Muy central! A unos 5-15 minutos en coche del campus U of A, la famosa 4th Avenue, el centro de la ciudad y el centro de convenciones. A 10 minutos a pie del parque Randolph que tiene golf, tenis, centro comunitario con piscina grande, el zoológico y dos estanques de patos. Muchos restaurantes y todo tipo de tiendas de abarrotes cercanas.
Casa de adobe histórica de 1946 con colores vibrantes y decoración de estilo mexicano. Los huéspedes tienen toda la propiedad. Las comodidades modernas incluyen aire acondicionado / calefacción sin cables, WiFi y cocina completa con electrodomésticos nuevos. Cama king size, dos camas individuales y un sofá plegable, todo con espuma de memoria. TV en ambos dormitorios y sala de estar. Todos los televisores inteligentes con Netflix, Amazon y Hulu. Solo la sala de estar con televisión tiene canales locales. Juegos y DVD proporcionados. Único baño al aire libre es el segundo baño. El baño principal tiene una ducha de travertino sin cita y un lavabo de travertino.
En el frente, hay un gran patio cerrado con un maravilloso patio cubierto, césped artificial, árboles y jacuzzi cubierto por una pérgola. Más allá de eso, un camino de entrada grande y un jardín desértico. En la parte trasera hay un pequeño patio que conduce a la sala de lavandería. Toda la propiedad está rodeada por una valla de metal artística de 6 'y las puertas de entrada dobles se pueden cerrar con llave si se elige.

Perfect stay

I really enjoyed my stay here. It had a beautiful little yard that my dogs loved playing, and I didn’t need a ladder to climb into bed and the bed was very comfortable. The couches were comfortable and I could get off it from a lot of times senior citizens and their comfort is forgotten This place was cute and I loved it. Vicky and Kam were very helpful throughout my trip.

Heaven away from home.

Enjoyed our stay very much. There was very small biting insects on patio. Possibly little ants. Never figured out how to turn on t.v. in second bedroom. Only had one night I thought I would use it so not a big deal. Would highly recommend to others. Thank you!!

Month long stay

My husband and I and our little dog enjoyed our stay here in February. It was a nice place to stay and fit our needs. Just a little disappointed in the tv selection no cable and very few stations. Since it was the month for the Olympics and the Super Bowl and the tv was not working during Super Bowl (we had to watch the game on our ipad) I made the mistake assuming all rentals had cable. Othewise the neighborhood felt safe and we found many great restaurants and enjoyed our trips to the Saguaro Forest and Mt. Lemmon. Just beautiful.

Magical Midtown Festive Adobe & Wonderful Hosts

The perfect home away from home in Tucson. Just minutes away from anything you might need. Close to excellent restaurants and shops or amazing hiking .Try the Barrio Bakery off Broadway. The best bread we've ever eaten! Very clean with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Loved the southwest inspired décor and the beautiful artistic landscaping. Very private and quiet even though you are in town. Wonderful view of the Catalina Mountains. We stayed the month of March and wished we could have stayed longer. Vickie and Kam are the perfect hosts, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay plus little unexpected extras. Perfect for just relaxing or for entertaining. We will definitely come back. We stayed a month to explore Tucson

The property is cute and comfortable, great central Tucson location to explore the many different regions of the area. Very quiet neighborhood, lovely hot tub and outdoor space for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Super comfortable beds. And the hosts are wonderfully! Highly recommend.

A Beautiful Desert Oasis

Arriving at this home was a breath of fresh air. The colors were bright and welcoming, and everything was pristine and inviting. It's in a great location with a quiet neighborhood, and the jacuzzi was luxurious. I would highly recommend this vrbo for anyone who wishes to have a peaceful getaway in Tucson. My husband & I, along with our two grandchildren (ages 10 & 12), fell in love with the VRBO! The home felt cozy & warm and was well appointed with lots of little touches. We so enjoyed the outdoor eating area, the hot tub, & the bocce ball set along with the unique outdoor bathroom. Vicki & Kam were GREAT hosts!

Lovely home, well equipped, beautiful mountain view

We had the good fortune to spend most of March at this adorable adobe home. Vicki was a wonderful host, quickly responding to any query and looking for ways to support the best possible stay for us. We loved spending time in the yard, eating on the patio, gazing at the saguaro backed up by the Catalinas. Indoors, the kitchen and bath are well-equipped and the living room cozy, with electric fireplace and big screen movie watching. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable, and the home secure. Thank you, Vicki and Cam, for such an enjoyable stay.

Fun house!

