A large white stone with the house number helps you with a quick identification of the property. The home is set back nicely from the road and has plenty of parking smooth asphalt.The home is new, spacious and very clean. There is a nice big yard if you want to walk your dog at night and some trails behind the property.A very short way from Naples main st and an easy walk to some great ice cream a Lynnie Lou's.The owner was very attentive to our communication. Checkin was simple and he described the unlocking process very well.The combination washer/dryer was a first for us and it was a WOW moment when it washed and then dried our laundry.All the furnishings are new and the beds were very comfortable. We actually ordered the same mattress for our home after the 5 night stay on a Nectar mattress.Overall a 5 star stay.Some suggestions:More place settings than 4 would be nice and would help with having to wash plates and mugs continuously.Maybe some rugs to help absorb the echo from the high ceiling.Some hooks in the lower level bedroom to hang clothes (no closet in that room)A coat rack by the door. On the lower level the only hook to hang anything is in the bathroom.Lower the hot water temperature a bit, it required mixing it with cold.

Father's Day Getaway!!

This is a wonderful property close to everything in Naples, which is the cutest town. We came for a short getaway to celebrate Father's Day with our little boys ages 4, 8 and 10. More than enough room to play outdoors and even indoors. The house was immaculate!! We will be back!!!

Nice weekend getaway property

We stayed here for a long weekend and enjoy ourselves very much. The property is as listed and looks like a new build. Located minutes from town and very clean.
