Condominio recientemente renovado con constantes comentarios de calificación "super limpio" !! Esta estancia económica en la isla ofrece 2 dormitorios / 1. 5 baños con un rey en el maestro, y dos camas matrimoniales en el segundo dormitorio que permite dormir cómodamente para 6. La unidad está decorada con buen gusto y cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, televisores de pantalla plana y conexión a internet WiFi.

La unidad es un paseo corto, 300 pasos, aunque el complejo hasta la playa privada se encuentra. No hay calles para cruzar! Siga el puente peatonal sobre la laguna de los patos que lo dirige a lo largo del sinuoso camino hacia la playa de arena blanca azucarada y el cristalino Golfo de México.

Disfrute del tiempo en la piscina compleja, las canchas de tenis locales y el carril bici directamente al otro lado de la calle. Villas on the Gulf se encuentra en una zona más tranquila y relajada de la playa. La parada del tranvía, ubicada justo en frente, ofrece un paseo gratuito y divertido a la popular Casino Beach, donde podrá disfrutar de una variedad de restaurantes y tiendas. Fort Pickens se encuentra en el otro extremo de la isla y hay que verlo!

Hello, I recently stayed at this VRBO. I enjoyed our vacation and this property. It's location is great, just a couple miles away from the main Pensacola Boardwalk. The property was nice but there is a noise problem from the upstairs tenant. Hard to sleep if you need total quiet. Appliances are dated and the washer and dryer is not really functioning well. The dryer air vent needs to be cleaned out from the wall. The dryer took us three hours to dry three towels. There is a basic lack of maintenance in the condo. We had to clear the tub drain ourselves, I should have brought my own drain weasel from home. Overall it's a nice place, close to the beach and the it's quiet from the strip. This particular unit just needs some attention. There could easily be some upgrades for the money you spent to be there. When you pay for vacation and you pay top dollar for a condo, the expectation is that you won't have to deal with issues and the washer and dryer is a big issue if you spend the week. Having to sacrifice pool time and beach time for laundry is not what vacation is about. Overall impression was good but I can't say it was excellent. Would I stay again? That would be a no for me. Like I said before, for the money spent, I feel there could be some better options available. If the owner of the condo made some updates and really tried to give guests a great experience I think things could be different. On a side note, there needs to be more umbrellas at the pool along with tables.

Very Pleasant

Our place was outstanding! We arrived at the check in time and the instructions we received were easy to follow. Our condo faced Via De Luna and was a short walk to the beach without having to cross the road. We spent most of our time outside on the beach and little in the condo. However, the condo was very inviting after long days outside. It was very simply decorated in a beach theme (surprise!) and not overdone. It was a place I would love to stay in retirement. Overall, it was a 5 star home away for a 5 star relaxing trip.

Spring break

Me and my 16-year-old granddaughter met my brother who lives in Pensacola to hang out for a few days over spring break. The weather wasn’t the best, but we still had a great time. We loved the condo and all the little extras. There wasn’t anything we needed during our stay it was all there. We will definitely be visiting again.

Fantastic stay

We had a great stay - so much so that we extended our visit one day longer! The condo was very clean and well kept. All needed supplies were available. I appreciated the beach chairs, etc for use! Everything was well labeled and check in was a breeze. Thank you again - we hope to come back!!

Living the beach dream

A great place and excellent location! This unit has nice parking and easy access to the condo up a straight flight of stairs. Everything was in perfect condition. The beach is a short walk thru the complex, very handy. Enjoyed the stay.

It was a quick trip.

It was nice. We didn’t go to the beach at the place we actually drove further down. The dryer in the place did not work very well we had to use other.

Great place to stay.

We had a great time. The condo was very nice inside and comfortable. But it wasn’t exactly beachside. When we booked we had no idea what condo we’d get. The only thing we could go on was where the complex was. And that was a short walk across the entire property. We didn’t really mind it when we were there. But I will say it wasn’t what we expected. We had hoped it be closer. But the owners were so great to us. Provided us with a beach wagon by request. And really just made our stay so comfortable. We didn’t have a lot to do with the cleanup at the end either. I’ve been to some places that require so much. But they just required basic things and had a cleaning crew come after we checked out. Regarding the property. I do think the facilities should have been nicer. The pool chairs were tattered and torn. Paint was chipping off and gets all over you when you sit in them. And I was disappointed that the grounds weren’t a little nicer with more landscaping with a wider variety of plants. Just some suggestions.

Decent Beach Condo in a Convenient Location

My stay at this beach condo was generally pleasant. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the sandy beach and with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The condo itself was well-maintained, with comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The living room offered a cozy space to relax, and the balcony provided a nice spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. The bedrooms were spacious and had ample storage for our belongings. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after a day of beach activities. However, I did notice an issue with mold in the shower area. While it didn't significantly impact our stay, it was a bit off-putting and could be a concern for those sensitive to allergens. I believe addressing this issue would elevate the overall experience. Despite this minor drawback, we enjoyed our time at this beach condo. The location and overall amenities made for a relaxing getaway. With a bit of attention to the shower area, this condo could easily earn a five-star rating.
