May 2018 Stay

The condominium is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The pictures of the condo are exactly what you see when you arrive. The place is quiet and comfortable and I would highly recommend this place. The owners are accommodating and you can see they take pride in their properties. This is the second time we stayed in a unit owned by the Vale family and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for a great week.

MI Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, security level a bit of an inconvenience but it is understood why they have all the gates locked to keep the access private. Lobby policy for access is inconvenient.

June 2022 Stay

Overall, we were very happy with the unit. We would suggest for the price point that the owner improve the pillow and linens, especially towels that were very worn. Also, the sliding glass doors do not close properly, but it didn’t really impact our experience. Overall we liked the unit, and we love Marco Island and the Sea Winds where we’ve been vacationing across various units for over 15 years.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in this building for 10 years and love the view and accommodations. Unit is overall clean but had an issue with the bath tub not being as clean as it should be and a slight insect issue which was dealt with immediately by the property management company. Easy beach access with beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler, shovel, etc.) provided.Nice pool area with jacuzzi and restrooms in same area. Easy walking to area restaurants and other activities.

We loved our first stay at Sea Winds on Marco Island! The property was well furnished and had plenty of space for our family of 5! The views of the sunrises, sunsets, beach, and storms rolling in were impeccable. We were even able to watch the dolphins playing from the balcony! The unit had beach necessities, including a beach wagon, which we truly appreciated. The kitchen was wonderfully organized with utensils, cooking needs, coffee maker and coffee cups. The only issues we had were:We arrived late in the evening and had a difficult time finding the office (off site) to retrieve the keys, but once we located the office, check in was a breeze. The unit we stayed in could use a washer/dryer upgrade…the dryer had a very loud knocking noise with every load(small or larger), and if planning to do more than 1 load, be sure to pick up some laundry pods!Overall, we would consider returning and recommend Sea Winds to our friends and family for their Marco Island trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very disappointed with Seawinds 706. Unit dated. No screens on sliding door or windows. Coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Dirty dishes and towels found in the cabinets. We have been vacationing on Marco Island for 4 years and have never experienced this before.

Downside was that our only elevator to our condo was out-of-service for 6 days. Walking 7 flights was not fun.

Great location and amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay on Marco. The views are amazing, we saw dolphins every day and to be right in the beach was so fun. The pool and hot tub are great too.The only negative of this unit is that it lists a sofa bed as sleeping two people and there isn’t actually a sofa bed so it really only sleeps four people. They need to change the listing.

Pure Peace in a Relaxing Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience calmness, breathtaking views of the gulf and an overall feeling of well being. This vacation was magical, and a wonderful family getaway. The condo is well equipped, my greatest concern is the height of all the beds. They ate not standard height and pose a real hazard for anyone who is of a shorter stature or in some way disabled. I was kindly offered a stepstool, but the height of the bed would make getting off the bed a challenge. Maybe a slide would work better.LOL. The rental company was amazing and the condo itself was wonderful.I would definitely stay there again, but I would bring an inflatable for me.

Nice Place. Great Week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. Great view of the beach. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Kitchen well equipped if eating in. Good selection of beach accessories in the closet. Overall great week in a new place. Will probably return next year. Had an issue with the patio blind not retracting. Since it wasn't an emergency I just sent an email. Much to my surprise, they sent a very nice gentleman over within a couple hours to fix the blind.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo not deep cleaned prior arrival - floors dirty, towels stained, deck furniture damaged.Marco Isle rentals responded immediately to correct issues. Deck furniture replaced, & new linen provided. This particular unit is in need of an update. Dryer working but needs repair, dining area chairs have broken cushion springs, bathroom sink drain partially clogged, some paint chipping. Would repeat business with Marco Isle rentals due to their response but not this particular unit.

Good value for the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was a good for a more affordable complex on the beach. There were plenty of beach items to use and it was clean. Side unit had beautiful views! However, the smoke alarm had to be fixed, garbage disposable didn't work when we got there and we didn't have internet for our last few days due to a power surge. The bedroom with a private bath is not the master bedroom but rather the room with two twin beds. That should be the other way around. The good things however far outweigh the bad, and we would stay again if we found a better master bedroom setup.

Seawinds 706 Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after hours and the keys to the unit were in the lockbox with good instructions. Very easy check in experience. The condo is in a very good location and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The kitchen had everything you would need. We had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining but Marco Island Vacation Properties came right over and repaired the sink.During our stay we had a power outage due to a storm and the internet was down, Again they came over the next day and fixed the internet,The beds were not very comfortable and the furniture was not very comfortable either. But again the view and location cant be beat. The short walk to the beach worked out well. Shelling on this part of Marco Island is very good.Walking next door to the sunset Grill for a drink or burger was very convenient.

Wonderful view from this condo! Quiet and great beach. Found a lot of nice shells during our 2 week stay. Beds were very worn and need to be updated as does furniture. The MIVP team was wonderful! Very nice hard working family! Good people!
