Couldn’t ask for a better host than Joyce or a better place to stay! It’s a beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need and more! It’s absolutely beautiful and the sunsets every night were beautiful! Everything from the bedding, towels, cookware, dishes were top of the line. Very clean and staff is here is very friendly and pool was super clean as well. Great restaurants and shops nearby and beach was just a few minutes to walk to and absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be back!

We’ve been going down to Marco Island for over 40 years. We’ve been renting the last 10 and this condo by far was the cleanest most up-to-date condo we have ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and the owner choice was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

The condo was cozy with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, and pickleball. Fyi..they have pickleballs on the courts for you to use as well as tennis racquets and balls for the tennis courts. Great location. We really enjoyed sitting out on the long balcony. Easy communication with the owner.

A wonderful location in Marco Island. The condo is so comfortable and inviting. The king size bed was very comfortable and it has a beautiful view of the gulf. We had everything that we needed.

The condo unit was as advertised and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and has a Kuerig and the Beds were very comfortable. Didn’t get to utilize the pool as it was closed for repairs which we were advised by Joyce a few weeks in advance. The beach is very nice but is a pretty far walk (10 min) which we also knew. Balcony is very nice and great for morning coffee and viewing the sunsets. Overall we had a great week in the unit and it was tough to leave.

Relaxing week

Great week on Marco Island! Communication with Joyce was fantastic; condo was beautiful and the pool was great. Morning walks on the beach and a great fireworks display at the end of our week made for a wonderful vacation

Joyce was a pleasure to work with and very helpful to ensure we understood all her gifted amenities. TheCondo has two great views, sunrise and better sunsets. When there is Aug the heat drives you in doors and her Condo was the perfect relaxing spot to watch movies through our amazon account. A SLICE OF PARADISE

From the very beginning to the end, Joyce was amazing to work with. The property was in a great location. We absolutely loved the beach access and pool on property. We had absolutely everything we needed to stay there for a week. The condo and building were clean and just as described. The view from the condo balcony was in itself beautiful and relaxing. Not only would this be a great place to stay with friends, couples, but also a family with children. I hope to stay here next time I’m in Marco Island

Our stay at this oceanfront condo was absolutely wonderful. The views of the Gulf were stunning, especially at sunset when the sky lit up in vibrant colors that could be enjoyed right from the balcony. The condo itself was beautifully maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals.The bedrooms were cozy and inviting, with very comfortable beds and plenty of blankets and pillows, making it easy to relax after a day out. The landscaping around the property was gorgeous, adding to the overall peaceful and tropical atmosphere. We especially loved the pool area—it was clean, spacious, and had plenty of comfortable lounge furniture for soaking up the sun.Another huge plus was the location. Within just a couple of miles, we found a variety of excellent restaurants, making dining out easy and enjoyable.Overall, this condo was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Gulf Coast getaway.

Great small family stay

Beautiful location, condo, and beaches, but it was truly the small things that made this a pleasant stay. The condo had a great supply of cooking utensils, towels, book, literature, sunscreen, beach toys, etc. For a family like ours that wanted to cook some healthy dinners, and spend time at the condo and beach, this stay was very convenient and loved that didn’t have to go out of my way very much. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing week in Marco Island. The condo was great and loved all of the finishes. They outdid themselves from decor to having everything we possibly could need to feel like home. We enjoyed our time and the pool and beach. The communication with the owner was wonderful. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. Will definitely keep this one as reference for future visits.

Beautiful Location and Comfortable Stay

The accommodation was nice, clean, and very comfortable—just what we needed for some rest and relaxation. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view that we really enjoyed. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made our stay even better.One thing to note: the property has a rule that does not allow food or beverages in the pool, which was a surprise to our family. This isn’t a reflection on the owner, who was great, but it’s something future guests may want to be aware of ahead of time.

Relaxing vacation

Everything you could want and need

Joyce was a wonderful host. The property was well equipped with everything one might need and very clean. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful and the pool and beach have very easy access.Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will be back!

This is a lovely condo and spacious living space. The sunsets from the balcony were magnificent. The owner was readily available by phone to answer questions and genuinely seemed interested in us enjoying our stay.

Great vacation at beautiful location

Joyce was a wonderful host. Her place is lovely and very functional. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Cannot beat the location. Sunsets from balcony are amazing. Highly recommend!

Sun, pickleball, and beach

A couple friends and I escaped the winter to enjoy a week of outdoor pickleball play and afternoons as the pool. Joyce’s place was exactly as described. Very clean, super safe in a gated community. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time longer!

This lovely condo has been in my family since the building was originally built. I took it over in 1989 and am a proud owner. I have always been extremely responsible as an owner and have taken great measures to keep my condo very updated and very well taken care of.
Marco Island has always been my favorite happy place to get away to, but since my husband and I are not able to stay for long periods of time, I look forward to sharing my wonderful place with you!
