Nuestra nueva versión modificada de Loggerhead Cay Condo con nuevos muebles sala de estar y cocina completamente nueva. Hay DSL y WiFi de alta velocidad en nuestra unidad. Tenemos excelentes vistas de la Playa del Golfo y la piscina climatizada a continuación. El espacioso RM de estar tiene un 26 pies. Pared de espejos que proporciona excelentes vistas desde el 60% de los apartamentos dispone de una cocina totalmente equipada, bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal, sala de estar, comedor, patio seleccionados y Nueva tamaño completo de carga frontal lavadora / tintorero.

La ropa de cama es un rey en el Master con una televisión de alta definición, 2 gemelos en la de invitados con TV / DVD y un sofá-cama en el salón. El dormitorio de invitados ha sido completamente remodelado. Hay un nuevo HD de 32 pulg. TV con un DVD y VHS Player. Nuevas mejoras incluyen cocina nueva y gratuito para los clientes de alta calidad 4 bicicletas. Las bicicletas de adulto fueron de nuevo en 2014. Las características únicas de nuestra unidad es los controles deslizantes de cristal en el interior y el lado de la Lanai. Usted puede tener aire acondicionado en la Lanai. This location was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more pleasant weather. Our view from the lanai was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. We loved this vacation rental even though there were some maintenance issues that I did let Jim, the owner, know.

Sorry, we didn't use the pool. We spend most of our time shelling. It looked large, clean, and several guests seemed to enjoy it. The condo was very clean and neat. Paper product supplies were really appreciated. We ate at 2 restaurants, and also purchased seafood at Timbers Fish Market. Timbers has high quality seafood. We grocery shopped at Publix and at Jerry's on Sanibel. We were glad to use the "kitty litter" scoop provided by Mr. Way. They are always too big to pack. The weather was fabulous and there was enough breeze to prevent noseeums.

We had a great time at your place. My husband’s family have been vacationing in Sanibel since 1990. In 2005, my husband and I stayed one building down from yours with my in laws, in a unit that was owned by a friend of the family. Loggerhead Cay, and Sanibel in general is a nice, clean, quiet place. The people are very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. It was a pleasure.

Sanibel at its best

We have stayed at Loggerhead Cay before but a different unit. We enjoyed renting from the Ways. Jim called us when we were there and was easy to reach.Lovely apartment. Easy check in and great location.Will definitely book again next year.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Beach and pool access are great. Condo is fully equipped. Bed was comfortable. Restaurants are absolutely delish. Doc Fords Shrimp and Grits and Gramma Dots grouper were excellent. Overall a great stay!

Visiting our paradise!

Love Sanibel! Just here to enjoy the beaches and to help the restaurants, shops, and artists….which we did! Jim was amazing to work with as we had to deal with the recent hurricane(s) damage and check availability. I recommend Jim and his condo 100%.

The apartment was nice but and the host was helpful. We were there for only a week but had a couple of issues. We wanted to get the bikes for a cycle but ended up renting bikes because it was more hassle to get the bike’s that were on the complex, somewhere. Also something to fix is the shower. It has a constant drip.

Excellent Location

Third floor unit which offered nice views. Easy short walk to beach. Pool area spotless and enjoyable after day on beach. Lots of beach supplies available. Unit well supplied with necessities for week. Sanibel continues to recover from Hurricane Ian but enough restaurants were open that we were able to eat out each night. Felt good to support these individuals as they continue to make our getaways a fun experience.

Beautiful Sanibel Lodging!

The property was clean and comfortable with beautiful gulf views. Jim was a delightful host. I really appreciated the beach gear and bikes and the ability to use a code rather than having to keep up with keys. Will definitely choose Jim again!

Highly recommend

Our family had a wonderful time and were very pleased with this property. It overlooks the pool and has views of the Gulf from the room. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained, easy access to the beach and lots of great pool and beach accessories included with the condo. The owner was very attentive and ensured all our needs were met. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Sanibel Island

The property was very nice. There were several beach items in unit and we used them several days. The beach was fabulous. Loggerhead Cay condo complex was still being worked on during our stay which we expected, but we were not interrupted by any of the work. The parking space numbers were not legible but Jim, the owner, told us that we could park at any open spaces during the construction period. The front door lock gave us a problem, but I called Jim and we figured it out over the phone. Jim was very helpful and called a couple times during the stay to make sure everything was ok. If I make another trip to Florida we will stay at this location again.

Great vacation location

We had everything we needed in our condo for a great stay! A beautiful view from our lanai, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Just a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable, the condo was clean.Jim was a great host, very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely and Jim could not have been more helpful. We used the lanai/porch so much. It was accessible for my elderly parents with the elevator and nice paths on the property.

One of the few condos available on Sanibel

We were so glad to spend time on Sanibel after canceling our trip a year ago due to Ian. Currently, Dec '23, very few condos and rentals are available. Construction is underway, including this complex, and will be several years to complete. The noise and annoyance factors are offset by empty beaches. Great shelling with so few tourists. JIm, the owner, was very responsive to any inquires we made and brought a new set of pots and pans on our request. This unit is in a great location on the lighthouse side of the island. I would definitely recommend this unit with the caveat that there will be construction noise starting right at 7 am and continuing until 5 to 7 pm.

Beautifully appointed, spacious condo, aweome owner

Jim is incredibly friendly, prompt and helpful. Our family of four found the condo to be very clean, well stocked and generously spacious with a great variety of beach essentials. The beaches of the east end are beautiful, and we throroughly enjoyed our active stay. We will be returning soon. I'm glad to see how Sanibel is bouncing back.

We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen Minnesota. We own and operate a Rental Equipment and Special Events business. We are able to travel in the Winter months because our business slows down in the cold Minnesota Winters. We have a son and daughter that work with us in our business. We have 5 grand children.

We vacationed in Florida probably 10 years before we decided to look at buying vacation property. We choose Sanibel Island because it was our favorite vacation location. We purchase a Loggerhead Cay condo because it is a Great complex with a Great location. A beach condo complex and very close to the Sanibel Cause-way.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our condo is a very bright condo with with about 60 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors. The condo has Spectacular views of the beach and green way. We very much like to walk the beach and view the Sun Sets in the evenings. We also enjoy the bike paths and we will normally bike to a restaurant a couple times a week.
