos de los mejores lugares de pesca y recreación en el área. A minutos del pueblo de Nápoles, el lago Canandaigua, las bodegas Finger Lakes y el área recreativa Hi Tor para divertirse al aire libre.

Walk up to the house was a bit treacherous in the rain/snow and not greatly lit. Despite clear instructions on where to park someone who stayed before is had driven up the walkway and left vehicle tracks. No water for the waterfall but scenery was gorgeous both before and after snow. Hot tub was a nice treat after a day of sightseeing and location was great to allow us to check out many locations nearby finger lakes area. Kitchen was well stocked except lacked a can opener and we improvised. Couch was as a bit shabby and springs were hitting through by the end of the stay. Water did smell of sulfur was less noticeable as the stay went on. Thankfully came prepared with bottled water for drinking. Overall an enjoyable stay especially for the price point. Electric heat in each room worked great.

I give the beauty of the property a 5 star, the inside was mostly updated with beautiful views of the property. It was clean The outside needs to be cleaned and freshened up with paint minor repairs and furniture. It does not have a welcome feelThe inside could use some extension cords with power stripes had to move furniture to get to plugs and some did not work, the tv in bedroom did not work, the microwave had no handle, there was no coffee, shampoo or body soap, the towels were worn The overall feel was lacking hospitality so many minor things that would make it a 5 star.

What a lovely place to spend our second anniversary! The house was exactly as described. The waterfall was not running, but we can’t blame Mother Nature. The hot tub was delightful after a busy day of visiting breweries and wineries. Thank you for offering such a lovely get away in the Finger Lakes!

The propoerty was just as described on website. Loved the hot tub and the fall scenery couldn't be better. The shops and places to eat were great and the wine tasting and grape pies in Naples were fantastic. Would definitely recommend!!!

Overall the cabin could use some work, but the beds are soft and the water is hot. Very secluded location in a beautiful area. The waterfall was barely a trickle during my stay, but it’s been a dry summer. Had a lovely trip either way!

Our stay at the retreat of falling waters was great! We planned a trip for exploring the finger lakes and it fit the bill for us nicely! Everything was clean when we arrived and in working order. I think the outdoor area could use some landscaping love but it didn't take away from the overall experience.

We recently stayed several weeks at the Falling Waters house near Naples, NY, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — within a five-minute drive, the town has two wineries, two breweries, and one distillery, which made for a fun and relaxing getaway. The surrounding area is beautiful, with rolling hills and scenic views, perfect for enjoying the Finger Lakes region. The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped, including two bedrooms, full kitchen and a large hot tub, making it easy to settle in and feel at home with the opportunity of bringing our pet. We especially appreciated the peaceful setting with a beautiful view of a waterfall and the convenient access to local attractions within a short drive, including mansions, museums and theaters in PennYan, Geneva, Genesee and Canandaigua.One small suggestion for improvement would be to replace a portable air conditioner in the master bedroom. During hot weather, the current unit is quite old and mostly works as a fan, which makes the room too warm and less comfortable for sleeping. A newer, more efficient unit would make a big difference for summer guests.Overall, this rental is a great choice for anyone looking to spend time outdoors doing hiking, boating and to enjoy wines and beers in the Naples area while staying in a cozy, well-located home.

Our stay was great. I couldn't have asked for anything else. Waking up to a waterfall every morning brought a smile toy face. Being able to have my dod with me was perfect. Then there was the hot tub that ended each day. It was so nice that we actually looked to book again.

Nice stay at Falling Waters

Nice weekend stay visiting family in Naples. The location and accommodations were great. With the recent rains, the waterfall was magnificent.

Quiet, Beautiful Location

The location was beautiful, with gorgeous views and surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, the internet did not work for the duration of our stay. The owner was responsive, but unable to resolve the issue until after our 4 day stay. Thankfully, our cell service worked fine and we were able to use our mobile hotspot for internet during our stay. The house was comfortable, although not as clean as I would have liked at check-in. (In particular the floors and floor coverings) The water had a strong odor, and we needed to buy water for drinking and cooking. This was noted in the check-in notes that were sent with the door code, but not made clear in the listing. There is a small grocery store and a Dollar General about 5 minutes away, so this was not an issue.

Retreat of Falling Waters lives up to the property name!

Our stay at the Retreat of Falling Waters was nothing short of magical. We loved exploring the waterfall, playing the board games provided, and enjoying meals at the quaint kitchen table. Just plan to bring your own drinking water because the well water connected to the property isn’t really safe to drink! Thank you so much to the incredibly communicative host!

Good for the price

We enjoyed our stay and felt like it was a good deal for the price. The hot tub was definitely the highlight!Big caveat: The path from the parking spot up to the house was steep, muddy, and slippery. It was fine for us, but just be aware if that's a concern for you.

Anniversary get away

Cute cottage brought me back to my childhood cottage on the lake, but instead this was tucked away in the woods. The road is close, but you cannot see it or hear it as the house is set back. It served our needs & close to area's we wanted to visit. There was a note saying enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine which we could not find, but This was ok because we had plenty. The house is set on a small hill with a rail on the right side & shale rock path which was a little slippery when it rained, but we had no issues. Overall it was a lovely stay & I bet in the spring after the thaw that water fall is lovely. We would stay again. complementary wine, but we could

I am no strangers to all the fun things this area has to offer as we own several rentals in the Finger Lakes , Twisted Rail Brewing Company with 3 locations to enjoy, and avid outdoor enthusiasts. As a father with two children Lyra and Luca, I stay plenty busy making sure our guests feel comfortable and have the best experience possible. I invite all our guests to stop by our brewery which has locations on Canandaigua Lake, Honeoye Lake, and Downtown Geneva.

When I first laid eyes on this beautiful property the waterfalls and land sold me on my idea to make this a destination for guests. Almost ten years later I still look forward to heading to the property to enjoy its scenery and atmosphere.
