Convenient Pensacola Beach Location

We stayed at this property for a friend's wedding weekend. It was just what we needed...2 BRs and 2 full baths for four adults.

Perfect holiday

The condo is SO CLOSE to Pensacola Beach! The complex is quiet, while also convenient to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The condo was clean, spacious and well-stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Short stay on the beach

The location was great and only a short walk through the complex to get on the beach. The unit was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Did notice that the tile floors seemed to accumulate a lot of sand/dirt. We have stayed on the beach and understand some sand will always find it's way in, but this seemed to be more than normal. Though overall enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This clean and well-equipped property is located on the quieter end of Pensacola Beach and just steps from the Gulf. Restaurants, shopping, water sports rentals and the fishing pier are only a few minutes drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach

This place has potential for 5 star rating. Beach access, nice place with reponsive management. But, not as clean as I like to feel comfortable. Seems like it hadnt been stayed in for a while. The sofa is trash, looks ok, but it feels like sitting on boards. This was a problem

Overall was nice stay, need more kitchen towels and clothes to wash dishes. An extra set of sheets for the futon would be nice , only one set provided.

Enjoyable

We had a blast at our stay! The condo J1 was cozy and looked like the pictures… The only negative was there were no pillowcases on the king bed pillows and none in the condo to put on them. The furniture (couches) are pretty old looking and need updated. Everything else was good! The pool is small and can get crowded, but that’s everywhere. Beach access was nice!

The condo is in a great location with a quick walk to the beach. The condo was a little outdated and the air conditioner broke while we were they. The maintenance crew attempted to fix it during our stay, but we ended up leaving a night early.

Great Unit

Really convenient unit to get in and out of. Great parking spot and a single flight of steps to the door. Beach is really close. Living room sleeping was a futon and a foam mattress stored in a closet which wasn’t what we expected but it worked. No carpet so you will feel sand on your feet everywhere but there’s no helping it; you’re at the beach. Washer and dryer were really nice.

The location was excellent. There was a terrible smell and the floors were nasty. Living room furniture needs to be replaced. Called property management about the floors and they were very polite and said they would send someone out. No one ever showed up. The sink had leftover food in it. We sprayed febreze and disinfectant spray everyday trying to get the smell out. The place would be nice with a deep clean and updated furniture.

The condo had water damage or rotting wood somewhere.. leaving a smell.. had to go buy febreeze… the condo was not clean.. the floor was dirty.. there was toothpaste on the sink in the master bathroom.. the location is great the condo itself is disgusting..

Pensacola Beach Getaway

Nice little getaway... No frills or luxury, though. Deco is bland, Location is great! We had no working TV in 1 bedroom, no toaster working and blinds broken in living room upon arrival. We called the next morning and they sent repairman within an hour over to fix things. The website needs updating since it says no hairdryer and there are 2 in condo. Furniture needs updating, very uncomfortable.

Quiet Vacation

We enjoyed the space with 7 people- one being a3 yr old. Wish the weather was better but the days we did get to enjoy were wonderful. The beach at this location was the most cleanest and beautiful by far that I have been. It is a very quiet family zone. We loved that we could keep our beach supplies close and walk. The only downfall I think we needed a broom to probably keep the sand outside better- this was the first Vrbo that we didn’t have that.

Evacuation vacation

We were grateful to have such a nice, safe place to evacuate to on such short notice as Hurricane Ida approached New Orleans. Though unable to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked, it was a clean, comfortable space. I appreciate management’s flexibility, working with us on short notice.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off with Pensacola Beach properties informing us approx 3 weeks prior to vacation that the beachfront condo we had rented would not be available...what? The only other unit available for the same week was J1 but WE would still have to find and pay for accommodations elsewhere the first night as J1 wouldn’t be ready until night 2. The unit itself was just ok, it was clean and had a new washer/dryer. . Unfortunately the master shower handle broke the first day and so we were down to 4 adults taking turns using a tiny shower. From balcony you look directly at a large wall w partial beach view on your right. Not the experience we were hoping for but at least the ocean/beach is still as beautiful as ever.