This was a great escape from our MN winter. We played catch in the awesome yard, had dinner outside by the table top fire. Grilled, and went in the hot tub. Electric fireplace in living room kept us cozy. Outdoor bathroom is beautiful and convenient. Kitchen was perfect and haunch Netflix and prime video was a bonus. A Kuerig and French press were there with coffee provided.

Really felt like a vacation!

The lovely decor, lights, and small touches (cozy blankets, games, etc.) made us feel pampered during our stay. The hot tub was great after hiking and we used the outdoor shower even in December. Though it was a little chilly, we enjoyed eating outside on the covered porch with the propane heater. The neighborhood was quiet for an urban location. We found it a good spot for visiting both sides of Saguaro National Park, plus downtown and the U of A campus.

Perfect Spot

This little hide out was the perfect spot for a reunion with a long-time friend. We were able to access great hiking trails, relax at the house, eat good food and simply reconnect. Kam and Vickie were great hosts. They made their home, our home away from home.

Tucson gem

My husband, our dog Mailo and I loved our stay! We arrived to a record monsoon storm and enjoyed being able to sit on the front porch and watch the rain. Mailo loved the yard. The space was perfect for us. Very clean, a spacious bathroom, great location, quiet neighborhood and a great hot tub. We will be back!

This property is fantastic. Better than the photos - which are very good. The house is comfortable, conveniently located, quiet, and immaculately maintained. Beautiful, thoughtful touches everywhere. Awesome Midtown Stay

Thank you Vicki and Kam for creating this wonderful home for us to stay in for 13 nights and enjoy while exploring Tucson. No detail is overlooked, the kitchen is perfect for cooking along with the outdoor BBQ. The bathroom is spacious with an excellent large shower. The bed in the master is very comfortable and the heat/AC throughout was outstanding. Our small dogs loved the outdoor enclosed yard to enjoy the warm outdoors. We loved sitting on the porch playing cards with table top fire put to warm us. The Midtown location is perfect to explore many very good restaurants and shops. We hope to come back next year! Beautiful yard and colorful, cozy home

We loved the colors and decor of the home. Very comfortable and cozy. Everything we needed was provided. The yard was so relaxing and private. We hope to stay again sometime soon.

A Great Place in Tucson, with Great Hosts

We have stayed in many home, apartment, and condo rentals and have never had a better experience. Kam and Vicki are the ultimate hosts and their home is charming and so Tucson-perfect. When we arrived, late the first evening, tired and hungry what did we find? – tamales, chips, and soft drinks. The location is great in mid-Tucson. The home provides great privacy. The amenities and small touches made the place really feel like home, not just another rented place. Kam & Vicki are the fastest responders to texts we've ever met, and they are charming. This was the best!

Great stay!

Great place with all you need to make it a very comfortable stay. The hot tub and outdoor shower were very cool and a nice way to wind down after a day of hiking and exploring the Tucson area. The owners have done a great job in creating a warm, cozy nest that we really enjoyed.

central Tucson gem

Loved the house! Unique property with an AMAZING outdoor area to relax. Our favorite memories are definitely hanging outside at the fireside table in cozy chairs with friends and family. Super comfy beds and everything needed to cook. We felt safe leaving kids home alone. Very nice extras--coffee, water, etc were much appreciated! We were there over holidays and the house even had great decorations. The owner is very responsive and super helpful. My husband and friends that stopped by loved the outdoor bathroom. :-)

Back in the Old Pueblo

The property was everything described in the listing. Nice quiet Tucson neighborhood close to everything. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, unique stay this is your choice. The property had everything you need and the outdoor shower/ bathroom was interesting. I would definitely stay here again as the entire process was very seamless and the owners are available if you need them other it’s a very private beautiful property. Thanks again for letting me stay in your beautiful home.

A Great Stay!

Nice and helpful hosts along with a quiet and lovely neighborhood. The house was clean and the decor was beautiful; It truly represented the culture and atmosphere of Tucson. Overall, a great stay! We definitely recommend it. :)

Colorful and quiet

We felt righty at home in this sweet little house. Many lovely touches including yummy chocolate, great coffee and a French press! We were very comfortable and delighted by this terrific place to relax in!

We love Tucson! Vicki was raised in Tucson and Kam in Colorado. Both of us graduated from the University of Arizona. We like camping with our three dogs, spending time with friends and family, going to endless events in town and house projects.

We saw the potential in this run down neglected long term rental and wanted to try being hosts. We lived on the property for 8 months tearing down walls, and updating everything. We renovated it in that Tucson artistic building style. And loved doing it! We are proud of it, the neighbors are grateful what we did and we hope you enjoy it too!
